This two piece tool is of very good quality. I am impressed with the over all function and materials involved with its construction. It works very well, was delivered in very acceptable time, and Im satisfied with the cost. Ill be looking for other tools from this seller.

We bought a large new to us home that had dozens of unlabeled low voltage runs - cat6, speaker and coax. Within a few hours, I was able to sort out and label everything with this device. Very easy to use and find wires buried in walls.

Trying figure out a dead outlet

Im a locksmith and sometimes my clients dont know where the power for their locking hardware is. This I can just hook to a wire and listen for the tone. Then either it leads me to where the power is or we find out their hardware stopped because of it shorting and all of the wires are making weak tones.

The quality feels good. I needed to trace a power wire through a drywall as I had no idea where it went, but I knew where it started. I was able to trace the wire by moving the tracer around the drywall. The sound was fainter than I expected from outside the wall, but once I got used to hearing the differences in the tone it was quite effective. My wire ended up being about 10 metres long when I found the end.

Oh wow! Paid for itself in first use! What may have taken countless hours of chasing an open in an AC circuit took 2 minutes. How did I live this long without this!
