Liquitex Professional Gesso Surface Prep Medium, 3.78L (128-oz), Clear

Used both to turn white canvas into a black canvas or to cover up painting that werent quite up to par and reuse the canvas. Can cover quite well with one coat, however I always put two coats on. Easy to paint on, the acrylic grips it nicely

I use this to coat 3D prints before painting and the issue I have with this product is that it takes 2 solid brushed coats to be effective. Once dried and sanded, it also requires careful application of acrylics over it and on one of my prints, it caused air bubbles to form on the surface that eventually settled but did require another coat.

Diluted. Reg white paint should work as well

I have just purchased my first set of acrylics and am eager to try them out. I need gesso to prepare my small stash of laminate squares. This was a good size to start.

Goes on easy, dries fast. Every artist and hobbyist needs this, right? Cheaper than what you see in the stores too.

Plans to use this over sketchy work and oil paints on top. Good product.

Good cover. Use to cover surfaces of cardboard. Recycle cartons, etc. for art projects.
