> 24 hourI have had the outdoor switch running now for a couple months with no issues. BTW, kudos to Meross for great customer support. A dimmer switch (MSS560) purchased in May, 2019 became intermittent in February 2020 and then failed to connect but still worked manually. I contacted Meross customer support with an offer to send the switch back for troubleshooting if they were interested in doing a teardown not expecting anything else. I was told that warranty was for one year and if I would email an Amazon receipt they would send a replacement. The replacement arrived and is working fine. I did not even have to send the failed switch back. I have multiple Meross Smart Switches in our house working now for over a year and this was the first and only failure.

> 24 hourWorks perfectly to turn on my outdoor lights using Alexa. Two plugs to help divide the load for longer lights strings lengths.

> 24 hourThis was very easy to install and set up with wifi. I love that it can be controlled by an app on my phone. It can also be controlled manually if need be. The two outlets allow us to have patio lights and an outdoor fan hooked up at once but used independently. I like this product!

> 24 hourThe Smart plug worked well. I was using an indoor smart plug outside and the wifi signal was too weak to activate. I replaced with this outdoor smart plug and immediately the issue resolved. it did the job well!

> 24 hourThis was easy to set up with my network. App is similar to others and connected with my Google Home easily so I can control through Google. My only complaint is minor...the power cord could be a little longer. I like that this can use sunrise and sunset as a trigger. Using it to make my landscape transformer smart.

> 24 hourFor those of you having difficulty getting this smart plug to work on your router or need a Mac Address to connect it to your router, check to see if Mac Filtering is enabled on your router. It may have a similar name other than Mac Filtering, but you will need to disable it. Once disable, go through the instructions on the Merross app on your smart phone or iPhone to install the smart plug. Once it is installed (shouldnt take long), you can go to the plug in the app and get the plug info from the app... the Mac Address will be there. Then you can add the Mac Address to your router filter, enable Mac Filtering on the router and then it will take a few minutes, but you should be good to go. Its a hassle, but it works. For those using Alexa, I havent figured that part out yet, but it still needs to be installed first using the instructions above before you can add it to your Alexa.

> 24 hourThis Smart Plug controller is great. It was fast and easy to set up. I put it on my 2.4 GHz guest wifi, and it connected on the first try. I have other Meross devices too. I have 2 wifi garage door controllers which also work very well. I recommend this controller.

> 24 hourThis plug and app was easy to install. I needed an electrical source that would come on at midnight and shut off at 8am. This one does that perfectly every time. Additionally, should I want to use the plug temporarily for something else, I can accomplish that by just pressing the button on the plug, then pressing it again when I am finished so it can go back into its pre-programmed routine.
