> 3 dayThe vacuum is very lightweight and easy to move around the whole house, stairs are super easy and no lugging around a tank and getting tangled up in the cord. Works great with dog hair & kid “stuff”. Depending on your home you may need to empty the canister after each room but it’s kind of fun to see how much you’re cleaning up! Definitely recommend, wish we hadn’t waited so long to get it!

> 3 dayI bought this vacuum a year ago. It wasn’t what I was expecting when I bought. I was looking for a vacuum that is good for pet hair and really wanted a cordless vacuum. I wasn’t a big fan when I first got it but gave it a try. I have dogs and the filters smell after a few uses. I feel like I’m constantly washing them. The battery only lasts for about 1 pass through the house and turns off frequently during this. I have hard wood floors and loved the different attachment for it. However debris is always falling out back onto the floor! And clumps of hair will stay on some of the rugs. I would’ve put the money for this towards a Dyson!

> 3 dayAfter 2 years of use, it needs to be recharged more frequently than once per week. On bare surfaces it works like a dustbuster on steroids. But on rugs and carpets it is no match for a good corded, lightweight stick vacuum available from other manufacturers, like Shark. I bought one of those and now only use the Tineco for light, bare floor duty.

> 3 dayWhen I first got this I thought of it as a glorified dust buster, but Ive come to like it more than I originally thought. The Tineco is very thoughtfully designed. The construction seems very robust and parts fit together with spring latches. Its relatively light weight and Ive had no problem with battery life. It replaces a heavy Panasonic cannister which never actually broke, though replaceable filters are no longer available, but Im getting older and lifting the old vacuum and dragging it around my apartment got to be a bit of a drag.. One of the features that I think is great are the LED on the roller-brush head. They light up dust that my old Panasonic canisters LEDs never noticed. The user manuals are helpful, since not all of the features of the device are intuitive. I suggest looking at YouTube for some live instruction. Opportunities for improvement: 1. The primary filter needs to be washed after every use. Tneco provides an elaborate attachment that allow me to use the vacuum to suck the dust out of the primary filer, but its more trouble than its worth. 2. The battery/attachment caddy. which doesnt hold all of the attachments that come with the machine and will be a pain to attach to a wall. For now, I have it leaning against a corner of my bedroom wall. The old attachment caddy looks like it might have been more useful. 3. The roller brush doesnt pick up larger objects like bits of paper or plastic.

> 3 dayI got this as my first cordless stick vacuum and have been very impressed! I’ve had it for 2 months and have had no issues! I use it on the lowest setting (there are 3 settings) and it does the job super well for me! I can still see the vacuum lines in the carpet even on the lowest setting! I’ve vacuumed my couch and mattress and am amazed at the amount of stuff that comes out of it! I never realized how much my dogs shed (even though they are hypoallergenic) or how much dirt they bring in from a quick potty break outside. I feel like this vacuum helps get things tidy in a hurry! I love all of the attachments! I can now vacuum my baseboards without bending down and wiping them with a rag. It’s great! I really couldn’t get over the powerfulness of this vacuum. When I first received it, it felt cheap and too lightweight to really be super effective but I was wrong! The only thing I don’t love is that if you’re using it for a long time (20 mins or more) it does get a little uncomfortable, for me anyway. My hand starts to cramp up but it could be because my hands are small though! However I do LOVE that it has a lever where you can hold the trigger in place and don’t have to hold the trigger the entire time you’re vacuuming. Overall this is a great vacuum for my needs so far and I highly recommend! If you can, wait until it goes on sale! I got mine for $190 where as it’s $250 right now! Look for a deal! Hope this helps!

> 3 dayWe were very excited to use the A11 Hero (having spent considerable time researching our vacuum options). We were looking for a reliable, well-performing stick vacuum with long battery life. We used the A11 daily for two weeks and ultimately decided that a few minor problems really hamper the experience: - switching the suction level: the vacuum offers three levels of suction (low/medium/high). So far, so good. But it ALWAYS starts on Low; even if you use Med/High, it reverts to Low as soon as you release the trigger. And with stick vacuums, we do a lot of pausing and starting again, which makes it really annoying to have to continually select the non-Low suction level we want - emptying the canister: compared to our prior stick vacuum (Dyson V7 Motorhead Cordless Stick), the A11 Hero takes more effort to empty the canister and then remove all of the debris that does not fall out when you first open it. That means more timing sticking fingers inside to pull out hair etc. They do provide a handy tool to extract the debris, which would be great if the tool could be attached to the vacuum. Instead, we have to store it in a drawer or elsewhere, where it will eventually get lost. - timing: there is slight delay between when you pull the trigger and when the vacuum actually starts. It is a slight delay -- Ill say 3/4 of a second -- but noticeable enough that it eventually becomes annoying, especially when it should be instantaneous. - leftovers: after vacuuming for several minutes, then stopping and lifting the vacuum up, debris falls out of the head. This is frustrating because it defeats the purpose of the vacuum. Ive tried making sure all pathways and the head are clear, yet it keeps happening. For those reasons, we are returning it. But there ARE some positives: - battery life was good - the wall mount works well - overall, the vacuum looks nice - generally, the suction seems adequate for our needs, especially at the Medium and High settings - it comes with multiple accessory parts

> 3 dayI love the convenient of a cordless vacuum for cleaning up my toddlers messes on the floor and vacuuming the stairs. This was my first cordless ever and it was great while it lasted. Today the whole canister part fell out and make a couple of bumps down the stairs when I was heading downstairs. I tried attaching it back on the blue part that has the power motor and handle but it wouldnt stay on anymore. I bought the vaccuum in October 2020. It is now January 2023. The little blue piece that attaches the long handle to the canister keep falling off completely a couple minths ago. Without that piece being placed in correctly, the vaccum head with the brush will not suction. Sometimes if I get lucky wiggling that small piece back in place attaching it to the canister then I can still use the vaccum as a whole. Otherwise, I juat use the upper part of the vaccum. can decide whether this vaccum is right for you or not.

29-03-2025The vacuum is easy to use . Not heavy or too loud. I love the fact that it lights up on the floor with an LED light and you can see the dirt the dust you may have missed. I would love for them to have each attachment have a light, because sometimes you have to get into those tight corners behind furniture a light would help!

> 3 dayEver buy something and then realize you should have gotten it a long time ago? Well this vacuum Is one of those things. First off let me say that I’m old fashioned when it comes to cleaning and always thought that a broom and dustpan is all you need psshhttt was I wrong. When I unboxed this thing and let it charge overnight, I wasted no time in giving it a gauntlet of test. The LED lights in the front of the sweeper really lit up all the dust and crap I would never have been able to see with the naked eye, it gave me a real sense of my home being clean afterwards. The attachments all come in useful especially the duster attachment, I used that to clean my ceiling fan and walls and was surprised by how much dust was being captured. I got carried away and just started moving furniture and cleaning under and around to see how well the battery performs, it did not get the 50 minutes thats advertised, I got 37 mins of continuous usage w/o using max mode. Thank god I opted for the 2 battery version though I did not feel the need to use max mode cause all dust, dirt and hair was sucked up in one pass. Which brings me to other features I really like, the suction power and noise level. I get home late at night and thats when I do most of my cleaning thus the broom and dustpan as to not make a whole lotta noise. The noise level on this thing is not bad at all, not something that would interrupt my Next door neighbors and I have a real pain in the ass one that complains over every lil noise but has not even noticed the noise from this vacuum, though max mode is significantly higher but not necessary due to its amazing suction power in normal mode. Its a light vacuum, I read in the comments about some people complaining about its weight- like seriously how weak do you need to be in order to complain about this thing being heavy? At first its lightness worried me because I associate lightness with cheap quality but I was wrong. Everything seems to be durable despite its lightness. The clear see thru design is cool looking and its wall mount is neat and functional and is able to hold all the accessories sans the filter cleaner which is ok. I like how they include 2 filters, i found it pretty easy to clean the filter and the attachment to do so is nicely designed. Pros: light - 2 batteries - cool looking - great suction power - battery life - low noise level in regular mode - attachments - LED lights on sweeper - warranty Cons: As a man I found the handle to hold the vacuum during usage to be on the small side, I can snuggly fit three fingers on the handle whilst having my index finger extended along the side, not a big deal but would have been nice to grip it better. - the toggle switch that allows you to continuously run the vacuum w/o the need to have the trigger pressed down is a bit on the sensitive side and I was constantly turning off the vacuum by accident with my thumb, again cause the grip is on the smaller side. A tad annoying especially when you are in the zone cleaning. - does not stand upright, I tried and once its started to lean over, I caught it just in time. I do not want to test the ruggedness of the plastic Its made from, though I said before it seems sturdy, I doubt it can take a direct hit on a hard floor w/o cracking its casing. Overall very good vacuum and would recommend to everyone.

> 3 dayI was super skeptical of these cordless vacuums at first and waited so long to buy. I WISH I HADNT! I LOVEEEE THIS THING!!! We have a traditional pet hair Shark vacuum that is pretty good, but its such a pain to daily vacuum plug in, move plug, reel up, put back in back of closet, etc. that I dont use it as much as I should. I was worried about suction power of pet hair and such with these smaller vacuums...this thing is awesome. It actually sucks up our aerial rug in the living room on the highest power...our regular vacuum doesnt even do that. 1) its so light it feels almost like a toy, but its very well made and very sturdy. the design allows ease of vacuuming under things, extending, etc. I even used it to clean our ceiling fans the other day and it worked so well!!! Its SO LIGHT!! 2) the design is GREAT. The attachments are very simple to remove and replace and even have a place to snap in on the base which is excellent considering these often get lost if kept elsewhere. I have a relatively small laundry room...the thing is so low profile that it easily mounted in and plugged In with my washing machine and doesnt interfere with anything space wise. 3) very easy to empty canister. Even though its small (we have a LOT of pet hair), its so simple to empty that its not a hassle emptying more times than a traditional vac. 4) so, so amazing to just grab and clean up daily accumulated crumbs and hair and hang back on the base....I never imagined this could be so easy and quick. 5) As I was using for the first time I vacuumed probably 1/2 of the house on the lowest power (before I realized there were 3 power levels) and was super impressed...picked up all the crumbs and SUPER cleaned the rug, which I realized was actually gross with hair and such that our regular vac wasnt picking up?? Then I witness power level 3.....geez. Talk about insane suction. We dont have any high pile carpet, but I would imagine level 3 would do great for that. 6) I REALLY wish I would have purchased sooner. I was telling my mom about it last night and thought, Ill just bring it to her so that she can try it out....its lighter than my handbag (lol) and fit in the front seat of my car and I just carried it in with the pup and let her try it. She has a powerhouse Dyson but was super impressed and is ordering one today because of ease of use!!
