Used as a secondary storage for games. Havent had any problems. Is very easy to install. Its my second one and probably will buy more in the future.

This thing save 2 dying laptops. 6 year old dell laptop showed blue screen of death. Was able to remove and access hd to clone to ssd. Made such a difference, booted right up and super fast. The second was a toshiba laptop, 5 years old sluggish and getting slower by the day. Replaced super easy and turned it into a new laptop. Plenty of storage and speed for everyday use. I do not use for gaming just normal word processing, internet, photo editing etc. From the time i bought the first one to the time i bought the second one the price jumped so i assume they are in high demand. There are tons of vids online to walk through installation if needed. Very easy to install. Will need a sata data cable to access files outside of the laptop . Highly recommend if your laptop needs a boost. Will extend the life for sure.

Just Right

Popped this into a 2013 Lenovo y410p. Huge performance upgrade that will prolong the longevity of that laptop for at least another couple years. Simple to install: practically plug and play with the assistance of a usb boot stick that can be made with an existing installation of Windows 10. Reboots are less than 10 seconds. Applications like MS Word launch instantly, even when running several plug-ins. Extremely satisfied with my purchase.

This is a great product. Easy to install, pretty easy to use as a main drive and transfer current hard drive over. Youtube has tons of videos to help. Performance is great, gets into windows in just over 20 seconds, loads all of my start up programs such as steam, epic games launcher, discord, battle.net etc all in about another 10 seconds. Game load times are greatly improved as well. Bang for your buck, well well worth and can save the money that an nvme would cost for simlar performance and put it towards something else like a better vid card. I will go this route next time I need another hard drive. Worth every penny.

As basic of an install as anything else! Perfect for storing games, photos, and music. Performs RAID functions without any problems too.

Installation and formatting was a smooth process. Never ran into any issues. Provides a nice additional storage to my PC. Far better than having an HDD as a secondary drive. Games and applications load fast. It may not be as fast as the 860 EVO, but it is also significantly cheaper and offer a better value.
