I have tried them all. This actually works. The temperature displayed on most freezer or fridges is not the actual temperature inside. This will fix that problem. I have a RV that I keep at a storage facility. I turn on the refrigerator the day before a trip and needed a way to monitor the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. Since my RV has WiFi I thought I would give the Yolink a try. It has worked perfectly. Setup was very simple even with the WiFi only setup. At home, or anywhere, I can see the temps and get a notification if the temps are outside the range I select. I added a 3rd sensor to monitor room temp for when we leave our dog in camper. I was so impressed, I purchased another hub and sensors to use at my house. I had an issue setting up the WiFi. I called Yolink tech support. The call was answered in 2 seconds. A very friendly young man told me what to do and it fixed the issue. Turns out if I had just read the manual I could have saved the phone call. I have been very happy with the Yolink and looking at their other products to add.

This product a bit confusing to install. But the extra time it took my husband to install is worth confidence in our 2 freezers accurate operation. We freeze fresh garden veggies and our summer salmon catch and a new beef. A product we are very happy to have and satisfied with absolutely.

I must be honest and say I was a bit skeptical about this product at first (placing a wifi device inside a sealed metal box), but let me tell you, it really works! Once you get the thresholds set it will send you a notification directly to your phone (via email) when the temperature or humidity has exceeded your setting. Be mindful of your defrost cycle. It will send false readings if you have your threshold set to low. Once I got that figured out, it has worked flawlessly. You can monitor it in real-time via a graph in the app. Super impressed with this little device. It definitely gives peace of mind that my freezer packed with venison will be safe and sound on my next hunting trip.

Bought this Fall 2022. Able to track indoor and outdoor temps in our house with our cell phones at home, out working and shopping, and away on vacations. Keeping us informed about our home heating situation and telling us what the outdoor temp is without another outdoor thermometer. The best most affordable choice on the market for homeowners. The outdoor sensor should be placed in constant shade on a north side not close to any heat source like a window or vent or an uninsulated wall. The WIFI for reception for all devices is good. Our base unit is in a basement home office. A sensor is in a less heated basement near the water service. Another sensor is in our master bedroom. This gives us our outdoor, basement and upstairs conditions that together give us a full understanding of our indoor/outdoor freeze potential. On vacation last winter, we realized from this YoLink system that our thermostat set backs to reduce our house heating was not working as expected. We called our daughter who came over the house and corrected our thermostats to the settings we wanted. We probably saved the cost of this equipment by substantially reducing our heating energy that one time.

My freezer is connected to a sketch outlet that pops a lot. (I am working on fixing the situation) after 2 freezer thaws with multiple losses I bought this. I get quick response to parameter alerts and I can send someone to fix it if I’m not home.

I bought this over 6 months ago and the batteries in the sensor are still near 100%. Setup was fairly easy. I use it in a deep freeze set at -10 degrees. Every once in a while I will check the app and see that the temp in the freezer is being maintained. Well it finally happened. Was away from the house and received a text and email notification that the temp in the freezer had risen above my preset +10 degrees. When i arrived back home I saw the freezer door was not completely shut. So the sensor and alerts worked perfectly and saved me hundreds of dollars of spoiled food. Highly recommend for the piece of mind it provides.

We are currently using in a k-12 school system to monitor all our coolers and Freezers. Easy installment. App is easy to use. 24 hour monitoring with text, app alerts and email alerts. Economical! Highly recommend! Have not needed text support yet.

Following a service call from on my 9 month old LG refrigerator to correct a sensor problem causing the food in the freezer to thaw I decided I needed a WIFI sensor. I wanted a device that would monitor the temperature and notify me when the temperature rose above my setting in the freezer and refrigerator. After reading the reviews on the various products available on Amazon, I decided to give the YouLink Wireless Temperature / Humidity Sensor a try. After installing the YoLink Android APP and creating a YoLink account, I was able to add the HUB, and the two sensors by scanning the QR Code on the back of each device. I plugged in and connected the hub via the provided Ethernet cable (WIFI connectivity is also available). The hub status changed to online in the APP. I pressed the SET button on each sensor and its APP screen status changed to online. Each sensor immediately began displaying the temperature and humidity matching the information display on the sensors. I placed each sensor in the refrigerator and freezer sections verifying their accuracy with a separate temperature sensor. The Alert setting for high/low temperature and humidity were easy to setup with the APP. I find that the Alert notifications are almost immediate. The documentation provided with the hub and sensors is very basic, easy to following and gets the setup done quickly. I received links from YoLink on the additional more advanced setup options via email. I called the tech support number with some questions on Saturday and was able to speak to a knowledgeable tech support person. So far, I am impressed with the YoLink Wireless Temperature / Humidity Sensor and highly recommend it.

One is monitoring vegetable storage in the garage, one is in the chicken coop, both places where we need temperature and humidity monitored. We have the app on two phones, base station is in the middle of the house. Great buy.
