When starting up, it gets stuck on the logo screen about 9 times out of 10. Official website is defunct, hard to navigate, has no visible contact information, no support/RMA information, and a registration that doesnt work. Also they KNOWINGLY shipped a BA serial number which is known defective. They should have pulled them from the shelves. Normally I would contact support and try to resolve this nicely, but without a clear support channel I have no choice but to give a 1 star review and return the product.

Ive seen a lot of reviews for this that say there were issues with Serial Numbers with BA in them and to only get BB serial numbers. Mine doesnt have BA or BB. <SHRUG>

My customer experience buying this was horrible but the scope is great.

Easy to learn and great intensity and clarity of display Love the calibrated roll mode for slow signal mapping. Works like a chart recorder. Bandwidth is 200 MHz which is also very appreciated in its normal scope mode. Easy to use and quick to learn.

Feature-packed, good specs, good interface, portable. Very happy with this item.

When I saw the review on EEV Blog, and it didnt get completely trashed, I knew it was probably worthwhile. What a great scope - add in the control over USB through the windows GUI and its a very powerful, very easy to use tool. The only compliant I have is that the probes included were garbage, and had been wound overtightly in packing so I had to immediately replace them. Amazon took care of that without question, but the unit itself works very, very well. The Auto Setup is pretty good, although sometimes it doesnt track unless you set the trigger to a point you know is going to work. The serial decode is a little weak, as is the history function, but overall, this unit is feature rich, and seems to be fairly accurate. The display is gorgeous as well, which makes working with it enjoyable. Well worth the money and per dollar blows other tools I have out of the water.

Sin novedades por el momento, cumple con lo ofrecido en la descripción, buena calidad de las cubiertas, recomendable.

I have three complaints with it. First of all, because of its low cost and 200 MHz bandwidth, its front-end is very noisy for low-level signals (10 mV and below). Set the probe to X1 for 100 mV signals. I think that is what youre gonna get with any of the low-cost 200 MHz scopes. Since I use mine mostly for digital work, its not a problem. If youre gonna be working with low-level analog signals, you probably should buy a more expensive scope. Second, I dont like the way the FFT works. Again, I dont think any of the cheap scopes will be any better. Finally, I wish the cursor-reading display could be moved somewhere else on the screen where the waveform doesnt make it difficult to read.

Been a great scope. However after two years both channels developed overshoot even using BNC cables even at low frequencies. I assume the trim caps drifted or whatever. I didnt care that much I just wanted it working so I found calibration instructions, opened the scope and trimmed the front end caps. Its now fine with no issues, but Im sure in time it will probably happen again. Kinda what you get for such a low price.
