> 24 hourEdit** spoke with support again. They apologized, stating the previous texh was confused about my issue. Then they tried to hook me saying they charge for assistance. Nice. Worked fine the first couple seasons, now wont connect and customer service is poor. Customer support number not picked up. They used a chat session to cue tech support to call. Though my app and device were not connected, they ensured me my network was not secure. They further insisted, until I asked where they are getting this information. Would not answer question, then line went dead. Really liked them at first. Now, not so much.

> 24 hourI have it setup in my backyard and it worked fine, then one day, I had to unplug it to to move it somewhere else. As soon as I unplug it, and plug it back in, the wifi no longer works, so I cant even reprogram it anymore. Dont get me wrong, the outlet WORKS as intended when it worked, I guess I expected a better WIFI module in this since its plugged into the power. But this has one of the shortest range wifi I have seen. When it worked, my phone had to literally be right next to it to see the signal, and when it worked, the unit will not see my houses wifi network, and I have Google Wifi, the mesh network setup in my house. Anyway, the wifi no longer works, its nothing more than a surge proctector at this point, and since I have to manually either leave it ON all the time of turn it OFF all the time, it really beats the entire purpose of this thing being (outdoors) now. Not happy about that the wifi breaks within less than a years usage. And just incase someone is wondering, there was a insect zapping light plugged into it, and I had the timer setup to turn on and off 2 times in a day, thats all. Not happy, very not happy about this. And if anyone is also wondering, yes, I have tried multiple phones, multiple Android phones and multiple IPhones, and differerent version of iOS and Android, nothing, the wifi signal never shows up when I search for the wifi signal, as instructed that suppose begins with ECO-. And yes, I have tried restarting my phones and yes, I have tried unplugging the outlet for 30 seconds, hoping it will clear some kind of cache or something, nothing. Also, as soon as I unplug it, the programmed times are erased, thats where it rendered the thing into nothing but a regular surge protector, which I dont even know if it actually protect electrical surges.

> 24 hourIt was easy to connect and works good. The stake seems flimsy and I was worried it was going to break sticking it in the ground, but luckily it did not. I wish I could control each outlet individually and I also wish they would add compatibility with Google Home.

> 24 hourWould have rated it a five last year but changed my router (different internet provider) now the signal doesnt show up on .phone AND no way to reset the WiOn. NO RESET. CRAZY. Wrote the company to ask what to do and NO REPLY. RIDICULOUS. Now I have an outdoor paper weight, but no paper out there. I found a phone number on the website they finally called me back after my second call a week after the first call. A reset exists. Just hold the switch button down when plugging in the power. When blue light stops flashing it is reset then release. Works fine now. 3 stars for poor instructions, slow service, and no info on website.

> 24 hourI was excited when I found this Outdoor Wi-Fi Plug-In Yard Stake for the amazing low price. I unpacked it and downloaded the App to begin the installation process. For some unfortunate reason, the App could not find or connect to my network no matter what I tied. Gave up after an hour of trying and ordered a different brand and model at a higher price. I was able to connect the replacement easily. In short, you get what you pay for.

> 24 hourProduct is quality and works well when the Wi-Fi signal is able to be picked up. One is in the backyard and gets picked up find the one in the front yard is approximately 40 feet away with one wall in between it in the router and is having an issue sometimes getting signal.

> 24 hourLike that it was cheap. Ergo the problem with this: you get what you pay for in performance reliability & setup ease Used it to setup a temporarily a Wyze cam outdoors. 1st problem is that to catch a WiFi signal & config this thing took several tries. Not sure what the problem was since my WiFi network is strong & easy to acquire for most all other Wifi able products. Kinda just lucked onto my network after about 20 minutes... 2nd problem I noticed: if there is a power outage it will require a manual reboot. It will not come back on line by itself. 3rd item as every1 has mentioned: each input plug is not independent of each other ie you cannot control one without controlling the other. power on/off for BOTH at same time. All in all - I went cheap & got spotty performance & difficult setup. Hopefully, it will be a rarely used item that won;t forget its network configuration after inactivity (like used occasionally). I just cant recommend this thing if reliability is paramount & setup ease is an after thought.
