Researched several cordless vacuums before purchasing. Tineco has not disappointed. Great cordless vacuum!

Received as a Christmas gift in 2022. It is now April 2023 and it no longer works. I have cleaned out the stick vacuum regularly. I blow it out with an air compressor. I did use it daily for my kitchen between main cleaning days to keep the floor free dust, cat hair and what gets brought in though the back door. First i thought it was the batter, then it stopped going to the highest level (there are 3 levels of suction) Then it would just completely stop. I have recharged, I took off the battery to make sure there were not broken connections and to assure it was on correctly. I called the product line and get put on hold and have to leave message. i called a few times and was able to get through. I did speak with a very nice man and he went through with me on the phone to see if we could problem solve. Came down to the motor. They are to send me a new motor part which is the hand held portion. I will get back once the process has been completed and with how long it takes to receive the replacement motor and any other details as that time. fingers crossed as I did like the stick vacuum while it was working. Rating at this time a 1 star till this is complete... **UPDATE** 4-21-2023*** I could not be more PLEASED!! Tineco customer service I received was OUTSTANDING! Everyone I spoke with on the phone each time was polite and professional and very knowledgeable of the product. The man I spoke with the first time, Chris, listened to the vacuum over the phone we discussed what was going on and it diagnosed it was the motor. They sent a replacement motor by mail and I had it within the week. I could not be more pleased. I had called a second time after I received the New motor, which I had believed my husband had change out the motor. When speaking with the young lady (I forgot her name, my apologies) when reading back the serial number we found out that the old motor was still on. (I felt stupid) She was very sweet, but we found out the issue right away. TINECO, Thank you for standing by your product and for the wonderful Customer Service Team that you have. I recommend this product as I loved the product when i received it and the Customer Service is exemplary. Thank you again.

I have a small two bedroom apartment with a cat, and small dog. This vacume is easy to store, easy to pop out and use any time its needed. The two attachments are all thats needed for odd dusting and in cracks. It is easy to clean and light weight. I vacume nearly every day, and WANT to! I installed in a closet that allows the plug to reach under the door... Dont install until the plug is figured out for charging. I am extremely happy with this investment!

I’ve had a Dyson V10 for probably 6-7 years now and that was my first stick vacuum. I bought this Tineco as a replacement; here are the things I absolutely love about it: I’ve had it for a couple months now and so far it’s performed very well - very powerful little vacuum works great on all suction levels. All the parts and pieces come apart and can be cleaned so easily. Taking the Dyson apart was a nightmare and I never fully got everything apart to clean it properly. The replacement filters are relatively cheap and also easy to clean (it comes with a filter cleaning attachment but it pulls the dust from the dirty filter onto the clean filter and that’s obviously stupid, but the filters can easily be rinsed instead). It’s lightweight and quiet. It has a trigger lock so you don’t have to hold the trigger down, I really love that (#firstworldproblems) The floor attachment is small and maneuvers nicely, which allows me to vacuum under furniture with ease, to include the bathroom vanities! And the light on the floor attachment is a game changer for me. I have wood flooring throughout my home and I live with a very sheddy yellow lab - this vacuum picks up hair (and fine dust) off the hard floors with ease, whereas my Dyson would spit it back out depending on which direction you went. My complaints about this vacuum: It doesn’t work well (or almost at all) on the carpets and rugs. On the lowest setting while moving at the speed of smell, it will work on a very thin rug with multiple passes. However, anything with a high pile or a traditional carpet will require something else. I don’t think it’s an issue of suction, but rather the floor attachment just doesn’t do well on any fabric (the upholstery attachment works as it should on furniture). I love this vacuum enough that I plan to keep it and it will be the designated “upstairs vacuum”; it’s very user-friendly and easy to clean, which is important to me, and it actually picks up the dog hair but I do wish it were more versatile. In all, I don’t think I’d recommend this vacuum if you have anything other than wood flooring in your home, so I’m giving it 3 stars for lack of versatility/function.

After watching vacuum wars and a few other videos I found this beauty. It has saved me so much time and effort and it was on budget. Its also saved my back. Also, the A10s filtration prevented me from the allergies I would expect using other vacuums. Super maneuverable and amazing suction power. The attachments get to hard to reach places and the vacuum itself is super lightweight and quiet. I love it!

My daughter and I have each had to take back another brand of cordless vac that just stopped working for each of us, at different times. So far, this one has more versatility via an easy on/off wand that attaches to a power brush for floors; without that, its a hand vac, my favorite. Each can use a variety of attachment tools. My favorite is the crevice tool, and I leave it attached to the handvac nearby for the quickest clean-ups. So far, the battery has lasted for days without being plugged in, but I havent yet tested the 25 minutes of continuous use (although close). My living space is staying SO MUCH cleaner because of the ease and light weight of this vacuum, with amazingly good suction power! Nothing has eluded it so far. While I cannot fathom what is so tiresome about getting a vacuum out of the closet, unwinding the cord, plugging it into the outlet with the best reach, then moving it from area to area while I clean....wait? Now that I spell it out, I guess I get it. Who wants to lug and plug? This machine is so light and easy that I just grab it whenever I need it. I hesitated to buy again after the loss of my other cordless floor vac, so I waited, watched what was coming out, avoided the too expensive Dyson, then consulted Consumer Reports to find this is rated more highly than the Dyson! I just hope it lasts, but I have already researched and found that I can replace the battery when needed, hopefully not for a long time. I could finally give away my Shark cordless handheld thats served me with slowly diminishing power over the years.

So...this product is for picking up crumbs only. Thats it. The thing wont even pick up popcorn because of how low the base sits to the floor. It is not adjustable. This is probably only good enough to be used in its detatched state. But as far as vacuuming the floor, Meh. Itll work if youve opened a nature valley crunch bar over your carpet... as long as an actual piece of the bar didnt break off. Including video this week.

Very easy to use. Good for quick pick ups but nothing more.

Purchased this vacuum a month ago and use it on a daily basis for light clean up in a dusty environment. Good suction for dust and small debris. Doesn’t pick up anything larger than a dime. The handle attaches and detaches easily so the accessories can be used w/o a problem. Would recommend this product for anyone who has to do quick clean up on a regular basis. Also note it is fairly quiet and manuverable.

I bought the A10 to use as a broom replacement for my wood floors. I debated whether to buy the next level up but decided the 25 minute battery would be enough for the space I have. I love using the vacuum and it has been great to pick up crumbs and pet hair from wood floors. It works fairly well on low pile carpet/rugs but I would not recommend using it on regular carpet, the suction is not powerful enough to do much on that kind of surface. The battery really does last only 25 minutes. The maneuverability is great! It gets under lots of tight areas and rotates nicely without being too loose. I did run into an issue with one of the attachments. The mini power brush roller would not consistently spin so I contacted amazon customer support who directed me to Tineco customer support. Tineco required i send two different videos and pictures of the serial number on the vacuum as well as screen shots of my amazon address and phone number (this was via multiple email exchanges). They agreed to send me a replacement part but after two weeks I have yet to receive a confirmation that they have shipped it. I am assuming that the issue will eventually get resolved but its been a lengthy process and its annoying.
