> 24 hourGreat product, easy install. Very useful and allows you to plug in 3 pin plugs to your outlets (AKA grounded plugs) into your outlets. The only problem with this product is that you have to set the scheduled on & off times in military hours. The majority of the world doesn’t go off military hours so it’s annoying. To get it right you have to google for a military time to standard time picture/diagram to program it correctly. Secondly when the app logs you out, which is often, you have to log in again and acknowledge the terms of use each, and every time, it’s very unnecessary a little bothersome, but it’s not the end of the world. Other than that you’ll love this product. It’s very useful, and you can control it when you are away from home. It’s also more compact than the old standard light timers which require pins, and buttons, and sometimes you hit those buttons when you’re cleaning which then messes everything up. Moreover if you have multiple old timers they all turn on at different times even if you try to match them perfectly. BUT!!! With these “NEW” digital Bluetooth wifi timers you can turn everything on at the same time like Christmas or decorative lighting. Or you also have the option of having lamps, or anything else turn on at different times. You have better control with these new timers. Definitely a win, and I love the product. Please change the military time format.

> 24 hourYes, I can control these with Alexa, but I had to download an app from the manufacturer, then give Alexa the skill to use the app. Out of the box, these cannot be used or seen by Alexa. I would buy these again, because Ive already experienced the growing pains, and I wouldnt want to have another system/app to deal with if Ibuy another brand (I dont want to fill my phone with apps). I would recommend, with the caveat that you know that you need to deal with another app.

> 24 hourI bought the 4-pack of the Smart Plug ESICOO, and was able to connect it to the Cloud Intelligence app following the instructions provided. Each plug needs to be set up individually. I labeled each plug with a number (1,2,3,4) and then changed the name of each plug in the app (One, Two, Three, Four) so that I could then use the Alexa skill more easily (ie, Alexa, turn off One). The instructions also provided simple steps to set up the Alexa Skill (warning, do not use the Smart Life Alexa skill as I inadvertently did following the instructions that Amazon provided--read the provided instructions!)

> 24 hourI’ll get right to the point. These plugs are cheap. Initial set up was cumbersome and took numerous attempts to initially connect. Once it was connected it worked fairly well until it would inevitably disconnect (device offline) and you’d have to just wait (hours or days) to reconnect or initialize set up again. I even have a WiFi extender which did nothing to address the issue. I replaced with another brand and I have had zero issues. Don’t waste your money. Also - the app is a JOKE. cloud intelligence is the name of it and it is horrendous.

> 24 hourI have several brands of smart plugs and products. All I own are google or Alexa compatible. This plug is not seamless. I have to link Alexa everytime I install a new plug. Others manufacturers are recognized as soon as I install. Moreover, the manufacturer Cloud interferenceis not on amazons list of plug manufacturer. Ill keep them because they are cheap. I assume this manufacturer bought out a defunct Chinese manufacturer or just changed their name.

> 24 hourThey worked, the only downside is - I changed my password to my wifi router, which caused me to have to individually reset every plug. 5 starts if they had a simple integration for moments like that.

> 24 hourI was pleasantly surprised that I can control the plugs with the app remotely. Setup was pretty easy and once it is setup it is maintenance free. Only drawback is that the size is pretty big and kind of difficult to use two next to each other on a power strip. I just use the timer function and cannot comment on other features.

> 24 hourWe got these and while initially connecting to the wifi was a bit of a pain, they worked. Every now and then they would glitch, and Alexa wouldnt be able to communicate to turn off the lamp. But overall, it was fine. Until about a month ago when we changed our wifi password. Now it doesnt matter what we try, they will not reconnect. I go through the steps to set it back up and it doesnt work, wont even let the app connect to the plug. Theyll be going in the garbage.

> 24 hourThese smart plugs are less than half the size of my old tplink plugs. My old plug would block both sockets and more. These new plugs are much better and take up a small footprint. I took some photo of my old plug next to it. The setup was pretty straightforward. Just install the app, add the device with 2.4gz Wi-Fi, and add Alexa services. It took me about 2 minutes to set up each plug. I was able to control the plug using voice via Alexa. So far it’s working well. The app also allows for scheduling. I used mine to control my plant lights, aquarium lights, and fans/lamps around the house. I’m pretty happy with these so far. Good price for 4.
