> 3 dayWestern Digital has never let me down. And here is another good example. Inherited a rather old Gateway AIO. OEM was 450Gb HDD and 4Gb of ram. This SSD is plug & play of course and I was able to clone the WIN7 OS and install WIN10 without any problems. The difference was amazing. Went from a 1:20 second boot to 16 secs!

> 3 dayI had a 256GB SD drive that I had to keep deleting data because of overuse. Looked up this drive and it did the drive. Very easy to install and using software NTI Cloning Kit for SSD I was up and running in a snap! It was so easy I was surprised when it was done For me at least, no hassles.

> 3 dayNo issues out of the box. Currently attached to my pi plex server. As with any storage it could always use more capacity. Happy and would buy more/again.

> 3 dayIf you are a person who is a gamer or a video producer, streamer, studio or audio producer or a person who does a lot with photo and video, Green drives arent for you. This is meant to be an energy efficient device and not made to handle the demands that you have. Who is it meant for? Every other type of computer user. If youre into one of the above mentioned things, look to the Blue or preferably the Black drives and not energy efficient drives. Cheaper will not always suit you and thats the case here. Youre welcome

> 3 dayI replaced several HDDs on laptops with these and they work great! If you have clonezilla you can hook up one externally via SATA/USB adapter and dump HDD to SDD. Then swap drives. And you are all set.

Greater than one weekIts asking me about thickness for some reason... not sure why. Its the standard size of just about every ssd out there. It is definitely worth the money and as easy to install as any other ssd. I dont like the green color, so I added some stripes to it using Crayola crayons. I think my ssd likes them.

> 3 dayWithin a year of service, the SSD was failing to backup... I contacted WD support and, after MANY exchanges of information, and nearly a weeks time... they decided to authorize a Return (RMA). I completed their process for an Advanced Replacement. Once that was done, it took about 9 days for the replacement to arrive... That drive ALSO had an issue and I contacted WD support again... who said they would ship, yet another, replacement drive. After days of waiting, I managed, with the help of third party software, to configure the FIRST replacement... and I tried to return the bad drive... via UPS as thats how I received it. UPS told me the shipping label they provided was NOT valid... I contacted WD Support again and spoke with a service person that, apparently, was not capable of listening to the situation... after THREE calls... they agreed to provide a shipping label in a day or two... I have wasted many long hours of my time and experienced the frustration of a FAILED WD support process. I thought some of your buyers would like to know that, should a problem arise with their new SSD... Getting anything done with WD support is a painful and, mostly, frustrating process.
