> 3 dayLightweight, easy to maneuver. Not much harder than vacuuming, just a bit slower! Really cleaned my rug! Bought this to use after winter rains here on the California coast with 2 big dogs going in and out in all weather, tracking in lots of dirt. Pulled it out of the box finally this morning. Less than 5 minutes from setting up to using!!! So impressed I took this picture to show how well it was cleaning. My only con for this is the relatively small wash fluid and dirty water reservoirs. But that being said, they are both very easy to remove and install. And since less than a gallon of water they are lightweight and easy on the hands and back. Love love love this carpet cleaner!!!!!

> 3 dayI love this little powerhouse. It is light and easy to use. The amount of water picked up equals the amount put out. My carpets have not looked this good in a long time and the house smelled so nice after using it. I purchased a Hoover Smartwash 2 yrs ago. It stopped dispensing the soap after 1 yr. A part broke and I replaced it. The part did not fit properly and I could not suction water up with it. I did a lot of research before buying this Bissell and couldnt be happier. Bigger is NOT always better.

> 3 dayBetween cats, dogs, and kids, my carpets are constantly disgusting. I had been renting or borrowing a carpet cleaner every couple of months prior to this, but we finally bit the bullet and bought our own. The photos attached are in my son’s bedroom - I believe it’s soda stains. Well, not anymore at least. Pros: it’s got huge tanks. For one bedroom I had to dump twice and refill once, and had tons left over in the tank after that 2nd refill. It’s heavy duty - you can definitely tell that it’s getting the carpets clean, because there’s intense suction. You feel it when you pull it backward. Plus, I mean, the nozzle attachment. Haven’t used it yet but it’s next on my list. Cons: it’s heavy. Heavier than the rental vacuum in a way. That may be because of the suction this sucker has, but it’s a bit harder to maneuver than some I’ve used in the past. It’s also loud - I know they’re not meant to be quiet, but it lets out a high pitch at a frequency that tickles my brain in a not-fun way. Highly recommend headphones when using it. If you’re looking for a carpet cleaner, this one is excellent for the value.

> 3 dayPet messes are a package deal when it comes to owning a cat or dog or any pet that is capable of puking or peeing or pooping on the floor. This carpet cleaner works very well and is super simple to use. Its got a small tank so it doesnt take long to fill up. Its not intended to scrub the whole house so dont expect it do so unless you plan on continuously emptying the reservoir multiple times. It is specifically for spot clean up. It works very well and is easy to take apart to clean after each use. No more stress of stains or smells after your pet has an accident. The Bissell carpet cleaner will take care of it.

> 3 dayThis baby did my whole upstairs. Takes a little longer than my older huge one BUT keeps the water warmer and so easy to take apart and clean. Does a fabulous job cleaning and gets into small spaces! Such a great price and I am very pleased. Make sure you use their brand of cleaner for thsi machine. The spot cleaner just use your own. Great price and easy dragging up the stairs or lugging water tanks around. Smaller is better for women or even seniors!!

Greater than one weekI have used this type of machine for many years. This one is very easy to fill and empty. First impression suggests it will do a great job for a reasonable to a long service life. The power switch is a bit awkward to turn on and off but worth any inconvenience to help the animals! Used it a bit longer and found everything works a bit better after a couple of tanks. Switch even works a little smoother.

> 3 dayThe easiest carpet cleaner I have ever used. Even though it is a very basic model, it is a true champ. So easy to clean up, empty and rinse the tank, and carry.

> 3 dayWow this carpet vacuum did the job! Resorted our whole basement and was even able to navigate the stairs. I was so impressed. Pro tips, definitely vacuum first to get general dirt and debris. Second tip, it does seem to go through a lot of shampoo. Might want to get two if you are doing a large area.

> 3 dayI ordered this BISSELL TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner and a part came broken/missing. I called Amazon thinking they’d have me contact Bissell for that individual piece, or perhaps they would call Bissell. But NOPE, (!!) they opted to just send me a completely new shampooer!! Totally blew me away… Now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Might I mention I had already used the shampooer and it works like a charm, cleaning my carpet to a new condition!! Very, very, pleased with it!!

> 3 dayI will say that this unit extracted a LOT of dirt from the carpet. I did use another brand of deodorizer/cleaner solution (for humans instead of pets). So far, the maiden voyage was good. I will have a follow up in the coming weeks. One thing to note, I have not experienced any leaking when removing the clean or dirty water reservoirs. If it continues to perform i see no issue giving it 5 stars.
