Excellent product. Excellent range. I have both motion sensors and temperature sensors and they work great! When I upgraded my Internet service provider, I had to make sure all of my devices were working and had trouble getting this to connect to the new service. After spending about two hours trying to reestablish communication between the hub and my Internet, I finally called customer service. But helpful person got to the bottom of the problem almost immediately. (I had the device plugged into the modem instead of the router!!!!) So… The only problem I’ve had with the products have been my own fault. I monitor motion in my garage and car that is parked on the street and temperature at my cabin while I am at home in a different city. Great peace of mind and fantastic products!

Using these in my Samsung refrigerator/freezer, and what a wealth of information. now I can see when it goes into defrost mode, how often it does, and even how much of a temperature drop occurs in order to make ice. excellent devices for monitoring fridge and freezers. Will be ordering more devices for other needs. New fan here.

I was hoping to use at our freezers in our buildings. Its less than a tenth of a mile away and it doesnt pick up.

We travel during the winter and want to insure our home is above freezing. So far the sensors and program are working well

Using LoRa (long range wifi) this works very well. I have one sensor in my fridge and the signal easily gets through the fridge walls and to the hub 3 rooms away. The alerts are sent to email and/or phone by way of the hub. Set up was easy. The app assigns a widget to each sensor but oddly doesnt label each widget with the name that you assign to each sensor in the set up routine. But thats minor and you can see which sensor name is assigned by choosing a label in the app. Very cool. Now I can see when the fridge door is kept open too long by the wife, ha ha!

You cant go wrong with these sensors. They are easy to program and have a long range. Tech support is great too.

Got two temperature/humidity sensors for a second home to alert us if Temp gets too low. Easy to set up. Batteries last a very long time. Smart phone alert system notifies me if Temp is too low. Product support is great. Works over long distances. I use this system in two locations in two different states, both operating through the same app, no problem. A+ rating!

I bought this because my freezer got left open and I had to throw away several hundred dollars worth of food since it spoiled. Today the freezer got left open yet again (I think the magnets are going bad) and I was notified within 40 minutes of it being left open. We had just completely restocked our freezer and would have probably had to throw away close to $800 worth of food. This system was insanely easy to setup and was probably the easiest thing Ive setup in years, the temperature readings are accurate to 1 degree or closer, and for the cost its just a no-brainer. The thousands of dollars this system is probably going to save me over the years is worth the cost 10 times over and then some. I couldnt recommend this system more and if youve ever left your refrigerator or freezer open and wasted food I wouldnt even hesitate to buy this system!

Very impressed with this product. Super easy to set up, slick app, sensors are accurate. If anything goes wrong will update but happy at the moment.

Using to monitor temperatures in Kitchen and Garage freezers. Also purchased YoLink Water Sensor 2 and that is working as expected. The hub and sensors have a nice look and feel. Tested high and low temperature alerts and can say they are working well so far. The YoLink app on the iPhone looks clean and works well for me. Dropped a star because setting up the hub to my WiFi network was a challenge. The hub only supports 2.4Ghz WiFi and apparently the iPhone must also be on 2.4GHz WiFi in order to set up the hub to work on a secure home WiFi network. The iPhone kept connecting to 5GHz by default and could not complete the hub setup step. Since 5GHz signals have a shorter range than 2.4GHz, I solved it by taking hub and phone to far end of house where I had a weak WiFi signal. Was then able to setup the hub to our WiFi.
