This vacuum is great for hardwood, it picks up everything my regular corded vacuum misses and doesn’t spray stuff everywhere out the back. On carpet it’s good for everyday cleaning but you would still need a regular more powerful vacuum to really get all the dust up. Great for crumbs on any flooring, not great for pet hair unless it’s on hardwood then it’s amazing.

Received as a Christmas gift in 2022. It is now April 2023 and it no longer works. I have cleaned out the stick vacuum regularly. I blow it out with an air compressor. I did use it daily for my kitchen between main cleaning days to keep the floor free dust, cat hair and what gets brought in though the back door. First i thought it was the batter, then it stopped going to the highest level (there are 3 levels of suction) Then it would just completely stop. I have recharged, I took off the battery to make sure there were not broken connections and to assure it was on correctly. I called the product line and get put on hold and have to leave message. i called a few times and was able to get through. I did speak with a very nice man and he went through with me on the phone to see if we could problem solve. Came down to the motor. They are to send me a new motor part which is the hand held portion. I will get back once the process has been completed and with how long it takes to receive the replacement motor and any other details as that time. fingers crossed as I did like the stick vacuum while it was working. Rating at this time a 1 star till this is complete... **UPDATE** 4-21-2023*** I could not be more PLEASED!! Tineco customer service I received was OUTSTANDING! Everyone I spoke with on the phone each time was polite and professional and very knowledgeable of the product. The man I spoke with the first time, Chris, listened to the vacuum over the phone we discussed what was going on and it diagnosed it was the motor. They sent a replacement motor by mail and I had it within the week. I could not be more pleased. I had called a second time after I received the New motor, which I had believed my husband had change out the motor. When speaking with the young lady (I forgot her name, my apologies) when reading back the serial number we found out that the old motor was still on. (I felt stupid) She was very sweet, but we found out the issue right away. TINECO, Thank you for standing by your product and for the wonderful Customer Service Team that you have. I recommend this product as I loved the product when i received it and the Customer Service is exemplary. Thank you again.

The vacuum worked well for the first 4/5 months, however the plastic connector which supports the pole of the vacuum recently snapped for no apparent reason, leaving the vacuum unusable as its in two pieces. I have a small 650 square foot apartment so the vacuum was being used lightly, with no apparently reason for the break. Seems that it was poorly built and does not hold up longer than 6 months I would use caution if youre looking to purchase a vacuum with the intention of using it for an extended period of time.

Updated 02/23/2023: I searched YouTube and found a video which showed how to angle the hand-held device into the Wall Mounted Charging Port. Thank Goodness. My device is now charging. Although I only have a few accessories, I realized that the A11Pet only comes with the bare minimum accessories. The other accessories may be purchased separately; however, the manual does not make this clear. Regardless, Im willing to upgrade my rating; but, I havent had the vacuum long enough to know whether it was a good purchase. Due to the difficulty accessing Customer Service, I cannot raise my rating beyond 2 stars; but, I now have hope that the TinecoA11 vacuum will work as described and be rechargable. I still wish I had purchased the A11 Hero which is on sale. 02/22/2023: Beware of the Tineco A11 Pet. I saw good reviews about the A11 Hero; but, the A11 Pet is a waste of money. My vacuum arrived today. As of the unboxing, I found that it was missinig attachments. Also, the Wall Mount provided was too small so the vacuums hand-held controller does not fit into it. That means that once the out of boxpower runs out, the vacuum can never be recharged. This was a collassal waste of money

Pretty good vacuum. It has enough suction and has a very good sealed hepa filter. Loving it so far. The only downside for people who dont mount wall mounts is that it takes a couple of hours to charge for 25 min. Itd be a bit annoying without a wall mount since you will have it put it back into the closet or somewhere after it finishes charging. But, other than that, it is a very good vacuum.

I rarely write a review like this, but this may be the best thing I have ever purchased. This model was highly rated by consumer reports and had the best rating to price ratio of all the models. We picked it up to clean up a couple hallways where my cats keep tracking litter. BUT I quickly started using it to vacuum my entire house. Note: I do not use this on carpeted floors, just travertine, tile, hard wood, and small welcome mat size rugs. We have tile and hard wood through most of our house and this things will do about 2000 ft2 per charge and does it well enough that I never pull out my corded vac. I can also do my stairs in about a minute without the fear of my vacuum hose pulling me down the stairs. The lighted power head has extremely bright white lights on the front, so i can see the dust tracks of where I have vacuumed and what I missed. It is amazing and the powered head is small enough to fit between my toilet and the wall. I cant speak on the longevity of this thing, because Ive only used it a month, but I love it enough that I want a second one for upstairs.

Researched several cordless vacuums before purchasing. Tineco has not disappointed. Great cordless vacuum!

Its definitely a lower-cost alt to the Dyson offerings, but this one just plows debris on hardwoods. If the particles are too small, they pass under the brush sucker. If they are too large to fit under the front, the front just pushes the stuff around. Lots of rock scratches on nice hardwoods. The unit will not stay upright no matter how hard you try because of physics. You must lay it down on the ground or hang it in the charger. And, that charger station is just a hunk of plastic. No electronics so the unit charges while hanging. You must fish out the charger wire. The battery seems to last ok for my 700 sqft apartment which is 90% hardwoods/linoleum. The high power mode lasts for a few sections and does increase the suction power but its not even close to my previous corded upright. (maybe 1/4 the power)

I regret not spending the extra money on the higher end model. This one does not have great suction power. I use it to vacuum cat litter and as soon as I turn it off, the litter falls out of the bottom. I used the other model previously and should have stuck with that.

I’m pleased with this purchase. I was looking to potentially buy a dyson or LG cordless but wasn’t sure I was ready to drop so much money on a vacuum considering every product I looked up had mixed reviews. I previously had a cordless shark and hated it. The good: has a trigger button lever so you don’t always have to keep holding it down for power, it’s lightweight and easy to handle, strong enough to pick up kitty litter, works incredibly well for crevice cleaning and baseboards, easy to clean parts and filters. The bad: battery life could be longer, I wouldn’t purchase this for a house with carpet. We have hardwoods, tile and laminate. It works great on all of those. However, it struggles when on our (fairly low pile) area rugs. This makes me think it would do even worse on carpet. It will suck items up, but not as good as our corded vacuum and it will also struggle to roll over the rug and requires pushing and repositioning. Despite the struggles over the rugs, I’m happy I bought this! I wanted for quick cleanups and more so daily pickups. I’ll still have to drag out my corded vacuum for rugs, so don’t rely on this to be your only machine. It out performs my more expensive cordless shark ion by far.
