Greater than one weekI Love the maneuverability and convenience of this vacuum and it picks up much more than I can see is on the floor. I use it primarily for carpet & I have cats. I can do my whole downstairs + the stairs on one charge with charge left over. Doesnt scare the cats. Love that it has its own docking station & I can have it easy access for quick pick-ups & the accessories are right there with the vacuum. Love that it automatically connects & charges when you dock it. I especially wanted the mini power brush for upholstery which works very well on the carpeted stairs, upholstery kitchen chairs, etc. I like that I can see how much it is picking up. It is very easy to empty & clean the filters & the brush head. I highly recommend buying extra filters. I always replace the pre-filter after each use & wash the dirty pre-filter & put it somewhere to dry. With extra filters, I can rotate & always have a clean/dry one in the machine. I purchased the A11 Hero from Walmart about 6 weeks ago for our business. We all love it so I chose this one for home. I learned from experience with the A11 Hero at the business it picks up so much dust left from lousy vacuums in the past that even though it is just about 1000 sq ft, the filter must be washed after every use. I am finding that the dust load seems to be improving now that we have been using it a few weeks. I have 4 Pre-filters & 4 Hepa filters for home and the business that I rotate. The Hepa filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced nearly as often, but I like having spares. At the business, there was some concern that the width of the head would make it slower to do the vacuuming at the end of the day. It has actually proven to be a definite plus. Not only does the smaller head (compared to some of the big clunky vacuums we have had in the past) improve the suction, but it makes it more agile to get into and under things the larger vacuum heads would not access without moving large items. Bottom line, I expect I will vacuum more often with less hassle since it is so accessible & easy to use. The A11 Hero at work has won them all over & no complaints about vacuuming at the end of the day!

06-01-2025This is our second vacuum by Tienco. We have one upstairs and I needed one for downstairs so I could do a quick clean up after the shedding began this spring. I had been wanting another one and when the price came down a bit I grabbed one. Our first one is around 5 years old and still going strong. I did have one issue with the old one and their customer service was amazing so I feel very confident that this was a great buy as well. It’s easy to clean and being cordless it can do a ton of vacuuming on one charge. I can do about 20 minutes of cleaning on one charge, that’s plenty of time to get everything picked up. Plus I love the light on the front so you can see all the dust hiding from normal view.

> 3 dayI bought the A10 to use as a broom replacement for my wood floors. I debated whether to buy the next level up but decided the 25 minute battery would be enough for the space I have. I love using the vacuum and it has been great to pick up crumbs and pet hair from wood floors. It works fairly well on low pile carpet/rugs but I would not recommend using it on regular carpet, the suction is not powerful enough to do much on that kind of surface. The battery really does last only 25 minutes. The maneuverability is great! It gets under lots of tight areas and rotates nicely without being too loose. I did run into an issue with one of the attachments. The mini power brush roller would not consistently spin so I contacted amazon customer support who directed me to Tineco customer support. Tineco required i send two different videos and pictures of the serial number on the vacuum as well as screen shots of my amazon address and phone number (this was via multiple email exchanges). They agreed to send me a replacement part but after two weeks I have yet to receive a confirmation that they have shipped it. I am assuming that the issue will eventually get resolved but its been a lengthy process and its annoying.

> 3 dayWe decided to try a stick vacuum so we could more easily just grab it and run it without having to worry about cords and outlets. We only had this for a little over week but made sure to run it often so we could decide if we liked it, it took a few hours to initially charge the battery before giving it a try. Our main level is fairly small, we have two carpeted areas and two hard floor areas and we were able to clean the entire downstairs on a single charge on the lowest power setting. On the highest power setting we couldnt vacuum more than one of the carpeted rooms. The trigger has a handy trigger lock which helps you avoid fatigue from holding the button, thats a really great touch. The vacuum seemed to do a good job overall, were 2 adults so its just normal dirt tracked in from the garage or the patio, or food crumbs in the kitchen. We found it was very easy to empty the dirt cup after vacuuming - just hold it over the wastebasket, push a button, and the dirt falls out of the cup. Sometimes some fuzzy dirt or hair would stick in there a bit and need a little help, but overall thats the same as our corded vacuum. The main thing that was important to me was a vacuum that didnt get hair wrapped around the roller, as thats been a huge problem with our corded vacuum. For this reason we specifically bought the Pet version rather than another, as these are supposed to be better designed for hair. This vacuum is fantastic in this respect, the roller looks like it would get hair tangled because it has brushes on it, but I was surprised to see that it doesnt get twisted and tangled full of hair. Sometimes I found a hair or two that was mostly just there - almost just laying on the roller so it can easily be removed with your fingers. The biggest downside for me is the filters. There are inner filters that are a bit of a pain, not horrible but just more putzy than I prefer. Theres a pre-filter that has a handy provided attachment for cleaning it, which youre supposed to do after every time you vacuum. They provided a 2nd pre-filter, so you swap out the dirty one and replace it with the clean one, then put the dirty one into the provided attachment, snap that onto the power head (the handle piece with the trigger), turn on the power and rotate the pre-filter inside the tool to clean the dirty filter. This way youll have a clean pre-filter ready for next time. This works well but its an added step you dont have to do with most corded vacuums. Additionally, theres an inner metal mesh piece inside the power head that get hair wrapped around it, so you may have to pull that out to clean the hair from it when cleaning the pre-filter. Lastly theres a HEPA filter, which I checked each time but it hasnt shown any dirt yet, but thats yet another filter that may need cleaning or replacing at some point. While using the vacuum I also found that when removing the power roller attachment to use the wand on a cobweb or something above floor level, you have the power head in one hand, then reach down to push the latch to disconnect the power roller attachment - but its held in place fairly tightly so I had to hold that piece to the floor with my foot to disconnect it. I feel like this is a breakage waiting to happen. Overall this is a pretty good stick vacuum for the price, but theres more after care & cleaning thats needed that I just dont want to do. We decided this just isnt the right one for us, but for many people this will be perfect for their needs as it does clean well.

> 3 dayI did read that it was not good on edges and alone the base of walls. I quickly taught myself how to maneuver the vacuum to pick in these area. The suction is great and isnt to loud for pets. It was easy to put together and fast on the charging of the battery. I dont like that you have to attach and unattach the charger with a separate unit.

> 3 dayNeeds a second battery Lovely on stairs, works great, but be quick! Cause you only have about 15 min before you have to recharge for several hours. I should’ve read more reviews. Very disappointed.

> 3 dayThis replaces the same vacuum which worked great until my wife broke it through no fault of the vacuum. I researched several highly rated models but she and the person who helps clean our home both said they wanted the same one. I don’t use it but do clean the filters which is very easy. It is extremely lightweight.

> 3 dayIve been using this product for over a year now, and I continue to be impressed by its power, durability, and ease of use. Its lightweight and easy to handle. Battery power has been great, and the indicator lights provide excellent feedback for when to charge. Its great for cleaning cars and hard to reach places. Emptying the waste container is similar to other products, but I recommend doing this outside into a bag to avoid getting any fine dust back into the house. I also own a corded Sears Cannister vac and a Dyson vac. The Tineco is not as strong as either one with vacuum, but it honestly has enough strength for most tasks. It is much more maneuverable than my Sears cannister, but I still use the cannister for really dirty stuff to keep the Tineco as clean as possible. It is also far better ergonomically than my Dyson, which aside from the strong suction, feels like a toy in comparison and seems to be made for elves. Highly recommended product!

> 3 dayThis was my first purchase of a stick vacuum. The Tineco Hero A10 is wonderful. I find myself using it almost every day. It is great at picking up the cat and dog hair from our hardwood floors, short nap rugs, and on upholstery. You can see from the photo how much hair it is picking up every time I use it ! I had no idea there was so much debris that we were walking on daily. Its pretty amazing to see. The unit is very easy to clean out and the filters are easy to clean too. The LED lights on the front really showcase the fine dust/hair particles on the floor. Its lightweight and maneuverable. You can move from the floor to your sofa, to draperies very quickly. It could use a bit more power, but Im sure everything could use more power. The Hero 10 is quieter than I had expected. Many video reviews seemed louder, but it is much quieter than my regular vacuum. This is my best purchase of the year.
