Works well! Light weight. Worth the money. To my surprise this works quite well, my husband has the vacuum Notsi and he loves us and says it works great! My only downfall is for some reason I thought it would mount on the wall. But it’s a much cheaper version of the Dyson and worth it!

Im really happy with my purchase! Ive only run the battery out once. Today. I hadnt vacuumed for a couple of weeks and I ran it on high almost the whole time, but I did get finished and had to empty the canister twice. Yeah, that dirty! My 2 daughters have Dysons. Until I bought a Shark Navigator, almost everything that blows or sucks in the house is a Dyson. I like my Shark better than theirs and it cost half as much. Theirs has no light shining on the floor ahead of you and believe me, you cant get stuff you cant see swept up! Also, with this you see clear tracks on the floor where the dust is now missing. Not just the dirt! It is amazing and I didnt want the light! The Dysons are quieter but they dont have a carpet cleaning setting. Turning on the carpet roller makes it noisier. I really like having the trigger to pull that makes the suction stronger. I use it about half the time...except today after having neglected cleaning for a couple of weeks. My dog sheds like crazy and it does the job pretty well. I do choose to vacuum the carpets every other week with the Navigator. It lifts the carpet nap better and gets up a bit more out of the nap. The stick does clean it well to the eye. Suction - my Shark picks up a lot of things on the floor that the Dysons cant; like leaves and dog kibble. It keeps pulling up all kinds of stuff until it just quits and then you know the battery has run out. Only twice since I bought it in November 2021. The front sponge roller popped out when I was using it today. Never before. It had picked up a corner of a rug. I cleaned out the area that holds it and put it right back in without having to look up how. Really nice! Its great! I am really happy! 6 months ago - Get one of these great cleaners while they are offering discounts! This quite surpassed my expectations for cleaning. The Vertex technology of having a solid, soft roller in front is amazing at cleaning, even the DUST off of my hard surfaces! I thought I wanted to be able to turn off the front headlights, but NO! I love seeing the absolutely dust-free/furless paths I am leaving on my floors. You need to do an internet search for reviews on Vertex! Thats what sold me! I am the daddy of a canine shedding machine and I am disabled with walking and balance issues. I am so glad Ill be able to vacuum as often as I want to. I am the owner of a Shark Navigator that sucks rugs off the floor. This isnt that powerful but I am really satisfied! It got my rugs clean with one pass. And my hard floors are sparkling clean! I was a bit scared about the weight of this vacuum because of my disability. You need not be. This is well balanced and although it wont stand up on its own, it will steadily lean on table/counter high surfaces like the back of a chair. Vacuuming for me used to mean fighting a cord wrapping around my cane and my back hurting for days. No more and I felt safe & steady using this vacuum. Do NOT be scared away by the reviews about static shocks! I used it through a full charge 3 times yesterday without a hint of static shock. It held a charge for at least 40 minutes while having the carpet roller operating about half the time. I am pleased with how long the charge lasts and how quickly it recharged. The cleaning head goes easily under the furniture that I kept a dust mop for. That suckers out of my way now! My model comes with 3 tools; a crevice tool, a multi-angle duster, and a pet upholstery tool that is converts from a 4 brush to a flat fuzzy tool. The motor assembly is easy to detach to use these tools. I am pleased to have the HEPA filtration but it wasnt a feature I felt I needed. I used it on carpet setting a bunch but VERY seldom used the boost suction mode, which does need to be constantly held on with your finger. But you wont be needing it except for bad spot cleaning! This picked up multiple leaves that were on my floors from heavy holiday traffic. I was pleasantly surprised. My upright only gets about half of them. I have multiple Dyson products in my house and a Dyson vacuum in the basement that after 4 years broke and wont switch from hose to floor. When I got my Shark upright Navigator I was blown away with the increased suction that seemed twice the Dyson. So, when I shopped for a cordless stick vacuum I didnt heed my daughters encouragement that I follow them back into Dyson world with this and went straight to Shark! I am really glad to have the 5 year warranty on the vacuum and 2 year on the REPLACABLE battery! Dont spend hundreds of dollars on a vacuum that doesnt have a removable/replaceable battery! Ill admit that after my Dyson experience I did buy the $35 extended warranty for peace of mind. I found two con issues but they were definitely not deal breakers! If you do some heavy cleaning you will have to reach into the dust cup and remove the wad of debris that wraps around the metal mesh post. I noticed some hair wrapped around the back beater-bar and when I turned over the cleaning head to easily open the cover to the bar, I found a bunch of dog hair on the brush bars that catch any errant fur. It was easy to pull off with my fingers. I would never bother to do that regularly. I just noticed it when I was getting my daughter-in-laws really long hair unwrapped from the bar. That will only be a holiday experience. Ill update this in a few weeks, but I wanted to encourage you to take advantage of the discounts being offered. I am so very happy I got this vacuum now!

We bought this vacuum to replace a eufy HomeVac Duo 2-in-1 Cordless Vacuum with the intent for using it in a similar manner - to handle quick vacuum jobs around the house - primarily on hardwood. To our surprise the Shark not only performs very well on the hardwood, as expected, but is powerful enough to handle our carpets, which are rather thick and challenging. Even the LED light on the front is a nice added touch and helped us see and pick up more dust and dirt. The Shark is simple overall - with a sleek design that is minimal, which makes storing it very easy - we are easily able to store this between our washer and dryer in our bathroom, nice and tucked away, but very accessible in a moments notice. Check out the first picture - the motor comes off and hooks to the bottom of the stick/vacuum head to self balance and makes for compact storage. We have a small dog and 2 women in our house - so removing hair from vacuum cleaner heads has become something we are used to having to do every couple months. I was amazed the Shark has NO HAIR tangled in the vacuum head after 40 minutes of vacuuming, which would normally result in a tangled hair mess with the eufy. See the 2nd picture - this shows you what the vacuum head looks like after 40 minutes of vacuuming - not one hair! The attachments that come with the Shark are very convenient and easy to snap on and off - making it easy to reach tight spaces, vacuum couches, etc. In addition the ability to attach the vacuum head directly to the motor allows us to vacuum the stairs with ease. The vacuum head is the perfect width for the stairs and it made a once tedious and annoying job easy. The 3rd picture shows the 2 setting the Shark has; one for bare floors and then ramped up power and a spinning vacuum head for carpet. You cannot go wrong for the price - especially if you find yourself dealing with a vacuum hair always snarled in hair. You will be impressed by the power, ease of use, and overall convenience of the Shark. The only thing you may be wanting bit more of it battery life - as you find yourself getting carried away with the ease of use. Happy vacuuming!

My husband does the vacuuming in our condo and he NOW is very pleased with this one. He gave it a 3star because about a month after the purchase one back wheel started with a clicking sound. This did not affect the performance of the vacuum but the noise was annoying. On close examination we could see that a screw was sticking out and hitting the plastic inside frame of the wheel. This also caused the wheel to occasionally drag on the floor. He called Shark support and they would not replace the part but did offer to replace the bottom portion of the vacuum at our cost of $40. Feeling we had already paid a lot for this vacuum we did not want to pay more. So we chiseled out the plastic portion of the wheel that was hitting the screw. The wheel now turns silently! We hope this solves our issue. We truly are disappointed that Shark did not back the poor workmanship of the wheel. Thus the 3 star review... As far as the Shark itself- it is a wonderful sweeper. Being cordless makes it so much easier to move it around our condo. It does an excellent job of picking up dust/debris and the handle folds down so that sweeping under furniture is easy. If the problem with the wheel returns or begins with the other wheel we will get back and add to this review.

This little thing is great. It suctions real well on my hardwood and carpet floors. Easy clean ups for when you have a baby! Love the flexible option to clean easily under couches. My only complaint is that it’s significantly heavier than my old cordless vacuum. Buy it. Just do it.

I tried the dyson v15 detect before this product and I loved it. It is not a Dyson for sure but these days I couldn’t rationalize paying for the $800 vacuum so I sent it back and started looking for one that was the closest to this dyson. This one is it. Although it is much more bulky and doesn’t vacuum under the fridge, stove etc it seems the suction is pretty similar and has other features that for me are better like folding to store and extension for under beds. I did not want to use the storage for the dyson since it involved placing screws in my wall, new home equals a hell na for me. Emptying the canister is similar as well, both do not hold large amounts but that doesn’t bother me to empty a canister. Overall, with half the price of the Dyson and other features I mentioned this is definitely the better buy.

We originally bought this vacuum last year because I needed something for hard floors and carpeted stairs without a cord after my Electrolux vacuum motorhead busted. I had read good reviews on the Shark VERTEX and after meticulously researching what I need, durability vs. what I can afford we decided on this vacuum. We are a family of 4 relatively messy people, including a toddler so I vacuum daily and need something with good suction power. We have no pets so at the time, pet hair was not an issue. Fast forward a year when we were forced to move and our housing circumstances changed, we are in a house with mostly tile but with carpeted bedrooms and no stairs. We also have three cars so being able to vacuum them easily is a must. let me first start off my telling you what this vacuum isnt! THE CONS: It lacks suction power for basic automobile use. The attachments that it came with dont provide a good angle in small spaces making it really difficult to use. This vacuum requires a bit of maintenece and the Shark fins are NOT durable. Like I mentioned before I have two messy kids so as you can imagine I find all kinds of things on the floor and this vacuum is not up to task for larger objects such as Cotton swabs, Crayons etc...they get caught under the brush-roll and have ripped up the shark fins. I realize this is a wareable feature and is not covered under warranty, but with how easily they fell apart, SHARK needs to work on that for future models. It does pick up a lot of fine dust, but since we moved into a house that the previous family had a DOG, I find myself even almost 6 months later still filling the dust cup when I vacuum the carpet with copious amounts of dog hair and dander. THIS is what made me decide to go back to a full sized vacuum. We bought a SHARK ZU782 and with the amount that this vacuum has picked up over the last day since we bought it, Ive decided my voice needs to be heard loud and clear. The Shark VERTEX cordless is NOT capable of the deep cleaning that carpet needs. It actually makes your carpets look worse compared to a full sized vacuum. Its only capable on hard floors, nothing more. OK SO the PLUSES or the PROs: It has a good battery life for a cordless. I am able to vacuum about 1,000 square feet of hard floor before it dies. It has met my needs in this way for both houses. Portable, easily storable and compact. It can easily be kept in a closet or small space if needed. It sure can take a beating. Its fallen on the floor a multitude of times and nothing has broken or cracked on this machine. Dust filters are easily washable (buy a second set if you need something readily available while the other two are drying) It has a closed system. Important for people that suffer from allergies including myself! It does a good job on hard floors, does not spray crumbs everywhere like other vacuums! SO all in all I gave this vacuum 3 stars, but ultimately this vacuum is going into the closet as a backup vac. We switched back to a full sized SHARK DUOCLEAN and are so far happier with its cleaning capabilities.

I wanted to get a cordless vacuum for my husband who has Rheumatoid Arthritis and wants to help but struggles with the large vacuum. I was lucky enough to score a Prime Day deal on this so I didnt feel bad about investing in it. I do feel that it is worth full price though. This is pretty light and very easy to use. I can vacuum the kitchen, bathroom, front door area, laundry room and area rugs ( my entire downstairs) in about 5 to 10 minutes tops and I have a large house. The first time I ran it across the carpet it lifted so much junk out that my large vacuum just wasnt picking up. This is SO easy to use on our stairs. It is light enough to carry up and down the stairs with no struggle too. The extra battery is so helpful. Id hate to run out of juice mid cleaning. My only complaint is that you have to fold it up to store it every time you stop using it. I would rather leave it upright but its top heavy. Still that is a minor inconvenience really.
