Love it!! But holding the button down to use it non stop is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I dont have arthritis (diagnosed) or carper tunnel (diagnosed) but I can not go more than 4 minutes without my hands, arms and wrists cramping to the point I have to stop because of how much pain I am in from holding down the button consistently just to mop my kitchen!!!!! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! The fact they couldnt make it a one touch like pretty much every other machine was very disappointing and frustrating. Back to looking for a new machine and sending this one back. I really thought this machine was the one and it would have been minus the button issue....

Is this steam mop perfect? No nothing in life is perfect. But im still going to give it 5 stars. I live alone with two dogs, two cats and a gold fish. Now the goldfish doesnt make tooo much of a mess on the floors but these four legged punks do. My kitchen floor is that ugly moon textured vinyl. I mop about once a week and was doing a deep cleaning (hands and knees, scrub brush in hand) every few months and it about killed me. * Im in my 20s * This steam mop got right into those pesky textured spots like it was nothing. Yes after steam mopping the whole floor i still felt like i wanted to go back over it with a quick swiffer mop but holy cow it did a hell of a job, was 3/4 the time to do and it saved my knees/back. Easy set up, easy tear down, easy storage. it weighs probably as heavy as a jar of pasta sauce but you dont need to put much effort into it. I got the mint mop water with it and I cant smell it to save my life. If youre on the fence, just buy it. its worth the money xD

Did almost everything Id hope it would! Did a great job of cleaning the grout. I used small concentrating tool and the the stream powered in and the built up dirt washed out, so I could just wipe it away. I believe I can now maintain the clean by just using the regular floor tool. Faucets and stainless steel appliances looked like new. You dont realize how much of those spray and wipe products build up until you power it all off and see a real shine. Tile backslash in the kitchen came back to life. Also used to to remove soot that built up on the logs outside because the grill was too close. No product worked at all. BTW floors are more beautiful than ever, and I had used a different steam machine for years that finally died. Steamed the hinging curtains and they look so much better! It is light weight, has lots of tools to try out for different jobs. It did take some time to clean out build up pin grout as I mentioned and some areas, but now that they have been de-gunked, it should be easy to maintain the clean. Love it! It does get hot so read the cautions... I cleaned for hours, on less then 1 gallon of distilled water btw, and came out unscathed.

More than for floors, I use this product everywhere. Its really great for grout in the bathrooms and kitchen and does a great job on windows and faucets.

It works but I feel like the steam could be better, also makes a clicking sound every single time and sometimes I have to pause cleaning to wait for steam to build up. I shouldve gotten another shark

I received this today and, as my Shark steamer finally gave up last week , I was eager to clean my floors so I inboxed it and went right to work. To get right to the point, I’m sending this back tomorrow. Here are the immediate problems with it, right off the bat: 1: EVERYTHING is located in the handle; the water, motor, and tool storage are all located in the handle, so it’s extremely heavy to hold. 2: Add to this the MAJOR design flaw that there is literally nowhere to store the cord. You either hold it in your other hand or you trip over it 3: You must continually squeeze the trigger to produce steam, if you let go, the steam shuts off, so now I’m holding this heavy handle while squeezing the trigger AND holding the cord in the other- was there no end user testing done with this thing? 4: Because you must hold the trigger in one hand and the cord in the other, switching hands to ease the weight of the handle is really difficult, and frustrating 5: It has a nice fabric steaming attachment but I can’t see me steaming 84in drapes while holding this heavy handle for long 6: It doesn’t produce the amount of steam I was expecting- my old Shark made twice as much steam and it was half dead

While the device seems to do the job in most cases, it is exhausting to use. One must hold down a button for continual use. The cord is annoying to work with. Even storing it is up to the user. No hooks, etc. Overall, there must be a better version that it is less work.
