> 24 hourI got this vacume for the raving reviews but I just don’t see it. Suction is only good on the third level but then the battery dies before you can finish one room. Doesn’t pull from the sides and won’t pick up dirt without flinging it out the back. Smallest dust bin EVER so be prepared to empty it 40 times if you have pets. Not good for long dog hair, hair gets tangled around brush roll. Charging takes forever , not good on carpet. Leaves a lot to be desired. Ok for quick cleans, nice that it’s cordless. Should have returned.

> 24 hourDescription claims its good on hardwood floors. This is NOT TRUE. No matter which of the three powers you use, it throws the sand behind the vacuum rather than actually picking it up. If you need a vacuum for hardwood floors to pick up sand from being outdoors, dont buy this unless you have the patience to go back and fourth multiple times over the area you cleaned. The sand gets blown behind the cleaning head, and it takes multiple passes to pick it up. It wastes my time.

> 24 hourWe bought this vacuum back in October of 2020. So we’ve had it for a bit having bought it to replace the ever heavy and clunky Oreck vacuum from the 70’s. So, I’ll just get right to it. Pros: - Relatively easy to maintain and clean - Obviously after a 1.5 year of use, it’s durable and holds up. - Very lightweight and easy to maneuver - Love the versatility of use and attachements - Storage is also great, though charging needs an outlet…so this could go either way. Cons: -Cleaning the product, if maintained as often as suggested, is easy but can still be tedious and time consuming. There are So many little parts, I still use the manual just to make I take everything apart and put it back together correctly and to ensure I’m cleaning properly. Some parts can be cleaned with water others cannot and everything must be completely dry before reassembly. So, time consuming. - The suction is bizarre! We have both hardwood and carpet. Some carpets it’s phenomenal, others it won’t pick up a thing. When it comes to either wood or carpet, it has the power to suck up a sock for example, or other big things like my childrens puffs snacks…but, the minute you shut the vacuum off, it all comes spilling out! And this is regardless of which attachment is being used!! My husband recently used the handheld carpet attachment to clean small bits of broken glass, and when I used it next half it came spilling out all over the floor. I have 2 toddlers so this kind of thing is unacceptable. It’s such an oxymoron of product. It has its useful points but then those get cancelled out by the cons. The fact that it can suck up big chucks of debris despite how tiny, flat and lightweight it is, is super impressive only to be lost to the fact it doesn’t contain what it picks up. This vacuum is best used for general in-between vacuuming and lightweight maintenance, but I would not recommend for kids, pets or spontaneous messes. I wanted so much to like this product because my old 70’s vacuum is Heavy, and it’s outdated, it smells…but I find i still use it more than Tineco because it at least gets the job done. VERY disappointed in this vacuum but now we’re stuck with it.

> 24 hourI LOVE this vacuum so much. We have carpet and hard wood and it’s does so amazing on both. We have a dog and it really gets every nook and cranny when it comes to pet hair. I feel like this vacuum makes me want to vacuum 4x a week and makes the job seem so less painful and easy. My ONE problem is that because I have a dog, the hair is super dense and the tank on it fills up quick, and when it does, the hair gets stuck in the tank and doesn’t just fall out when you open the hatch. So I have to take out the filter to pull it out, which gets all the pet hair/dirt all over my hands. That’s one way I wish it was like other vacuums where you could push the dirt out from outside the tank. But other than that, the battery life lasts so long, the 3 levels of suction are amazing for those problematic areas, and it really gets into any spot possible, especially with all the attachments.

> 24 hourHad it just over a year now. Meh. This is vacuum mainly a convenient way to sweep up dog hair daily and not have to bend down with a shovel (bad back). I do like how the cup is well balanced up top and doesn’t make my wrist sore. I don’t think it’s worth the price though. Comes with a ton of gadgets- but I never use them cuz for suction to really work you have to put it on high - of which you may get 10 minutes before it dies. I can get the staircase rugs done in that time frame, but it doesn’t do a great job, just okay. Definitely easier/lighter than dragging the canister vac, but if i really want the stairs clean, this won’t do it. Again, fine for every day floors on medium power - which gets 20-30 mins. Low setting is useless if you have any pets. Should have returned for a corded stick vac for $100 less on average. Stuck with it now. And just after the return window (of course) it seems the battery won’t stay charged as long. You can buy an extra battery, but it’s not worth even money for a so-so job.

> 24 hourI got this as my first cordless stick vacuum and have been very impressed! I’ve had it for 2 months and have had no issues! I use it on the lowest setting (there are 3 settings) and it does the job super well for me! I can still see the vacuum lines in the carpet even on the lowest setting! I’ve vacuumed my couch and mattress and am amazed at the amount of stuff that comes out of it! I never realized how much my dogs shed (even though they are hypoallergenic) or how much dirt they bring in from a quick potty break outside. I feel like this vacuum helps get things tidy in a hurry! I love all of the attachments! I can now vacuum my baseboards without bending down and wiping them with a rag. It’s great! I really couldn’t get over the powerfulness of this vacuum. When I first received it, it felt cheap and too lightweight to really be super effective but I was wrong! The only thing I don’t love is that if you’re using it for a long time (20 mins or more) it does get a little uncomfortable, for me anyway. My hand starts to cramp up but it could be because my hands are small though! However I do LOVE that it has a lever where you can hold the trigger in place and don’t have to hold the trigger the entire time you’re vacuuming. Overall this is a great vacuum for my needs so far and I highly recommend! If you can, wait until it goes on sale! I got mine for $190 where as it’s $250 right now! Look for a deal! Hope this helps!

> 24 hourI used my Mom’s Dyson V8 for several months while she was out of town, and then bought this as a cheaper alternative since many online articles recommend it as a cheaper Dyson “dupe”. Having used it daily for several weeks, I can now give a proper comparison of the Tineco vs the Dyson V8. PROS: - the trigger lock. This awesome feature lets you vaccum continuously without having to hold the trigger down the whole time, saving you the sore thumb which (I found) results from constantly having to pull the Dyson trigger - the lights in the front. I didn’t realize how useful this would be, but it is FANTASTIC as you can see under furniture and in can vaccum in dim light. It ensures you don’t miss dust and dirt and results in a better clean - lightweight like a Dyson - has all the same attachments as the Dyson V8 CONS: - reduced maneuverability. The swivel vaccum head is definitely more stiff than the Dyson, so it can be slightly annoying at times - reduced suction at lower levels. The suction feels the same as Dyson when on “Max” setting, but the lower 2 suction levels are definitely not as strong as a Dyson. Which means you pretty much have to use it on Max all the time, reducing battery life - this model does not come with a second battery, so battery life is the same or sightly shorter than Dyson. It’s never a problem for me to do my whole main floor on one battery, but if you have a large house it may be an issue - it doesn’t start immediately and takes a second to start when you pull the trigger. Again not a big issue, but different from Dyson and slightly annoying All in all I’d say “you get what you pay for”; a model half the price of a Dyson is not going to be an exact replica. But this is pretty close! And the added features of the lights and trigger lock are a welcome addition
