I have had JanSport backpacks since I was in high school, in fact I still have my backpack from high school! So Im brand loyal in getting JanSports for my kids, who 2 are now high schoolers, my 1 still in elementary and even as a diaper bag for my littlest. You can not beat the quality, dependability and even the pricing. My daughter loves the print on this one, the pink and palms is striking and the fabric is sturdy. It has so many pockets! Shes thrilled because it helps keep her more organized, so she can find what she needs in class quickly and keeps things from bumping around. My kids have all talked me into getting them a different brand backpack before, usually for the trendy characters, and we always come back to Jansport.

One of the backpacks shoulder straps broke after a few days of use. On the bright side Jansport support paid for shipping both ways and repaired the item for free. Weve used many Jasport backpacks for school and this is the first one that had to be repaired so I commend the company for fixing it this time.

This bag can hold so many items, and still wont look or feel bulky. It has a good bottle holder, but the elastic band tore a bit from a 32 oz water bottle.

I got this for my daughter. She is tough on things and this is a durable product that I expect to last through high school. It comes with a lifetime warranty so we shall see.

My daughter loves this backpack! It has so many pockets to organize everything she has to carry for school. More pricey than Jansport used to cost back in the day but seems to be worth it. She says it also feels lighter even though its way bigger than her last one.

Although this is not a cheap product I learned many years ago, this book bag holds up with the wear & abuse given to it most students. They do not fall apart as others do…

I purchased this backpack for my husband who carries his laptop back and forth to work. He also travels internationally with it being used as his personal item. It functions as his mobile desk and the multiple pockets contain all the things he needs on a daily basis (paper, pencil, pens, mouse, speaker, headphone/microphone) plus all the things he needs when he travels internationally (passport, neck pillow, Beats headphones, snacks, extra shirt & snacks). Backpack seems to be typical high Jansport quality. He says it is comfortable to carry and the laptop seems protected, but the straps dont seem as cushy as the last Jansport he had.

Coming into this purchase, I was told that these backpacks last for about 13 years! When I got it, I realized it was very spacious. But a problem arose, there were too many pockets. On the photos given it said that there was a phone holder - no holder. Then, the zipper got stuck. There was a stupid zipper cover that got jammed. I had to CUT the zipper and cover with a KNIFE. There are many problems that are involved with this product, but also a few pros. False information and poor quality - 2 stars

It’s huge! I was still using my previous very basic JanSport backpack (daily for 10 years!) It could go another year no doubt but the zipper on the small pocket broke (part-way, still usable) long ago and it’s getting a bit long in the tooth. Not a student but I walk everywhere and consider my backpack like the trunk of a car. This new one fits everything without needing an extra bag (or two) when I’m out shopping. I love all the compartments, their placement and size. I don’t have a laptop but it would be perfect. Settles on my back well. Kinda wish I’d gotten it sooner! The color is a beautiful red that changes hue just a touch in different lighting.
