> 24 hourThis is a cute package but does not make as many as it says, but we expected that so we also bought Tulip 34723 One-Step Tie Dye Party Kit. We made 35 shirts between the two kits and probably had enough dye left to make 2-4 more shirts. These are size ratio we died: Y M - 8, Y L - 4, Y XL - 2, A S - 6, A M - 6, A L - 2, A XL - 6, A 2XL - 1. We did use the table cloth( but we also bought more), our older girls (probably 7th grade and up and adults) used the gloves, we bought smaller ones for the younger girls. We never used any of the rubber bands, as we bought a loose pack of multi size and shape ones for a few bucks and that worked great (these are all bounded together in the box) This would work good for a small party or around 15 people. We really like the instructional color fold out that the girls could use to make their shirts. We left them sit for about 12 hours, they turned out very good. Girls did them pretty much all on their own grades k-11th. We recommend the WET method of soaking in cold water first before dying.

> 24 hourThe instructions were clear and they show several ideas on things you can do with the dyes plus I found that the elastics can be used a few times not just the one time... the kit comes with easy to use prefilled with dye power bottles plenty of elastics gloves and plastic sheeting for surface protection just add water thats it

> 24 hourGreat dyes that one can use with all the family. Each little bottle, when filled up to the line, gives the shirts strong colors. But they are small, so they run out pretty quickly depending on how many shirts one does. One packet allowed us to make about 5-7 shirts (depending on the style you want/how much dye you use). You can also add more water when a color starts to run low, but just be aware since it’s watered down, it may not come out as dark. Also, make sure to use gloves and use a plastic sheet underneath whatever you dye because it will stain your hands/nails for about 1-2 days. Something that came with a previous packet of tie dye were plastic containers (like the to-go boxes). When we finished our shirts, we then placed them inside of the containers and put them in the microwave for about a minute or two to let the color seep in deeper with the steam/heat. Just be careful because it will be hot when it comes out. After we just let it cool down and then rinsed and wash the shirts. Some color does wash away.

> 24 hourThe best thing about this kit is that the bottles are pre-filled with the dye powder. Also, the bottles come with little caps so you can save leftover dye if you want to. This was a fun, easy for a range of ages and not as messy as youd think project for group of 15 or so people. Keep in mind, the dye needs to sit for 8 hours before the project is finished... so best for a sleepover type party if you want people to be able to take their projects home. If you care about dye staining hands, you might want to get better gloves, otherwise the gloves that come with the kit are hard to work with and kids will probably just take them off. The dye will wear off after a week and honestly was a non-issue for me. I will totally buy this again.

> 24 hourWe had never tie dyed before. This kit was perfect for my kids. It was easy to use, with a lot of colors to choose from. They each got to dye 2 shirts. We did do a little research before and made our own soda ash fixer that we soaked the shirts in first, or sprayed on the shirts before dyeing. We also tried different fabrics to see how it would look. 100%cotton vs. 60/40. We let the shirts sit wrapped for 24-48hrs. before rinsing in cold water, then washing in hot water. The colors have stayed vivid and bright even after a couple washes and wearing. You can see the 100% cotton gives more a blotchy traditional tie dye look. And the 60/40 is a smoother even look where the colors blended more.

> 24 hourI got this to do with my nephew. It was super easy to use, a little messy (I expected this so we did it in the garage) and a ton of fun! I think I enjoyed it as much as he did. We tie-dyed quite a few shirts (6) and some masks (covid19). Everything came out great! The colors are super vibrant and still look good after many washes. We didn’t even use all of the bottles of dye so we have plenty for another rainy day activity!

> 24 hourMy niece is a crafty kid and I try to do my best to encourage her artistically. At first I was unsure about this but she mixed her own dye color and colored a beautiful pair of jeans. They turned out wonderfully

> 24 hourEasy to use, colors are pretty and vibrant. The black runs everywhere and ends up being navy blue. I recommend skipping the black color all together. It turned everything purple.
