Greater than one weekThese were harder to setup than a other brand than I have.

Greater than one weekI had a wifi router in another room unplug itself. The Smart Plug device was then unable to connect, of course not its fault. Repluged in router But then to get smart Plug running again, had to log into Cloud Intelligence, had problems so had to start everything for Smart Plug all over again. All working great now, but I hope to NOT need to log into Cloud Intelligence again. Alexa integration worked great.

> 3 dayI bought this product in the past and left a bad review. I rarely do that so that gives you an idea how frustrated I was. However, after posting the bad review I was contacted by the company. I did not have a bad experience with their communication like some people have reported. I was polite with them and they were polite with me. It was simply important to them that their product does well. I can respect that. They offered several solutions and the one I agreed to was a do over to give them another chance. They claimed to have redesigned the electronics and addressed the things in my negative review. I received the replacement outlets free. Even though they looked the same, they worked very differently. I was able to join one to my existing network without any adjustments or problems. It worked just like it was supposed to and automatically joined with Alexa from their Cloud Intelligence app. I do wish all these smart appliance makers would just integrate with one id and password but right now that part is unavoidable. So, in summary, you do need a 2.4 gigahertz wireless network for these just like you do for all the lower priced smart appliances. It works with Alexa just fine and setup is a breeze. The company will stand behind their product if you have a problem and the lady I dealt with was excellent at email communication in english. I would recomment this cost effective solution.

Greater than one weekVery difficult to understand how to set up with the app and connect to Alexa. It’s doable just takes time to figure it all out. Also sometimes the plugs don’t want to find the Bluetooth device so you may have to try a few times. I have had better success with selecting an unknown Bluetooth device rather than selecting a plug to connect Alexa.

> 3 dayI’ve only used two but the first one would not connect at all. I was able to connect the second one with little effort and the connection reminded for the duration of time I needed. Instructions are simple but I had to be almost on top of the plug to connect it.

> 3 dayI setup two of the four devices so far, and performed a quick test of countdown & timer features, manual on/off with the physical switch and the app. I used my Google account to register my logon with the Cloud Intelligence app (impossible to mess up) and then the Alexa skill setup & account linking was easy too. The reason for only 4 of 5 stars is that I ran into an issue that was NOT documented within the instructions: Devices could not connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi while using WPA2 for the security setting. After being unable to find a solution, I went to my router portal and started tooling around... Eventually finding that normal (older) WPA security setting allows these devices to connect successfully.

> 3 dayOnly issue I had was that it suggests that the product needs updated software but when you try (in the US) to do it...you get a forbidden to upgrade message. It did not stop the product from working as expected however, just click ignore and it works fine.

> 3 dayI bought the 4-pack of the Smart Plug ESICOO, and was able to connect it to the Cloud Intelligence app following the instructions provided. Each plug needs to be set up individually. I labeled each plug with a number (1,2,3,4) and then changed the name of each plug in the app (One, Two, Three, Four) so that I could then use the Alexa skill more easily (ie, Alexa, turn off One). The instructions also provided simple steps to set up the Alexa Skill (warning, do not use the Smart Life Alexa skill as I inadvertently did following the instructions that Amazon provided--read the provided instructions!)

> 3 dayI have 8 I bought last year and 4 this year, of these plugs but started to have trouble setting them up after a new router and phone. My phone runs on 5Ghz with my modem that handles 2.4, 5, 6. I had to locate myself far from the router so my phone would drop down to the 2.4 range in order to set up the new plugs. They work great with Alexa and Google after you get them set up.

The setup was a breeze, thanks to the user-friendly app. The WiFi 2.4G connectivity ensures a stable connection. Highly recommended for a smart home setup
