> 3 dayThis is true plug in and be done product. Towed a uhaul trailer recently and this did the job perfectly. Now sits in the spare tire area secured with the included adhesive. This is THE product for your Subaru Forester to add tow package.

> 3 dayThis kit does exactly what it is intended for - to provide power for the trailer, while keeping one from having to hack into the vehicle wiring with ugly scotch-lock connectors, and/or tape and solder, etc.,...... 95-99 Outback Wagon install is behind the left tailight access panel, t-connector clicks right into the extra block in the harness, and you are on your way. I routed mine behind the paneling on the left side and under the flooring into the spare tire cover, but there are under-the-car options, too, by simply removing a grommet under the left side flooring panel and dropping the harness down and through the frame. Plenty of options, very versatile, and a fantastic kit - A must-have!!

Greater than one weekThis took me maybe 5-10 minutes to install. It was straightforward and easy. Theres a cable underneath the floor in the back of my 02 Subaru Outback that lifted up, I plugged in the cable and ran the wire through a rubber grommet in the floor under the spare tire. Simple, cheap, done.

> 3 dayI installed this on my 06 outback. the install was easy once i found the wire in the vehicle. I routed it through the plug as i cut a hole in the rubber and forced it through. The guy at uhaul hooked up my trailer and the the lights test and everything was great. Overall great product.

> 3 dayEasy Install. So much better than trying to hack into your vehicles OEM harness and making a mess of things. Simple plug and play install. Everything just plugs in. Permanent installation is a snap and all connectors and wiring can be hidden and mounted easily inside the interior panels of the vehicle.

> 3 dayPut this in my 02 Outback wagon. Direct plug and play. Have to pull panel off passenger side read (inside but over filler neck) and it plugs into existing port. I ran the connector through the rubber drain plug in the bottom of spare tire well and back to bumper. Works perfect
