> 3 dayPerfect item based on description. I feel design can be more jazzy than this. Few more upgrades/updates required.

> 3 dayMy Treatlife wall plugs work and my wife especially likes them. She says she loves walking out of the bedroom in the early morning and finds the living room and den lit up. The scheduler and timer is the thing that we both like. However, getting the plugs into the network was not easy. The supposedly easy directions to get the plugs found and on the network were neither easy nor clear. I believe that the only reason I got mine on the network is because I refused to be bested by a programmable wall socket. The problems that I found with the directions follow: 1. There were no directions about finding the reset switch 2. The time to hold the reset switch to get the item reset was much longer than printed in the instructions 3. The sequence of instructions to add the device to the network was not correct. I kept playing with the devices to get them recognized by the network until I got them on teh network. I had four wall plugs and they had to be independently added to the network. The sequence of events to get each one on the network was a little different. However, once I got each of them on the network, they have worked without issue since then. The program to set the timers works as expected and has not had an issue since the timers for each module were created. The instructions for adding the timers was not clear either. When you want a wall plug to turn on and stay on for a period of time, you have to create two different schedules. The first schedule will turn the wall plug on the second will turn the wall plug off. There is no way to create a single schedule to turn the plug on for a period of time and then turn it back off. In summary, once you get the Treatlife wall plugs on the network, they seem to work fine. However, getting them to work on your network can be tricky. The instructions enclosed with the modules is not detailed and does NOT work as described. Once you get them on the network, however, they seem to work with no further issues.

> 3 dayAnother great product by Treatlife. Have their smart switches and love them. Glad they came out with these smart plugs. Works smoothly and as expected. The 15A /1800W is great to control higher wattage appliances. The plug is also smaller than other brands and small enough vertically to fit two in the same outlet pair. (Note: power strips have varied pitches between outlets, so depending on the particular power strip, the plugs may not fit on adjacent outlets. But there usually are enough outlets to space them out in that case.) The manual on/off button is on the side, which may or may not be convenient depending on how things are located. Something to consider if you plan to manually control the unit frequently. Of course, this is not a problem for voice control. App works well, Overall, a great product. Recommended.

> 3 dayFirst, I would like to say I own almost every switch and plug this company sells and think there great. I am not so happy with these. I have connected three of them to lamps and they keep dropping the Wi-Fi connection and go offline. The Wi-Fi for two of them is in the next room about 30ft away. I hope to find a better solution for my smart lamps. Update! I was contacted by Fiona in customer service, and she worked to resolve this issue. It did take replacing the plugs, but she worked to resolve it. Thank You Fiona for great customer service.

Greater than one weekI have used their Smart Switches before and was looking forward to getting the Smart Plugs. Was able to set them up within minutes of receiving them. They were very easy to setup. Was using mechanical timers earlier and had to run around the house and reset them each time the power went out. Update after one week of use: Was trying to use the Schedule feature as a timer. Was easy to setup but the entries keep getting turned off randomly everyday. Cant use them at all in a reliable manner. Tried to get help but got no meaningful help. I am going to be returning these and have ordered a set from another manufacturer. Update after several months of use: You can get around the Schedule issue by using Cycle Timer. They perform the same function and do not get randomly reset as the Schedule function.

> 3 dayThis is my second purchase of these Treatlife outlets because they just work without issue with Alexa. I am now in the process of replacing the big smart outlets made by the other company. that dominated the entire wall outlet. I like that the Treatlife outlet only takes up the space of one plug on the outlet so the other plug can be accessed. Installation is simple just plug it in to your existing outlet, plug in the device you want control then activate and name the device in the smart Life app. The Treatlife products dont drop the Wifi connection like other brand I have used and integrate perfectly with Alexa, a great combination. These are also working terrific in my shop where I can now turn on a vacuum or other tools by voice command to Alexa. These plugs handle 15 amps which is sufficient for most of my needs.

Greater than one weekI bought these for the timer and the convince of being able to configure and switch on/off with my phone. But I ended up connecting it to my Alexa abs really surprised at how much I use it and how convenient it is to use voice commands to turn the light on. The only issue I have had is that it has disconnected a few times where I had to set it up again. Also when you set it up, you have to have WiFi on, Bluetooth, and everything else it asks for or it just doesn’t want to work. So I ended up letting it have all the access it wanted, set up the plug, then Turned off the access to the services in iPhone preferences.

> 3 dayPictures made it look like these were about the same width as the outlet cover plate which would have been fine, but looks are deceiving. I need them to fit inside an electric box which is wider than the cover plate and these are larger than the plate. Its a shame they dont provide dimensions. Ill see if I can use them somewhere else.
