16-12-2024I need this speed to play UHD HDR files on my Xbox Series X using the Kodi or vlc app. In the box are two cables, one is Type A-C and the other is Type C-C. The cables look random and are without markings. So, you must remember that these are 3.2 speed and therefore should not be lost in a drawer as most cables out now are 3.0 or maybe 3.1. At this time 3.2 cables are rare and special.

> 3 dayI bought this drive to hold sound libraries/plugins for use with a DAW (like GarageBand) on a MacBook Pro. The libraries are large…multiple GB each. This drive worked well for this purpose and noticed no issues with latency. It’s also very portable and does not get very hot when in use (like some SSD/flash drives can). Nice product and highly recommend!

> 3 dayReally compact form factor in a robust metal casing. SSD is about 5x quicker than my 3yr old external disk drives.

> 3 dayWhen I got a new mac (after 9 years) I had to adjust to it not having as much storage as the old macs. This is a good solution for me. Make sure you get a compatible usb cable as the new macs dont have the old usb type ports.

> 3 dayLike other reviews point out, this portable has problems ejecting correctly. Maybe not a big deal but it is annoying and disrupts your work.
