> 24 hourASUS router once again dont disappoint. Thing is an beast. Upgraded from a 5300, which was no slouch IMO.. But man the 11k seems like a huge performance enhancement for sure. WPA3 support was an absolute security requirement. WIFI 6E compliant for future proof when the adapters finally come down in price. Running WIFI 6 adapters over the 5 gig band is impressive. Purchased a 6E adapter for supporting Amazon Prime streaming out to large 60 inch monitor via HDMI. Still waiting on that delivery. Will update this post once I have some time and data on my implementation.

> 24 hourLooks great, but speeds are not consistent. Set up was a little difficult, but manageable. Have fiber internet at my house and one second, have 680/sec speeds the next under 100/sec.

> 24 hourI dont see all the hype that I researched into prior to buying this router. I was expecting to be blown away for spending this kind of money on a router with these specs. I had to call tech support and do some tweaking in the settings to get it to run faster speeds but this router is not as good as the 120$ tp link router I returned. Hopefully a update will solve all these problems because as of now I dont see this crazy price point justifying this purchase and Im debating returning it. I will update my review if anything changes...

> 24 hourWell first off 2.5gb port is supposed to active by default. Set up does not detect it, so go ahead and use manual set up. If you have a Samsung S21 Ultra, dont use Tri-band Smart connect. It wont stay connected to the 6ghz band and when it switches to the 5ghz band it will be in a state as connected, but with no internet. You can use smart connect with the 2.4 and 5ghz bands and have the 6ghz separated if you want. Sometimes when you bake changes to the settings you loose wireless connections and have to reboot, buggy firmware at the moment. Strang things in the logs as well such as cant update an ip because it is not a mesh device and already in the UDB, cant add it. 6ghz is not working with Intel AX210 at the moment, supposedly a windows thing. Sometimes during a reboot from the app or web gui wireless does not always come back so best to use the power button on the back if you need to reboot. and if you are using the 2.5gb port as a wan the internet led only will light red when there is no internet, once it gets an ip it will go completely off. I dont know what happens when you use the 1gb (blue) port. My main issue is I am randomly loosing internet connection, usually in the middle of the night. I have to get up and reboot the router and for some reason I cant get an ip from my fiber modem unless I pull the cat and reinsert it.

> 24 hourThis is an interesting router, but unfortunately it’s performance do not live up to it’s spec sheet.

> 24 hourSeems to work fine with 2.5 and 5 G signals, I won’t know about 6G until I get my iPhone 13 in October. But advice: configure it with your pc or Mac via web interface. It worked very simply and quickly, but their iPhone app just kept getting stuck.
