Theres nothing Im dissatisfied with. Its dirty, durable and hes getting great use out of it

Great backpack, Ive always been pleased with jansport. Hopefully the quality hasnt changed from my ten year old backpack. But...what is with the white lining?! Terrible. I predict it will get grimey and inked up quickly. Pretty treacherous design change.

This was a gift for a young girl whos mother could no afford a backpack ,I purchase it for her she was very happy with the product I dont understand why the heads of Amazon and other large companies spent Billions flying into space instead of helping the less fortunate

Black backpack is completely white inside. If you have kids, or have ever met a kid, you know why this is a stupid design element. Returning as it would be disgusting within a month.

Great product, warranty, durable

I thought this would be durable and spacious. It is neither. The laptop compartment was flimsy, without the usual padding. The piece of fabric separating the compartments was thin, see-though and seemed vulnerable to tearing. My previous Jansport backpack was much more rugged and durable. Such a lower quality backpack than prior purchases 5-10 years ago. Probably appropriate for grade school students but not for college students carrying heavy books or for traveling.

This bag can hold so many items, and still wont look or feel bulky. It has a good bottle holder, but the elastic band tore a bit from a 32 oz water bottle.

I have had JanSport backpacks since I was in high school, in fact I still have my backpack from high school! So Im brand loyal in getting JanSports for my kids, who 2 are now high schoolers, my 1 still in elementary and even as a diaper bag for my littlest. You can not beat the quality, dependability and even the pricing. My daughter loves the print on this one, the pink and palms is striking and the fabric is sturdy. It has so many pockets! Shes thrilled because it helps keep her more organized, so she can find what she needs in class quickly and keeps things from bumping around. My kids have all talked me into getting them a different brand backpack before, usually for the trendy characters, and we always come back to Jansport.

Main storage areas remain roomy, front pouch no longer has sections for smaller items. Still a good backpack.
