> 24 hourThis is an on/off appliance switch, not a dimmer. It integrated with my Z-wave Leviton network easily, and it works well. It is tall, so youll want to use the top outlet of the receptacle. Having the unswitched outlet is convenient.

> 24 hourWorked great for a little over a year. Zwave integration to home assistant was easy. Range extender works as it should. After a year, the lights plugged into the dimmer outlet began to randomly dim to off and then back on. For the cost, I guess I shouldnt expect it to last.

> 24 hourI liked this unit initially because it has a 3 prong socket. Why does everyone think lamps dont have 3 prong plugs? This is the only dimmer I found that can accommodate a three prong plug. Unfortunately these burn out after a while even when used on low current LED lamps. Ive also had trouble with some new units not working correctly when I try to program them. One unit did not seem to report the type of unit correctly. Too many problems, and burned out units are useless.

> 24 hourThis does work in Hubitat as of April 2022. Make sure to follow the instructions to set the min/max value, or your lights will be dimmer than normal.

> 24 hourIve tried other, more name-brand and expensive dimmer outlets. This one is much cheaper and I dont miss any of the features compared to the more expensive ones.

> 24 hourTo start off with, I hate leaving negative reviews. I always give the benefit of the doubt. However, these switches *seem* to be of very poor quality. I purchased an initial batch of two. The first one worked perfectly. Second one was dead out of the box - load stuck permanently on, no response on the button at all. I did a return per Amazon, and a new one arrived the next day. This one immediately presented problems out of the box - LED on button not responding when outlet is on. Unit failed half-way through the pairing process. Now, LED is stuck permanently on, as soon as the unit is plugged in to the wall. Completely unresponsive to the main button. Sending that one back as well. I hope its a temporary quality issue, but 1 for 3 is not promising.
