Had this about 2 months and the motor burned up

I vacuumed with my old vacuum then with the Shark, the debris container filled up. Great suction, easy to use, easy to clean.

I dislike the dirt canister is very small, you spend more time jumping net then you do sweeping, you cannot leave it together and go do something you have to tear the top off and hook it to the bottom because it will not stand unless you do ! I’m very disappointed in yet for the price I paid!! If I had known how small the dirt dispenser was I would’ve never bought it and that I have to tear it apart to take and have it stand! It does have great suction and it is light weight but that’s the only thing nice about it!

I needed something that was lightweight and compact. I am short of storage space and this vacuum clean it was a perfect fit. If you suffer with back issues this is easy to maneuver and the canister is simple and light to empty And can be done without bending!

This vacuum has most of the features I look for in a stick vacuum cleaner. I have been using it for the past 3 weeks, and it has easily tackled every job Ive thrown at it. Its lightweight, easy to manuever, and cleans both carpet and hard floors. I can pick it up with one hand and easily carry it upstairs to the 2nd floor. The top half of the sweeper separates from the wand and converts to a powerful hand vac. The wand will lock in place on the vacuum head so that the sweeper will stand up while I am using the hand vac. The sweeper head has a headlight. I love this! It makes it so much easier to get every last bit of dust and dirt. The dust container is a good size. II pops open and is easy to empty. The cord could be slightly longer. I can clean a large area of my house without needing to unplug and find a new outlet, but a few more feet would be ideal. The vacuum is easy to store. The handheld vac can be hung from the storage hook on the lower half of the wand. The weight is evenly distributed and the entire vac is stable and stands upright.

Good suction power (I have hardwood and low carpet and it works fine on both), and the ability to vacuum under furniture like couches and beds is obviously important. However, because its so top-heavy, it definitely doesnt feel lightweight and it is VERY difficult to maneuver, especially on carpets. I have a low-pile carpet but it still takes a lot of effort to push it back and forth. Considering how expensive this vac is, the overall design of it should have been way better.

Got this as a gift for my daughter. She has pets and absolutely loves this vacuum! Easy to use, lightweight, and so easy to use on the stairs. So happy with this vacuum and does a wonderful job with the dog hair.

i was really surprised by how well this shark vacuum works. the only other experience Ive had with a stick vac was definitely not positive. i guess things have come along way since then. you can actually replace a cannister vacuum with this, something that shocked me. and the brushless design is a freaking miracle when you have pets or little girls whose hair is constantly ending up wrapped around the vacuum beater bar. Im thoroughly impressed with the fact that it also doubles as a handheld vacuum for cleaning out the snack crumbs from the aforementioned little girls. its also great for getting in those hard to reach crevices between the cushions on the couch. in fact the only issues i have are that the dust cannister is way too small and needs to be dumped frequently and the cord needs to be longer. but weighing these two tiny flaws against the outstanding features its a no brainer, buy this. its so light and easy to use that vacuuming is a breeze, now if only shark made a babysitter id be in heaven.

This is just what I was looking for. Its lightweight and versatile. I can clean my floors and then the blinds. Great suction, we have a golden retriever and he sheds a lot...this little machine has no problem sucking it up. The only con is its too heavy so I have to lean it against a wall when storing or if I have to move furniture around, but other than that its really a great vacuum, I would recommend.
