> 3 dayBest speed, reliability, and storage for this format in the industry currently. The price is reasonable but could be set a little more aggressively to stoke multiple purchases. Still I’m happy with this as a purchase and I own 3 other drives in this product line with varying storage capacities.

> 3 dayMake sure you buy a SSD mount for it. The samsung software will help transfer your existing hard drive to it easily.

> 3 dayThe OEM hdd included in my Mid-2012 Macbook Pro was finally noticeably hindering my computers speed when managing files, opening programs, and booting up. Since this laptop is now 6.5 years old, Im afraid the hdd will die soon and be an inconvenience, too. This is why I upgraded to this top-of-the-line ssd.

Greater than one weekMy MacBook Pro had the slow 750GB 5400 RPM hard drive. I bought an external hard drive to do a Time Machine backup of my MacBook Pro. The Samsung was easy to install. Be sure to initialize it as Apple Extended Journal (takes a few seconds) before trying to restore the Time Machine backup. Once the backup was restored the MacBook Pro booted straight away. It now takes about 20 seconds rather than 1-2 minutes to boot up.

> 3 dayScrew holes lined up with my drive bay, was a lot lighter and thinner then I expected. Feels like if I stepped on it that it would get destroyed, but it is safe in my computer so a non issue.

> 3 dayI replaced the failing hard drive in my PS3 with this SSD and games load much faster. The 250GB is more than enough to load up my dozen games. YouTube video will help swap software to new SSD.

Greater than one weekThis hard drive is fast, reliable, and super easy to install. I ordered this for my early 2011 MacBook Pro that was like a creaking old man. I got it put in, installed MacOS on it and immediately my computer was snappy again. I honestly think it is faster than when I first bought it. I went from waiting at least 2 minutes for my computer to boot up, to an average of 17 seconds (yes I timed it). Applications open faster than ever and overall the performance is killer. Obviously, it is very early in terms of how the performance holds up over time, but initially I could not be more pleased.

> 3 dayGot the 1TB for quiet data storage in my laptop and I love it. Cached with Samsung Magician it can perform better than my 256GB WD NVMe drive, but realistically it isnt as quick. Still light years ahead of spinning disks.

> 3 dayThis thing makes such a huge difference in general speed. I hadnt gotten an SSD before so going from HDD to ab EVO is a huge jump. I love it. I had a hard time getting this mounted with the cheap bracket I got with it but I figured it out.
