After reading many reviews, I found I could do no better than the Samsung 850 for the best price/performance and reliability. Having used the product now for a few weeks, I am very pleased. Easy to install and easy to clone over my previous boot drive. Would definitely recommend.

Cloning software didnt work, I use windows 10. As the drive is useless unless I can migrate my software on it, I sent it back. Now I see other reviews here that state the same problem, the cloning software doesnt work with windows 10. The software looks like it is doing something, then after a long time of working on copying your data, it fails, and the SSD is still unusable. So you spend hours trying to work on this, and you accomplish nothing. Well I suggest the manufacturer offer software that actually works with their product, when used with the operating systems that are used on todays computers. Or at least tell you up front not to buy this product if you use windows 10. Or at least put in writing in a prominent place inside the box that you need to use a different software for this task. Is that really too much to ask? Other than that, I am sure it would have been a good product.

Simply amazing ! I didnt know what I was missing speed wise.

I buy these disk in march 2017. Order shiped and received in 2-3 days. I set windows 7 on this disk and test it. I checked disk with CrystalDiskInfo, tested disk with CrystalDiskMark and AS SSD Disk. See results on my images. SSD disk Samsung 850 EVO 250 Gb is fast. Work is ok. I recommend this disk as one from the best choice for its price on current moment!

Gread ssd. Running as my boot drive. Great performance for a great price.

Used to replace an old HD in my laptop. Using Samsungs software, took all of about 30 minutes to migrate my OS and install the new HD. Laptop works like a new one.

Now takes my laptop 15 seconds to fully boot up. Will speed up your system. No issues or problems since i bought over 2 years ago
