> 3 dayOn the first time vacuuming my whole house the brush stopped spinning. Found a Shark help line and called to see if they could assist with the issue, so I could finish cleaning my house. They informed me the nozzle needed to be replaced, and it was not a part that was under warranty. They put me on a brief hold and when she came back on the line, she informed they would do a one-time replacement like they were doing me a favor. No apologies...this is a one time deal. First of all, if your floor nozzle cannot make it around my house once, then your product is crap. The floor nozzle should be under warranty, it is a major component of a stick vacuum. It also sounds as if it doesnt hold up, I am out of luck and will have to replace it myself. I plan on replacing the whole vacuum and will never purchase a Shark product again. I wish I would have went with the Bissell.

> 3 dayI liked this vacuum at first. Now I hate it. Heres why: It is powerful and picks up a lot of car hair. The canister is small and needs to be change twice for each whole house vacuuming. Thats the end of my good point. Now for the bad. This thing has little filters that must be clean often and thats OK because it works well, but there is a foam filter over the motor that is impossible to get to, and it will eventually clog and heat up your motor and also reduce suction because the suction is also the motor cooling air. The brush roller works great and doesnt get tangled, but sometimes a piece of paper will get between the roller and the housing. Getting the roller out requires surgery. I still havent been able to get the roller out due to the specialty screws holding the entire clean head together. Now, the roller isnt turning well and activates the red light, then stops. It appears the bearings are bad for the roller or dirty. Either way, the roller now has a problem. I did manage to cut away the plastic around the motor to get the clogged foam out. That made the vacuum work super great because this foam does restrict flow., but removing that foam makes it very load, so I now wear ear plugs to vacuum when I can get the roller to turn on high speed, but not on low. I hate this vacuum. But if you want a vacuum that will work great for 3 to 6 months in a 4 cat house then turn to junk, this is the vac for you.

Greater than one weekSo easy to use. Love that I can get under furniture. Like most models, the attachments get knocked off easily…minor issue.

> 3 dayTHIS VACUUM IS VERY LIGHT WEIGHT AND IS VERY EASY TO MANUEVER HOWEVER, IT IS VERY TOP HEAVY. TO KEEP IT STANDING STRAIGHT UP, YOU HAVE TO LEAN IT AGAINST THE WALL OR SOMETHING TO SUPPORT IT FROM FALLING OVER. I ALSO DO NOT CARE FOR HOW THE EXTRA ATTACHMENTS ARE STORED ON THE MAIN UNIT. WHEN TRYING TO USE THEM, THE CLIP THAT HOLDS THEM IS NOT VERY SECURE AND THEREFORE SCRATCHES THE VACUUM. ON THE PLUS SIDE, IT DOES PICK UP PET HAIR EXTREMELY WELL!!

> 3 dayAbsolutely love this vacuum. Its small enough to get in between furniture and big enough to sweep a room. Love that I can vacuum rugs without holding them down. And I love that I can vacuum furniture and steps!

> 3 dayThis Shark HZ602 Ultralight Pet Pro with PowerFins and Self-Cleaning Brushroll is just what I had been looking for. I did not want a battery run vacuum and this is corded. Its lightweight and powerful and does a great job! The Handheld Vacuum part was perfect for the carpeted stairs! It is very easy to separate the Handheld from the Floor Mode and cleaning out the clear dirt cup is simple, too. It will get a lot of use in my house. It was time to replace my noisy old floor sweeper, and Im really happy with this super lightweight Shark model!!

06-01-2025havent vacuumed my room for years because my sister didnt want me to break hers with my shedding hair. so i finally got one that claims to be able to suck up hair. Seemed too good to be true but Shark actually posted pictures of how their technology works with their fins that dont wrap hair. OMG it sucks up all the long hair. If hair gets wrapped, just keep using it. Eventually, the strands will get broken by the suction and pulled to the middle, and then sucked into the dust cup. It really is self-cleansing. A+++++

> 3 dayi was really surprised by how well this shark vacuum works. the only other experience Ive had with a stick vac was definitely not positive. i guess things have come along way since then. you can actually replace a cannister vacuum with this, something that shocked me. and the brushless design is a freaking miracle when you have pets or little girls whose hair is constantly ending up wrapped around the vacuum beater bar. Im thoroughly impressed with the fact that it also doubles as a handheld vacuum for cleaning out the snack crumbs from the aforementioned little girls. its also great for getting in those hard to reach crevices between the cushions on the couch. in fact the only issues i have are that the dust cannister is way too small and needs to be dumped frequently and the cord needs to be longer. but weighing these two tiny flaws against the outstanding features its a no brainer, buy this. its so light and easy to use that vacuuming is a breeze, now if only shark made a babysitter id be in heaven.
