> 3 dayI ordered several of these and stocked them so I have them to last for several years. I used my first one for a year so far and it seems to be corroding at the same rate as the original which is good. The threads on this one must be a little shallower as I have had to use a fair bit of plumbers tape to stop the threads from leaking when the water is hot. Other than that, it is just fine.

Greater than one weekThe tank of an atwood is aluminum. All atwood water heaters have aluminum tank. For that reason, you do not need an anode rod. Anode rods are used in the SUBURBAN brand water heaters. I feel like has misleading advertisement! Do NOT change the plastic plug out for this, because you can very easily strip the threads where it is metal on metal.

> 3 dayI was a little concerned that this product was a good 3/4 to 1 inch longer than the one I took out of my water heater. I put this one in and had no issues. It tightened up and sealed with no problems have used it for several hours and so far no issues. Its a pretty simple product so I expect this to last the long haul and work for the next few seasons.

> 3 dayThe anode fits perfectly in our RV for the water heater. I recommend this product for anyone needing the anode to protect your hot water heater.

Greater than one weekThis rod is super short. It replaced a rod that was the length of my entire water heater, about 4 feet. I dont know if this will hold up as well but it went in easy and looks like a fine quality. I will update this review in a year when I replace it.

> 3 dayUsed this to replace my Suburban SW6P ,Manual, 6 gallon, hot water heater Anode Rod. This Camco 11563 was a direct replacement on my SpringDale Mini 1750RD Camper, 3/4 Thread , 9 1/2 long with a 5/8 Diameter using a 1 1/16 Socket If it had the quick drain valve like the Camco 11533 + it was 9 1/2 long to ensure the whole tank is protected it would have been perfect

> 3 dayI have not yet installed. Will install in a couple months. Hard to rate. The products self destructs like its designed to do. Thats its only purpose- to keep the steel water tank from being eaten away.
