Greater than one weekI never quite trust photos posted with products, sometimes convinced they find tiny or else huge models to make things look different than they really are. But this thing is seriously SMALL, credit card size. And the first time I copied about 70GB of files to it, I was stunned at the speed from a USB C port. On top of these things was the security options that came with it, unexpected and very nice.

> 3 dayI was surprised how small this thing is. Works great, definitely faster than my other external drives which are not SSD. I was going to get a cheaper one, but decided to go with a more reliable brand and Im happy with the decision. Things I store on this drive are important, so its worth spending $30 or so more.

> 3 dayThis little drive is so compact, powerful, and light weight. I had been jamming up my hard drive and my Mac Book Pro was running so slowly. I took off all my videos, photos and large document files and put them on the Samsung T7. Now I can use the full computing power of my laptop and feel confident that I have all of my files easily accessible, and backed up.

> 3 daySamsung has gotten over the incredible blunder of years ago and now is a reputable and reliable supplier. This external SSD is an excellent product, but having to get a password is a real pain. It means another thing to lose, and represents the loss of your data. You now have two things to store securely - the drive, and the password. Losing either one means losing your data. Reformatting to NTFS eliminates this problem, and instead of having to store the password securely, you only have to store the drive in a secure place. That is highly preferable, since you know exactly what you have stored and are guaranteed that you can recover it.
