I do lots of video editing for my YouTube channels (DAHCKRAM Studios, GetFITby50 and XMSMLL) and it is plenty fast (way faster than mechanical HDD) for anything I do in Adobe Premiere or After Effects... I use it as a data drive only (OS drive is 512GB Samsung SSD) and do not regret my purchase one bit. I highly recommend Samsung SSD drives over other brands....

> 3 dayI was completely happy with how easy the program Samsung has for this SSD is to migrate to this SSD from my HDD. As soon as I got things settled and booted up the instant and obvious speed of this SSD blew me away. 100% worth the extra money over other SSD. If anything just how easy it was to migrate was worth the money.

> 3 dayReady out of box to be installed onto PS4 Pro. Very excited about the ability to store more PSN games. Before I had to use an external on top of the PS4 Harddrive. Now I can put everything on one drive and still have plenty of room for new games.

> 3 dayThis is my 3rd Samsung SSD. My 840 Pro from 5 years ago still works like new. My 950 Evo still blows me away. This 860 Evo is even faster than the 840 and I love it. I’m sure my 4th, 5th, 6th etc will also be Samsung.

> 3 dayI use Samsung EVOs on both my PC and my laptop, and love them. Boot times are quick, game load times are good, good file transfer speeds: just an overall solid SSD. Would absolutely recommend as an upgrade from mechanical HDDs. The cloning software for these is good, too.
