> 24 hourUPDATE: After three months of use, Im editing my review to one star and buying a pair of something else. In addition to the issues below, several times its unexpectedly muted itself during a call, while remaining connected by Bluetooth, and not I havent been able to get sound back except by power cycling it. Each time this happened, I missed almost a full minute of a business meeting, and thats really not acceptable.

> 24 hourWork in a noisy environment and it cancels out the loud sounds and amplifies speech so no need to take em off to talk to someone! Bit pricey but glad I have em!

> 24 hourThe headphones did work great for a while but suddenly the right piece now produces popping sounds as well as loud feedback. Do yourself a favor and see how many others are having the same exact issue with zero help from sony. Im looking for other companies now after using sony products for some time.

> 24 hourThe noise cancelling is probably the best I have experienced but the audio quality and comfort is average. My vmodas has better comfort, clarity and bass. The build quality is also subpar as it’s plastic. The reason I picked this up was for the ANC and it doesn’t disappoint on that end. If you beed ANC with decent sound quality, this is for you. Lots of ANC Bluetooth headphone sound quality is garbage so in comparison, the XM4 makes for a better purchase overall. Custom EQ is always a plus as well. I hope they last me a long time as it isn’t exactly the cheapest thing out there.

> 24 hourSounds are amazing, but the Bluetooth connectivity is so buggy it’s extremely annoying to use. Sony headphone app full of bugs, headphones take FOREVER to connect to Bluetooth, if they even decide to connect at all. Constant troubleshooting issues. Siri goes off by itself?? App settings seem to change by itself. Audio often disconnects by itself. Overall just annoying.
