> 24 hourI vacuumed with my old vacuum then with the Shark, the debris container filled up. Great suction, easy to use, easy to clean.

> 24 hourGood suction power (I have hardwood and low carpet and it works fine on both), and the ability to vacuum under furniture like couches and beds is obviously important. However, because its so top-heavy, it definitely doesnt feel lightweight and it is VERY difficult to maneuver, especially on carpets. I have a low-pile carpet but it still takes a lot of effort to push it back and forth. Considering how expensive this vac is, the overall design of it should have been way better.

> 24 hourAmazon shipped us a USED Shark HZ602 Ultralight Pet Pro Corded Stick Vacuum!! The box was in good shape but the vacuum container was full of dirt, the vacuum head was covered with pet hair, human hair and dirt of all types! The vacuum head was totally beat to death; badly scared, scratched and nicked! The vacuum was shoved back in the box with the packaging shoved in with it and the cord unrolled and stuffed in! All really hard to believe. What was Amazon thinking?! And who uses and abuses a vacuum cleaner that badly?... then tries to return it?!!

> 24 hourThis is an upright, lightweight corded vacuum that is quick detach and is bagless. It has some weight to it, but while in use, balances very well in the hand. It does *not* stand well with everything attached. However there is a flat backing on the handle so it allows you to rest it against a wall. Assembly takes a few minutes. Not much to do, but there are instructions that help you if needed. Very precise/easy to use due to the moving head. You can get angles extremely well (with a flick of the wrist), and lays flat if needed. This allows getting corners without lifting it up, and being able to get under most furniture with no problem. Comes with: 1. Two heads -- main head and pet/upholstery 2. Few attachments for concentrated cleaning with the handheld You can use this as a floor vacuum (settings for hard floor and carpet) or as a handheld. Suction is very good, and the rollers help pull in dirt. This vacuum did better than my Oreck and $400 professional vacuum (but the $400 vacuum had much to be desired as far as performance). After vacuuming my floors , which I had been vacuuming regularly with the Oreck, there was a lot of extra dust/dirt that it picked up. The handheld suction is good -- but not the best Ive seen. That doesnt really matter though because it sucked everything it needed to. The canister that holds the dirt is very small, so expect to empty it many times when vacuuming. Overall -- love it. This is now my main vacuum, and cannot complain at all with anything. Works better than expected.

> 24 hourShark has switched to a different wheel that no longer pushes back when you set it up straight, stabilizing the base. With the new wheels, it no longer is stabilized and will not stand up on its own. You have to set it down or prop it up against something. Ridiculous. I returned mine within 30 minutes of opening it and putting it together and wish I had looked in detail at the low ratings. I dont care how well it does its job, the design is not good. When I returned it to a big chain that starts with K they had all the Shark models on display and I had hoped to find one that WOULD stand on its own as I have loved the Shark that I bought 3 years ago....but no. They were ALL propped up with bars so they would appear to be standing on their own. I ended up getting another brand, and because of the discount that the store taking returns gives, I got a great machine and saved a TON!

> 24 hourI liked this vacuum at first. Now I hate it. Heres why: It is powerful and picks up a lot of car hair. The canister is small and needs to be change twice for each whole house vacuuming. Thats the end of my good point. Now for the bad. This thing has little filters that must be clean often and thats OK because it works well, but there is a foam filter over the motor that is impossible to get to, and it will eventually clog and heat up your motor and also reduce suction because the suction is also the motor cooling air. The brush roller works great and doesnt get tangled, but sometimes a piece of paper will get between the roller and the housing. Getting the roller out requires surgery. I still havent been able to get the roller out due to the specialty screws holding the entire clean head together. Now, the roller isnt turning well and activates the red light, then stops. It appears the bearings are bad for the roller or dirty. Either way, the roller now has a problem. I did manage to cut away the plastic around the motor to get the clogged foam out. That made the vacuum work super great because this foam does restrict flow., but removing that foam makes it very load, so I now wear ear plugs to vacuum when I can get the roller to turn on high speed, but not on low. I hate this vacuum. But if you want a vacuum that will work great for 3 to 6 months in a 4 cat house then turn to junk, this is the vac for you.

> 24 hourGot it today. Immediately used it on some areas that were in need and was delighted to find it powerful and efficient. It definitely does its job and Im happy with my purchase. One thing I really like and didnt expect is that the dust cup has two sections, items get separated between the small particles and the big chunks so if you vacuum up a Lego or a coin or something it can easily be saved without having to dig in dirt. However here are some things to consider with this vaccum. 1. Its heavy. I found myself getting tired of holding it up by itself without the floor extension if I was cleaning for an extended time. Its one of the more powerful vacuums and I guess this is the tradeoff there. This makes it quite top heavy and impossible to store without taking it apart. With the floor extension its fine, no worse than a standard size vacuum. 2. It is really tall when fully assembled. Im 52 and the full assembly goes up almost to my shoulder. This makes it kind of awkward to maneuver at times, I wish it was maybe 10 inches shorter. 3. The dust cup opens kind of weird and it can be messy if theres a lot of hair in there. Basically since it opens with the part that filters the dust as the lid, its easy for dust to escape everywhere. I shared a picture to demonstrate. 4. When the vaccum needs to detach from the stick bit, I keep assuming the part with the detaching button comes off with the vacuum but it is actually part of the stick. I thought it was stuck at first but I was just pulling it apart wrong. Once I get used to it, it will be fine. It doesnt affect overall satisfaction for me, but it feels like a minor design flaw the creators might want to know about. 5. There are 3 attachments, but only 2 places to store attachments. I feel like its going to be really easy to lose the third attachment when it has to live by itself and the rest of the vaccum gets to live together. Its also going to be really easy for me to forget about and neglect that third attachment. I spent some time debating which I would least mind losing or forgetting about.

> 24 hourOn the first time vacuuming my whole house the brush stopped spinning. Found a Shark help line and called to see if they could assist with the issue, so I could finish cleaning my house. They informed me the nozzle needed to be replaced, and it was not a part that was under warranty. They put me on a brief hold and when she came back on the line, she informed they would do a one-time replacement like they were doing me a favor. No apologies...this is a one time deal. First of all, if your floor nozzle cannot make it around my house once, then your product is crap. The floor nozzle should be under warranty, it is a major component of a stick vacuum. It also sounds as if it doesnt hold up, I am out of luck and will have to replace it myself. I plan on replacing the whole vacuum and will never purchase a Shark product again. I wish I would have went with the Bissell.

> 24 hourI had a house cleaning service and Shark was my vacuum of choice; I bought one every year. This was from 2014-2021. This is not a vacuum for a dirty house, but may work well to upkeep a clean house. I couldnt get the roller, pethair, brush attachment to work ( inadequate suction?). Returned it as I have a large, hair dog. Good luck! Michele S.
