BISSELL Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop, 2075A

This cleans my bamboo flooring well. I steam cleaned my Windows and they look great (I used an e-cloth to wipe off the moisture). It also did a good job cleaning the tile around the wood stove. Next Im going to use to get the bugs off my windshield. Great little machine, much better than my old Hoover.

Im so in love with my steam mop. It comes with a ton of attachments (and wall mount), is easy to put together and I love not using chemicals on my floors. If you want to add a scent though there is an option to buy a scent pad to slide into the mop head (one time use) and it does put out a decent scent. It is a little heavy but it isnt an issue for myself, the only thing that really bothers me is the cord. It twists up so easy so when Im done and trying to put it away it twists up into itself. Ive had to have my husband try and straighten it out for me but that only lasts so long until it does it again. Annoying but I can manage since Im not mopping everyday. Overall, 5 stars. I can definitely feel when my floors are mopped now after using this steam mop. Such a wonderful feeling on my feet!!

My sister referred this product to me after trying to find something to help keep her place clean and allergen-free for her children that started to develop allergies not only does this help and make things easier for her to clean she has used this product in ways that I never thought I would use them in, for instance, the mop attachment she uses to get to the top of her finished cupboards. My cupboards are not finished so I need to be a bit careful, But I use the steam to spray a light mist or steam a light mist of hot water on the cupboard and then use the microfiber pad to just gently wipe it away as opposed to applying the unit close to the unsealed and Im finished painted cupboards that I have. I did not buy this for my cupboards though I purchased this to clean the tile on my kitchen counters and I am absolutely amazed at the job that this did my kitchen looks brand new not only does it look new it smells good and part of having an old house is trying to get rid of all smells and as I have worked meticulously through my house on a daily basis the Basic smell of the home as you come in is not as musty which is really great because normally when I have clean my carpets with vinegar and windows with vinegar it smells clean after two or three days but you have to smell vinegar for two or three days and with the steam cleaner Ive used it on the windows Ive used in the tub on the kitchen counters on the kitchen floor and even started using it To spot treat my carpet and then begin working on small sections of my carpet at a time and places where there has been dogs smell from accidents I put my nose right next to the carpet to smell it after two or three days and the smell is all but diminished now these are not saturated pet stains but my little dog had an accident I got majority Of the year and up right away but no matter what cleaners are used its still had a faint odor if I would put my nose next to it and smell the spot but this unit has helped clean those areas to where theres hardly any smell at all. I can only use it for about an hour or so at a time if I am doing things that are chest height or shoulder height as my arm does get tired after a while from holding the unit but I like the weight of it so that I dont press too hard or scrub too hard on things that are not finished So it is a nice reminder in my old house to be gentle. However, it would be nice to be able to use it for more than just an hour at a time based on my limitations. This unit heats up extremely fast and is one of the key points that I like about it you open the top of the water and away you go and no matter what angle you have the unit even upside down this unit will still extract water needs to create the steam it is an excellent unit and I recommend it to everyone

Worked wonders on my grout. Highly recommend. Good to note that it may still take some scrubbing. Dont expect it to melt away the dirt like magic, but it is definitely more effective than abrasive cleaners and safer for my home. Purchased for my grout, but have used it on my stovetop, mopping my floors, steaming a wrinkled jacket, and cleaning my stone countertops. Have not been disappointed. Cleans thoroughly and sanitizes which is a bonus in todays times. For a household tool 9/10. The only downfall I found was that it is not cordless. But the cord is very long, so distance hasnt been an issue. I only need to move plugs when I move rooms.

I am 73 and my sweet wife is 70. I did not want her to get down on her hands and knees to clean our tile floors. I had her do some research because our church uses a steamer for cleaning tile in the bathrooms. This is the one that she picked, and it is very well designed. We bought extra mop heads since that is a wear item, and purchased two bottles of the recommended solution. Since it is based on eucalyptus oil and some other oil, it has a light fresh scent when she has steamed the floors. BISSELL knows how to design and build quality products that really do a great job!

I had used a Clorox Clean-up and a Swiffer mop over the years. This is a huge upgrade! It uses just distilled water, as opposed to harsh (and expensive) cleaning solutions. It heats up quickly so its ready to use almost immediately after plugging it in, and the floors dry quickly after steam-mopping. As others have said, you do have to hold down the steam button during operation, but this isnt generally a big deal, unless you using it for an extended period of time. I love most of the attachments, and the two mop covers. The only attachment Im not pleased with is the grout cleaner. It does a wonderful job, but the bristles bend and collapse into something almost unusable after the first use. Id appreciate an easy way to order replacements for just that tool - not the whole set - as its almost a disposable tool if you can only use it once. I have a LOT of tile in my house, and Id probably buy replacements frequently.

I should have listened to the negative reviews. Instead, I relied upon Consumer Reports rating the Bissell PowerFresh Slim Steam Mop as the best. I think they got it all wrong and intend to let them know. First of all, it is heavier than any other steam mop I’ve owned. Plus, in order to get continuous steam, you must keep the trigger pressed. These two issues wouldn’t be show stoppers, if everything else was great. When I use a steam mop, I want to see steam...and lots of it...to know it is working. If I lift this mop up a bit I can see the steam, but if the mop is on the floor, there is no visible steam. In my world, grout is the enemy...I want to know it’s getting clean. The pad doesn’t look as dirty as the pad from my previous steam mop, which leads me to believe the surface is getting clean, but there’s not enough steam to get to the grout. And that is why I hate this machine after just one use. Do yourself a favor and order a different steam mop.

Works great on grout. For extra dirty grout, run the nozzle back and forth a couple times. The steamer gets an extra boost about every 30 seconds. Move nozzle across grout slowly. Could have a longer connector pole. I decided to sit on floor to clean grout. Floor cleaning attachment is amazing. The pad shows it all!!

It works okay. I may update the review later, but it’s decent.
