We used our vacuum for the first time yesterday, and I was quite surprised about the amount of sand that was pulled out of our garage carpet runner. The rug always looked clean, but when this vacuum was turned on the high speed mode, it had so much suction that I had to push rather hard to get it to move. We bought a battery operated vacuum several years ago and bought one we could afford. I do not like paying $230 for a battery operated vacuum but it is many time more powerful than the cheap one. We were going to buy the $500 Lupe vacuum because it is so powerful, but it did not have headlights. So we purchased this one, our second choice. The headlights are very bright and the suction is amazing. Would I recommend it? Absolutely yes!!

I have a Dyson handheld vacuum that runs out of battery power before I complete my downstairs. I love my Dyson it is very powerful, I use it daily. There are some special additions that Tineco has that I enjoy. Pros: -Headlight, I can see all the dust and dog hair that I need to vacuum. -Lays a little flatter than the Dyson. I can get under my entire sofa, bed and bookshelf. -2 batteries, I can vacuum my entire house without running out of charge. -Able to clean all the filters easily. They twist and pull right out so that you can really dump everything out. You can do this every time you vacuum if you like. -Quiet -Perfect for wood and tile. It also does a decent job on small rugs. -Attachments fit nicely on the battery charger that can be mounted on the wall. -Comes with more attachments than Dyson Cons -Tineco’s quiet make me think it isn’t as powerful as the Dyson. It doesn’t suck as much out of my carpet as the Dyson does -Doesn’t fluff the carpet like Dyson I think this is the perfect vacuum for hard surfaces. You can easily pick up dog/human hair, dust, retainer rubber bands, etc. The light is one of my favorite features that really helps get my house clean. I can see any little spot I missed and know it is hair and dust free with one pass. If you have carpet I would get a Dyson instead. You may have to wait for it to charge again to complete your home, and there is no light but it will do a great job.

We have had this vacuumed for over two years. Wanted something for a quick vacuum. These will not replace the cleaning power of a corded vacuum under the best conditions. For the first 6 months it got used a lot. Washing the main filter does not clean it well enough to return the suction power so we would turn it on hi which would reduce battery life. Frustrated it wound up hanging on the wall for close to a year. Replacement filters get expensive and they will need to be replaced often. Even blowing out with air hose will not clean them. I cut one open and the layers are so tight I understood why. The vacuum build is great and it has held up. I wound up cutting off the cloth of two of the filters and replacing them with foam that I can take off and wash. It is now getting used once again.

Disappointed. I have an older Shark stick vac and needed a replacement. I read the reviews and videos and felt this might be the one. Its almost too light, sort of flops around and the top seems heavy...off balance with the entire machine. It is not self propelled. Does not leave nice vacuum lines and the rotating bristle brushes are short and just skirt the top of the carpet. Long hair still get caught up in it. The suction is not what I expected. I never used the lowest setting because it just didnt do the job. The higher suction level buttons had better suction. Fairly easy to clean out. Lots of nice attachments. With Shark all the function buttons are within thumbs reach. This unit power suction level button is on top away from the onoff un switch. Personal preference regarding button placement. When Im vacuuming I dont want to fidget with buttons. You must use the lock switch to keep the unit running or you have to constantly hold down the on button with with your finger. The handle sort of rubbed a sore spot on my thumb. Over all I just didnt care for it so I gave it to my husband to use when cleaning the vehicles.

I have owned the A11 hero for two years now. Just before the warranty was up, I had to make a claim through email. They took care of me immediately and sent the correct part that repaired the problem. Excellent job! I used this on vacuum on hard floors and loose floor mats and it works great. I will take care of surface stuff on thick carpet but I do use a heavy vacuum for the the deep cleaning. You need to clean your filters. I didnt realize that there was a metal mesh filter in the canister that could be cleaned until recently. There are just a couple of things I think that need improvement. It would be extremely convenient if the vacuum cannister part could hang on a countertop when you have to stop and move something out of the way. The trigger to stay in the running position is to easy to flip off, and the handgrip is a little narrow for big hands. Otherwise it is a great vacuum. I recommend this to my friends.

I have 2 of these vacuums and have purchased 2 more for my sisters. Love love love them. Great suction and the convenience is unbeatable. Just when I thought everything was terrific with this vacuum, the motor died. Well folks, I was 1 month under my 2 year warranty (who gives you a 2 year warranty these days?). I called customer support and (wait for it...) after a THIRTEEN minute phone call (including about 1-2 minutes on hold waiting for customer service) they are sending out a replacement body (that houses the motor). I am blown away by the customer service. Most places you cant even talk to someone under 13 minutes. And this was the day before thanksgiving at 4PM. Seriously, I am at a loss for superlatives. Still shaking my head in disbelief!

So I started off with a bottom of the line Moosoo XL-618A stick vacuum for $119.99 and fell in love with stick vacuums (my apartment is mainly hard floor). My son actually broke it by stepping on the stick and snapping it in half. So I needed to get a new stick vacuum. My friend went and got a Moosoo 250W Upgrade Motor 6-in-1 vacuum for $159.99 and the vacuum came with attachments (hose). So I tried out my friends vacuum and was impressed with the suction and the fact it came with attachments. I wanted to do my homework and get the best possible vacuum but not spend the $500-700 on a Dyson. I researched stick vacuums and Tineco kept coming up as a highly recommended stick vacuum, so after researching and reading a ton of reviews I spent close to $300 on a stick vacuum. First let me say I dont think this Tineco is a bad vacuum, I just dont think you should have to pay $300 for something you could get at half that price. The vacuum itself is beautiful, never thought I would say that about a vacuum but it is. I love that the charger is a docking station and you dont have to plug in the vacuum everytime your done with it, you just place it on the docking station and it charges. The suction is good but the battery doesnt last long at all when you put it on the highest speed. I dont think you can find a stick vacuum with great suction power and a long lasting battery which is why I believe if you pay the high price for this vacuum you should get an extra battery or at the very least some attachments. The wheels squeak when you push it around, the highest speed is kinda noisy and it doesnt pick up bigger pieces of debris. If you have a chip on the floor you have to crush the chip to get the vacuum to pick it up. Overall I like the vacuum what I am trying to say is that I believe this vacuum is overpriced and it should come with an extra battery. Works just as good as the Moosoo 250W 6-in-1 for $159.99 and I would learn to plug in my vacuum and do without the docking station for $150 cheaper.

Its been a year since I bought this vacuum and Im still in love with it! Since its storage is on a mount that charges it, I have never had it run out of power in the middle of cleaning. Its so easy to grab it and do spot cleaning that I usually use this instead of a dustpan. The suction is just as strong now as the day I got it. (Just be sure to empty and clean it as per instructions.)

Performance was decent for the price and handheld factor for the 10 months I used the A11, but there were issues with the motor and it wouldnt be able to power to the third step without shutting itself down. Now the device will not even turn on. I have taken great care with it, only using it once one or two weeks on my hardwood floors in my studio (barely any debris or dirt). For it to not work in less that a year is an utter waste of money and I am so disappointed. I have tried all the troubleshooting guides and the device simply will not switch on even though the battery is full. I should have gone with the Dyson EDIT: I called the customer service line and explained the problem. They were able to send out a replacement main motor for free. Bumped up my review but still concerned the lifespan on this product is 1 year. Surprisingly good customer service
