This product is for hard floors and tight rugs definitely not carpet. It did not remove pet hair off of the carpet. Good for hard floors, quiet and easy to maneuver.

The Tineco A10 is my first experience with a stick vacuum. I absolutely love it! This vacuum is easy to maneuver great suction. I am very impressed with how much this vacuum picks up. I have 3 kids and a dog I vacuum daily. With a full charge I am able to vacuum the majority of my house. This works great on carpet, hardwood, ceramic tile. The vacuum does offer a max option I find I dont need it. This vacuum comes with attachments all of which I use daily. Highly recommend purchasing this vacuum

I rarely write a review like this, but this may be the best thing I have ever purchased. This model was highly rated by consumer reports and had the best rating to price ratio of all the models. We picked it up to clean up a couple hallways where my cats keep tracking litter. BUT I quickly started using it to vacuum my entire house. Note: I do not use this on carpeted floors, just travertine, tile, hard wood, and small welcome mat size rugs. We have tile and hard wood through most of our house and this things will do about 2000 ft2 per charge and does it well enough that I never pull out my corded vac. I can also do my stairs in about a minute without the fear of my vacuum hose pulling me down the stairs. The lighted power head has extremely bright white lights on the front, so i can see the dust tracks of where I have vacuumed and what I missed. It is amazing and the powered head is small enough to fit between my toilet and the wall. I cant speak on the longevity of this thing, because Ive only used it a month, but I love it enough that I want a second one for upstairs.

Just got it a couple of weeks ago. I am really liking it. I wish that it had just a bit more suction and more battery life. Definitely get 2 batteries if you purchase. The unit is so light and easy to use. Clean up is not too much of a burden. I dont really care for having to clean the filter after each use because I use it twice a day most days. I hate even a crumb on the floor so loving it even though I have to clean the filter after each use. I honestly do not clean it after morning use, just at end of the day.

Works great, love all the attachments. Only drawback is the battery lasts 15minutes on highest suction. Unable to vacuum whole house and furniture on one charge.

Fast delivery. Arrived new, in perfect condition. Took only seconds to assemble. Easy charging. Very quiet. Very light. High suction. I will update if it lasts…. I hope so! Great ability to get under low furniture and maneuver around things. As first impression: great! Subpar website to register. Never did get prompt for free product” as per packaging. But at least it works so far. Update: so far still so great!

I have a dog who has been shedding like crazy and I’ve been looking for something that will pick up all of his hair on the ground and especially on the couch. This thing is heaven sent. I had been waiting to purchase a Dyson but took my chance in this and it’s like a perfect dupe! It picks up all of his hair from the couch so now i dont have to worry about when guests come over. There’s a ton of attachments. What i love most is the light that shows me everything on the ground. I had a robo vacuum that i thought was picking everything up and i quickly learned that this does double the job in half the time. The battery doesn’t last very long in the highest setting but ever since i got it I’ve been able to vacuum so easily as i leave a room so it stays charged when i do need it compared to vacuuming the entire apartment. I’m interested to see how it will be after a few months but for now I’m quite literally obsessed

I was skeptical about buying this, but it is fantastic! I used to drag my central vac hose out 2-3 times a day trying to keep my kitchen floor clean with kids, now I just grab this quick and it gets the job done! My husband made fun of it after trying to clean his truck, saying the suction was less than impressive, so now every time I vacuum the kitchen when he is around I purposely try to vacuum the squishy kitchen mat in front of my sink and it grabs onto the mat and drags it back, to which I reply “look at the crappy suction”.

This review is for the Tineco A11 Pet Ex cordless vacuum. I have only had it for one day but I am already so impressed! I love that it came with an extra battery. The charging dock is really convenient and all of the accessories work great. I used the vacuum on the lowest setting on my hard floors and the highest setting on my rugs. The highest setting has such strong suction that it was kind of hard to push on my rugs-- not complaining, Im glad the suction is so powerful! I had just vacuumed with my corded Shark vacuum on Sunday and I used this on Tuesday, and the dust cup was nearly full. The unit does have to be attached to the wall mount to charge, so my hubby added an outlet in our coat closet where I used to keep our corded vacuum. I love that I can hide this in a closet but still have it ready to use at any time. I will update this review if anything changes, but so far I am really impressed!

I have a small two bedroom apartment with a cat, and small dog. This vacume is easy to store, easy to pop out and use any time its needed. The two attachments are all thats needed for odd dusting and in cracks. It is easy to clean and light weight. I vacume nearly every day, and WANT to! I installed in a closet that allows the plug to reach under the door... Dont install until the plug is figured out for charging. I am extremely happy with this investment!
