Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E1T0B/AM)

Ive had this for a few months now and the performance is top notch. I put this in my Mac Mini and it performs very well. I have not had any issues with this so far.

We have too many of these and while this lastest one is on a minorly-used computer, we simply didnt want its lack of use didnt make us want to settle for an only-slightly cheaper but always lesser product.

I was in the market to replace an old 120GB SSD and happened upon this 1TB Samsung drive. I was a bit surprised to find that it came with a downloadable program (data migration) that would affectively clone my existing C drive, without even having to remove it from my PC, via an SSD/USB cable. I ran the program after first ordering this cable right here on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XLAZODE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and was then instructed, via the software, to shut down my PC and swap out the two drives. Upon restarting my PC I was absolutely blown away by the fact that not only did my PC start up like nothing had changed but it was now running faster! Ive been using it now for about a week without any issues whatsoever! The only apparent change is that I now have 900 + GB of additional space to use. I am extremely pleased with this drive and the downloadable software.

Using Samsungs migration software I was able to transfer automatically (clone) my old SSD to this new one in about a hour using usb 3.0 connection (460 GB). From there its just disconnect the old main drive, plug this one up in its place, and youre good to go. If youre looking to replace a old drive with a operating system on it get a Samsung, you can transfer in be done with a full hdd/ssd swap in <2 hours depending on the data on the old drive.

The samsung migration program makes installing this ssd so easy it is almost fool proof.It did a perfect copy of my hard drive and booted up without a hitch after install.The boot up time with this drive compared to my old hard drive is not even close.I am thinking about buying one of these for all the computers in the house. Very happy with this purchase

Took me two days because i couldnt find a way to format, not sure if thats for all of them but after messing with the ssd for a while i found the problem. cloned it and installed it. Overall it works good and i am going to be ordering another one

I used this to replace my standard HDD in my late 2008 MacBook Pro 15” and it works perfectly! Boot up / load times in general have decreased and installing software is quicker as well!

Loved everything about this drive! Replaced my old hdd in laptop with it. Samsung software was super easy to use to mirror my old drive... Installed and ran without Abby issues!! Super fast!!
