> 24 hourI have installed new porcelain tile flooring throughout the house. A steam mop using distilled water was recommended by my installer because its perfect to keep the grout clean while sanitizing. He recommended staying away from cleaning products because there will eventually be a build up of residue. This steam mop works very well and is easy to use. I suppose any method of cleaning would be just as easy but the sanitizing and residue factor makes me favor this steam mop.

> 24 hourI bought this steam cleaner/mop because I was completely over mopping my floors and wanted to try and get the stains off my floor. This was the best thing and has many many uses. The plastic piece in the back did break off in my closet but we weren’t the most gentle with it.

> 24 hourThe new Powerfresh is a huge upgrade over the old Bissell Powerfresh. It is easier to load the water, warms up quicker and the cleaning area is larger. We love it!

> 24 hourThis works great on floor tiles, kitchen floors, bath tiles. It does not get scuff marks off though.

> 24 hourIt cleans well but it’s hard on my arms and shoulders. It’s a work out using the steam mop. Plus it continues to make the knocking noise— thought that was supposed to go away. I’ll continue to use my Bissell Crosswave And the steam mop

> 24 hourI bought this after seeing a YouTuber using it. Its great! I have 4 cats and I was always annoyed about crumbled litter on the floor. After running Roomba, do a deep clean with it. Sticky on the floor are also removed perfect without chemical. It would have been nice if this was cordless.

> 24 hourMy only complaint is that you have to hold the trigger in the entire time you are using it. If you have a weakness or arthritis in your hands or fingers, I would not recommend this item.

> 24 hourThe Bissell Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop does a very good job of cleaning floors. My only complaint is that having to hold down the trigger on the handle to activate the steam is very tiring and difficult to hold for a long period of time, especially if you have arthritis in your hands, as I do. It would be perfect if there were a way the trigger could be made to stay down, and then released when you are finished, instead of having to hold it down with your finger while you are mopping.

> 24 hourI literally only used it twice and I have done everything to remedy the problem and it still does not work.

> 24 hourWhen I had my grubby living room carpet replaced with tile I looked into ways to keep it (and my existing dining room /kitchen floor) clean. Must suggestions pointed to a steam mop. There are lots and lots of choices out there. I settled on this Bissel unit because it came with lots of tools (e.g., for grout, and countertops) and options. You can clean lots of surfaces with it . . . just not paint, please! It comes with a mount that lets you hang the mop and accessories on a wall. A little velcro straps lets you neatly coil the very long AC power cord. The terrycloth like mop heads get grubby quickly. I ordered the unit along with a set of OEM cloth mop heads. This lets you do a big job without having to pause to wash the mop heads. My one caveat: The unit seems fragile. The water tank is clear plastic; dropping the mop could easily shatter it.
