    Greater than one week

works great till you loose power or unplug it. then it will switch some of yours settings off/on and break your schedule.

Sorry easy to set up! The one thing the instructions dont mention is that when you first plug it in you have to hold the button on the side for 5 seconds until the led starts to blink. That puts you in discover mode so the app can find it and set it up. As easy as pairing a Bluetooth device. From there you can manually turn things on/off, put them on a schedule, or set up rules. Great for scheduling Christmas lights, making the house look lived in when you are on vacation, or just turning stuff on without getting out of your comfy chair!

Every time I install one of these I have to set my wifi to 2.4 to connect it, then switch it back and it still works, but that sure is a pain in the ass. Once thats done though, they work pretty well. I use them with Alexa routines daily and they have worked pretty flawlessly. There is a bit of a loud tick when turned on though.

I put this in my mother’s home while she was going to be away for a while. At first they were great. I live and hour away and was able to turn light on and off to give the appearance that she was still home. But only after a month they stopped working and when we tried to redo them ( we thought maybe the power or wifi went off and messed them up). This did not work. Then when I wanted to return them it was too late to get a refund. Frustrating!!

I give 2 stars, 1 because they came on time & look exactly like the ad & another because they *do* work, HOW-EV-ER, they are CONSTANTLY turning themselves on & off at random hours despite my scheduled time. We recently left the house & came back, my grandmother was SITTING IN THE DARK because the timer failed to come on. This had happened before with the dogs, but theyre dogs, so it wasnt so bad. I have tried deleting & rescheduling them so many times, they still mess themselves up. Im not sure if its under the impression that I am in a different time zone or what because it always seems to be off by 5 hours. Its extremely frustrating. Also, if you want to work them remotely, you must go to your app settings & allow the app to access your data. Good luck, I hope you have less problems with them than I do. They work great as far as connecting them to wifi & using your smart device to control it, especially for a plug in a hard-to-reach spot but I bought them SPECIFICALLY for the schedule/timer function & this just aint it. Update: Im taking away a a star. I did end up enabling location for this app, which is not a permission I like to give to *every* app. This seemed to help, but Im still having issues with them randomly turning on & off. Last night, we fell asleep on the couch while watching a movie & AT TWO A.M., all 4 devices randomly turned on & woke us up. I thought there was a power surge but usually it affects the microwave & in this instance, it did not, so I have no idea. This isnt the first time theyve come on in the middle of the night. I woke up in our room & could see light coming from under the door & thats because the living room had magically turned itself on. Not only does this disrupt my sleep, stress me out, & waste electricity, one of the outlets is hooked to to a camera & despite technology, I dont believe its 100% fool-prrof from being hacked so I dont like it on more than necessary (which is why I bought the plugs). Lastly, these plugs dont seem to turn themselves on according to schedule whenever Im not home & on the same wifi. If I want the schedule to work so that the dogs arent sitting in the dark, Im going to need to SET A REMINDER ALARM to go to the app & manually turn them on, OR just buy another timer that *actually* works.

1 out of the 3 stopped working. I did NOT LIKE that only 4 schedules could be set. I couldn’t use it as a pool pump plug because of it, since I’d need it turned off and on various parts of the day. If you need more than 4 set schedules, don’t buy it. But otherwise they’re pretty okay.

I’m constantly having to unplug them, because the cute little power button does nothing, just to get them to work every few weeks or so. It’s a downer because I use these on outlets that are difficult to reach so it’s very frustrating when they’re disconnected. When they do work, they work fine. As others have said, the setup process can be a pain if you’re not very tech savvy.

I have to unplug them and plug them back in every two weeks or so when they stop showing up on the phone app. The phone app is a swiss army knife made for dozens of different kinds of devices, and needs more permissions than are justified. Every couple of months the app forgets who you are and youll be digging for your login credentials, so youve been warned... put them in a password manager. Other than that... yeah... they work OK.
