Greater than one weekThe on/off button (and others) are on the bottom edge of the monitor. I find I must hold on to the monitor with one hand in order for the other to use the buttons. Inconvenient.

> 3 dayJust received mine today to replace an older Acer display that is going on to other uses in my house. Installed the base no problem, hooked it up, no problem and off and running. First thing I noticed is that it is much brighter and crisper than the LCD screen it replaced. I am not an expert on color reproduction and all that. It seemed fine right out of the box. I did some minor tweaking in my NVIDIA control panel to tone down the brightness by about 3% but other than that, nothing. I play an online multiplayer game and I immediately noticed how much smoother this was and everything looked almost new. My old LCD was still a pretty good 5ms monitor, but this one transitions so much better. Other notes: -Using a DVI-D connection to my computer - I have a lot of cables lying around and for me the included VGA cable goes into the electronics recycle bin -This monitor uses a power brick but it is so small, its more like a power mouse -The base is great, my old monitor used to shake when the washing machine went into spin cycle. This one doesnt move a bit. -For the money, if you are looking for a good monitor without a ton of features, just want to plop it on your desk and be done with it, this is a great deal. -This monitor appears to be exclusive to Amazon. -Its a very nice design, very pleasing to the eye. -I have this side-by-side with a very high quality HP display and I think the two are comparable. With my old display, when I switched from one to the other, it looked like going from a shiny new car to an old rusted beater.

> 3 dayBought this as a secondary monitor for my laptop at my home office. This monitor for the price is amazing. I’m going to buy a second one for a triple monitor set up at some point. My wife tried to steal for her laptop on her desk for a second monitor for her podcasts instead of using my old 2009 LG 22 widescreen. I love having a large 2nd monitor when working on spreadsheets and other documents. I have watched some videos on it and played some computer games using it. A little latency and ghosting, but light years ahead of old monitor.

Greater than one weekI returned them, so anything I say will be limited in knowledge. Firstly, I got these because I was recommended them by a friend. This was my first mistake. Because I took my friends recommendation, I didnt read the product description and failed to realize these monitors do not have VESA compatibility. That in and of itself is not a deal breaker. I happened to have a VESA adapter on hand, but when I set it up... Yikes. It didnt work with the adapter at all no matter what I did. I dont know if thats the monitors fault or the VESA adapters fault, but after a half hour of struggle, I was getting frustrated. With the monitor connected to the adapter the best that I could get it, I decided to test the monitor itself by plugging it in and turning it on. That went about as smoothly as was expected. The monitor itself seems like it has nice quality, but for some reason everything on my screen was just off quality-wise. The resolution was incredibly wrong and could not be fixed no mater what I changed my display settings to. The color wasnt right either. A half hour of struggling with the display settings later, I was at peak frustration and turned the computer off to salvage my mental health. During this time, I spoke with the friend who recommended them, and we agreed it was time to return the monitors. I ended up turning the computer on one last time to print the return label, and at that point, the resolution was actually not terrible. I guess turning the computer on and back off again helped reset whatever was causing me problems. I actually considered keeping the monitors to try and see if I could troubleshoot the rest myself, but I ultimately decided to return them. In conclusion, I think these are probably good monitors. They just did not work for me, and I dont know if its because my monitors were faulty, my equipment was faulty, or if it was something else entirely. I personally just do not have the skills or knowledge to troubleshoot computer problems, especially when setting up a monitor should be a piece of cake. I ended up buying another Acer monitor, and it worked instantly with no struggling or troubleshooting, so take that as you will. 7/10 did not work for me but could have been great for someone else (maybe)

> 3 dayGood, but not fantastic. First, some positives, then my nit-picking: Packaged well. The box was not treated the greatest by UPS, with some minor crushing. The packaging was sufficient enough to protect the panel very well. No dead pixels. Even if a company has a good exchange policy for this, shipping back and waiting again is a pain. Zero dead pixels. (A special note, I will edit this when/if they do appear) Ok, now my nit-picking: There is a bit of backlight bleeding, but it is only really noticeable if youre using it in a darkened room. I usually have other lights on to reduce eye strain, so it doesnt effect me a whole lot. I think I was hoping for a bit richer blacks/contrast. Images and games that are variations of color and light look markedly better than my older Dell LCD, but shadows and darkness dont look much better. There is another reviewer who actually took a photo of this, and Im wishing I wouldve taken a little more time reading reviews. I think for me, personally, if I would have seen this in action before ordering/opening, I would have hung in with my 1080p Dell LCD from 2010 for another year or two before going to 4k or 1440p. Im not saying this is a bad monitor, just that I was investing in getting a bigger difference than what I actually got. Maybe the IPS screens I have seen were of higher quality in that department, and I mistook how much of that image improvement was due to IPS technology.

> 3 dayGreat ACER monitor, fair price, I just wish it had VESA attachments for wall and stand mounting.

> 3 dayBought this when my company went remote-first. Its a really nice monitor for the price. Definitely dont recommend if youre a gamer or need to use professional design software regularly - but for the average user this more than does the job. Its got a nice slim profile and its a good size. Have used it for the past two years with no problems.

Greater than one weekI bought this monitor in 2019 for my second computer and after a year I mostly switched on that computer. As I mentioned above, for four years I didnt have any problems with it and I love it!
