> 3 dayPerfect plug-and-play in my 2005 Outback XT. Took about 30 minutes to install since I had to remove some interior panels to access the wiring and remove the old OEM system that had failed.

> 3 dayI didn’t even read the instructions. I just pulled the foam that holds the tools in the rear out and saw the plug laying there. I plugged it in, tested it and threw everything back in. Took less than 10 minutes.

> 3 dayThis was a super easy install and direct plug for my 2006 Subaru Outback XT. The plug was located in the rear left-hand corner of the trunk. I just had to lift up the carpet and pull out the plug and there it was. Was as simple as plugging something into a wall outlet. Direct plug in with a fuse. High quality and easy install!

> 3 dayLooked long and hard for that connector in my Tribeca, need to remove a couple pieces of plastic where the door shuts. I ended up just removing the rear trim where the tailgate closes as well as the back area where there is storage. its tucked against the wall closest to the tailgate. Then your golden... Worked perfect and i can now tow!

> 3 dayWent in quick and easy. Could use a bit more wiring on the car side to give more flexibility mounting the box. Works great.

Greater than one weekThis is how to install on 2003 outback. Step 1, throw away directions or use them to start the BBQ. Step 2 locate connectors (readily apparent on OPPOSITE side of wheel well from instructions Step 3 plug it in Step 4 ( hardest part) go through the rubber plug down by the spare. I sealed it with a drop or 2 of e6000 to make sure.

> 3 dayI like this harness, but wish it came with the black tubing in the picture(have to buy some now). I was easily able to hook this up to my 2000 Subaru Outback and feed it through one of the 2 holes in the spare tire well(there is one closer to the plug and one across the well from it, covered with grommets.). I was really hoping for that tubing so it doesnt look like rainbows underneath my black bumper cover. Remember to test the harness right after plugging it in, rather than waiting until youve nicely put everything back in its place!
