Cool bag, I can carry all of my school books and my laptop. It has a of lot space and many compartments to hold my stuff.

Like the part of it being big and what I wanted I expected it to be this nice and roomy laptop and all my books fit good plus my lunch box

This was to replace the one I used to commute to work and travel with. My advice is pick the color you like, because this thing will last for years. I needed a pack quick back when and only could get a purple. Didnt love the color, but figured I would switch when it broke down. 10 years go by and the only damage is the water bottle holder stretched out. Thats not when it broke down. Thats when I found the tag with the lifetime guarantee. Years after that, with daily use and overstuffing it a strap broke. I got the same pack in red, a color I am very fond of.

This will be the last bag I purchase thanks to the lifetime warranty and its size.much larger than expected. Its been tested with numerous shopping trips to grocery, liquor and hardware store. When the inside get full it gets tied down to the out side examples being lawn chairs, lumber, and a ceramic birdbath on onetrip. Its serving its purpose, no complaints.

Honestly amazing and everything I needed in a backpack as a college student. The *only* issue I’ve had is sometimes the straps get a bit uncomfortable when I have a lot of items in the bag!

I can confirm that this product is NOT an authentic JanSport product. It is COUNTERFEIT. I purchased this backpack in September of 2022. The zipper broke a month later, so I contacted JanSport to check for warranty information. Per JanSport policy, I paid out of pocket to ship it to the warranty center in Uvalde, Tx. I received the backpack a few weeks later, un-repaired, with a note stating the following, WE ARE SORRY TO HAVE TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR BACKPACK IS NOT AN AUTHENTIC PRODUCT MADE BY JANSPORT. IT IS AN IMITATION. AND IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY (see picture attached).
