I wanted this as a cheaper, perhaps more reliable alternative to an external. It would not work with any of my 3 adapters, that have worked with internal drives before.

Very happy with this, would buy from them and this product again.

The installation of the drive was literally a snap. The Windows installation was easier than I thought it would be but thats another review... After the installation was complete this computer (an Lenovo, ThinkPad W530) seemed to be snappier than it ever was and it continues to run very well.

Reasonable price. PC is much faster now.

I installed this SSD in a small external enclosure. Its working very well - fast, no noise, and no separate power supply needed. Cant wait to eventually ditch all my mechanical drives.

You can load the PlayStation OS on the SSD and it works. BACKUP YOUR DATA. I used a PS4 Pro 1TB HDD.

Needed an SSD to upgrade to Mac OS Mojave, since apple is forcing the new APFS filesystem on everyone, and APFS makes traditional hard drives crawl. Have had good luck with WD hard drives, this is my first SSD. Will try to remember to update this in a year or two. UPDATE: Drive started registering errors in Jan 2020, so about 6 months usage. Not really worth the money. After reading several reviews I replaced it with a (smaller capacity) WD Blue SSD. So well see how that goes.
