> 3 dayAfter our stick vacuum gave up the ghost, we decided to go with an electric vs. another battery powered. This vacuum is great! But what’s even better is Shark’s amazing customer service. When we opened the box, we found that one of the filters was missing. I reached out to Shark and they sent me a filter without delay. No hassles or endless explanations, just excellent service. Highly recommend!!

> 3 dayI have 7 cats and only 4 areas with carpet, so I didnt need a big vacuum since most of my home is hard flooring. Found the HV322 when it was 43% off, so $150 for a vacuum wasnt a bad cost. Ended up filling the cup twice using it for the first time in my smallest bedroom and let me tell you, that was eye opening. Im sure any brush roller vacuum would have done the same job but what I like about the Shark is: -lightweight -easy to maneuver -2 power modes -bright light -decently long cord -easy to remove dust trap -brush roller indicator light -quick release is high on the stick so you can separate the motor portion, add a crevice tool and hit those tight spots -caught it at a good sale price What I dont like about it: -doesnt stand upright on its own -dust bin requires you to use your hands to clean out fuzz/hair that collects around the filter. Not a huge deal but does make the process a bit messy. -absolutely worthless on hard floors. Youll feel all the trash get kicked back onto your feet and legs from the rollers. This is on the low setting, which Im guessing the brush rollers only turn from the air being pulled past them and not powered by the vacuum. Still, at that low setting, its too much brush action. I have 2 x Mieles I use for hard floors and nothing will ever beat them at that.

> 3 dayThe low, small, swivel head easily gets into and around and vacuums places my prior vacuums couldnt even get to. I vacuum about 5:30am and I turn on lights only when I have to. The light on the head takes care of that. No doubt the hand vac works great but I have not used it that way yet. Bad parts...it will not free stand with the motor attached and the cord is too short.

> 3 dayI like the light weight and the ability to use in tight spots. I have a Hoover tempo upright that I also use. I believe the Shark is ok for small areas while the Hoover has larger brush so cleans faster. Looking for input from others regarding power as I believe they are similar, with edge to Hoover.q

> 3 dayUPDATE: I received this vacuum on 1/21/22 and used it for the first time tonight (1/28/22). AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! I attempted to use it for my 10x12 dining room wood laminate floor. Epic fail. This thing has no strong power. I used both the bare floor setting and the carpet setting - neither impressed me. After all of the positive reviews, I had such high expectations. What a letdown. I had to make multiple passes over all areas of the floor and still had to use another vacuum to get the job done. It’s only been a week since I vacuumed my floor so, it wasn’t so dirty that I should’ve had to make multiple passes with this hunk a junk or have to use a second vacuum to take care of a simple bare floor. I’m just disappointed. I’m very happy that so many buyers love it. I did not and I own other Shark products. I already started the return process. The vacuum is packaged just as it was when I received it. As soon as our snowstorm passes, I’ll be anxiously returning this Shark. I’m coming to the conclusion that new Shark products are high priced and low quality. I will not purchase any other Shark products in the future. My search begins - again - for a new vacuum for my hard floors. Shark, you’ve lost a customer. Note: I have NOT used the vacuum yet. I just returned a different corded stick vacuum that I purchased because I wasn’t pleased with it and decided it to “stick with what I know” (I own other Shark vacuums), spend the extra money and purchase a Shark corded vacuum. I don’t care about cordless features because I don’t want to worry about charging the vacuum and still having limited time to use it before needing to recharge. I chose the Shark HV322 Rocket Pet Plus Corded Vacuum. I have a dog and a houseful of people so I thought this would be perfect. Upon delivery by Amazon, I brought the package in and began to unpackage so that I could give my new purchase a try. The first thing I noticed is that the outermost brown cardboard packaging that the vacuum arrived in was from Shark. It had the correct model number (see photo) but said Shark Rocket Ultra Light Upright Vacuum as the description. This raised flag #1. I removed the actual product box from the outer packaging and that description matched what I thought I purchased and received (see photo). Upon taking the vacuum parts out of the box, I then noticed that the Owners Guide said Shark Rocket Series HV320. I know that it’s not uncommon for an owners guide to have multiple model numbers in one guide. I continued removing the parts and noticed that the main vacuum head makes no mention of being Pet Plus. That says Rocket Deluxe Pro (see photo). Clearly, I have no idea if I received what I purchased. This is NOT the fault of Amazon. This is 100% the fault of Shark! I have owned 3 other Shark products. My first 2 were great and well worth every penny spent. My other current Shark vacuum is lackluster at best but I’m making it work because I can’t return it to Target (it’s only 1 month old) and I’ve thrown away the packaging. The quality of Shark products seems to have decreased while the pricing is definitely increasing. Shark should be ashamed of themselves for selling products that don’t match what their packaging says. As I said, I have not used the vacuum yet as I was too annoyed that I’m not sure if I received what I was supposed to. I’ll update after I’ve actually used whatever this corded vacuum is. Im going to post this review on Shark’s website as well to alert all buyers. I’m no longer sure that I’ll invest or recommend any Shark products.

> 3 dayReplaced an older Dyson that finally quit. Unbelievable how much pet hair and other debris this pulled out comparatively. Knap on the carpet looks better than it has in years. Super light weight and easily goes under furniture and beds.

> 3 dayI’ve pets, cats and a dog along with bare floors. So the grit is a constant battle. I’ve gone through MANY a vacuum and they have all failed in one way or another. I’ve been using this vacuum for a little over a month and thrilled with it! It sucks up the grit, it’s easy to empty and clean, and the most surprising feature is the carpet suction! Like surprised and gross out surprised! I wasn’t expecting much when I went to vacuum the bedroom (which had just been vacuumed by a more traditional heavy vacuum ) and what I heard was surprisingly effective!! It was sucking up litter from the carpet that I didn’t even know was there (we changed from letter to pine pellets a year ago)!!!!! The suction power is amazing! Love it!! It is heavy up but easily manageable. My only suggestion to any new purchaser is to get the extra filters. Once the filters are “full” the suction reduces and or goes to none. Over all a great product! Thanks Shark!

> 3 dayI had to get away from weak powered and shitty suction cordless stick vacuums. This one solved all my problems. It is super powerful, lightweight, easy to clean canister, great price. It is corded but thats okay, it does the job 50 times better than the cordless ones

> 3 dayWe have bought this 5 times! We gave one to each of our daughters. We bought one for our vacation rental, and this is our second one after we had used our first one for years. What I like most: I love that I can remove the disposal cup from the vacuum to dump the stuff it has picked up right into the garbage can. Some vacuums you have to take the entire head of the vacuum off to dump it and is messier. I can see from the disposal cup how much dirt, dust and dog hair I am picking up. I feel the suction is strong enough for everything, without being too strong for my oriental rugs. There is also the ability to reduce the suction. Various versions come with different attachments, so you have to make sure the on you are ordering has the extras you were looking for (pet brush, wall hanger, etc.) Lastly, I have carpal tunnel and neuropathy and the ease of using this, which is why we switched to a different style vacuum, is I can handle it without issue.
