> 24 hourWe bought this vacuum back in October of 2020. So we’ve had it for a bit having bought it to replace the ever heavy and clunky Oreck vacuum from the 70’s. So, I’ll just get right to it. Pros: - Relatively easy to maintain and clean - Obviously after a 1.5 year of use, it’s durable and holds up. - Very lightweight and easy to maneuver - Love the versatility of use and attachements - Storage is also great, though charging needs an outlet…so this could go either way. Cons: -Cleaning the product, if maintained as often as suggested, is easy but can still be tedious and time consuming. There are So many little parts, I still use the manual just to make I take everything apart and put it back together correctly and to ensure I’m cleaning properly. Some parts can be cleaned with water others cannot and everything must be completely dry before reassembly. So, time consuming. - The suction is bizarre! We have both hardwood and carpet. Some carpets it’s phenomenal, others it won’t pick up a thing. When it comes to either wood or carpet, it has the power to suck up a sock for example, or other big things like my childrens puffs snacks…but, the minute you shut the vacuum off, it all comes spilling out! And this is regardless of which attachment is being used!! My husband recently used the handheld carpet attachment to clean small bits of broken glass, and when I used it next half it came spilling out all over the floor. I have 2 toddlers so this kind of thing is unacceptable. It’s such an oxymoron of product. It has its useful points but then those get cancelled out by the cons. The fact that it can suck up big chucks of debris despite how tiny, flat and lightweight it is, is super impressive only to be lost to the fact it doesn’t contain what it picks up. This vacuum is best used for general in-between vacuuming and lightweight maintenance, but I would not recommend for kids, pets or spontaneous messes. I wanted so much to like this product because my old 70’s vacuum is Heavy, and it’s outdated, it smells…but I find i still use it more than Tineco because it at least gets the job done. VERY disappointed in this vacuum but now we’re stuck with it.

> 24 hourWhen I first got this I thought of it as a glorified dust buster, but Ive come to like it more than I originally thought. The Tineco is very thoughtfully designed. The construction seems very robust and parts fit together with spring latches. Its relatively light weight and Ive had no problem with battery life. It replaces a heavy Panasonic cannister which never actually broke, though replaceable filters are no longer available, but Im getting older and lifting the old vacuum and dragging it around my apartment got to be a bit of a drag.. One of the features that I think is great are the LED on the roller-brush head. They light up dust that my old Panasonic canisters LEDs never noticed. The user manuals are helpful, since not all of the features of the device are intuitive. I suggest looking at YouTube for some live instruction. Opportunities for improvement: 1. The primary filter needs to be washed after every use. Tneco provides an elaborate attachment that allow me to use the vacuum to suck the dust out of the primary filer, but its more trouble than its worth. 2. The battery/attachment caddy. which doesnt hold all of the attachments that come with the machine and will be a pain to attach to a wall. For now, I have it leaning against a corner of my bedroom wall. The old attachment caddy looks like it might have been more useful. 3. The roller brush doesnt pick up larger objects like bits of paper or plastic.

> 24 hourThis is a great little vacuum for smooth floors, and it also works quite well for low-pile carpets and area rugs, though you may have to step on the corner of a mat to keep it in place. Low suction power is generally sufficient for most smooth-floor vacuuming, and at that setting, the battery lasts at least as long as advertised. It also has medium and high suction settings. I kind of wish it were designed to charge without the dust bin, so it could charge while the dust bin is drying. I prefer the option of some other models in which the charger plugs directly into the motor. That said, the fact that the unit charges automatically when hung in its bracket is very convenient. This is an unbelievable bargain, considering it is also a powerful little hand vac with a rotating brush. I am beyond pleased every time I see an ad for another brand costing more than twice as much and think, My Tineco does that! Of course I havent had it long and dont know how long it will last.

> 24 hourAfter tons of research, reviews, videos, etc; I finally pulled the trigger and bought this. First impressions, really well built and much quieter than expected. The suction is incredible compared to my older canister vacuum, but then again its 20 years old, heavy and awkward. Im kinda a neatness freak so the only thing that bothered me was the cord for the power was kinked and stiff and looked out of place with the streamlined look of the rest of the system. My local big box store sells 6’ pieces of cord management tubing to hide cords in - perfect solution. My vacuum is in a high traffic area in the house so how it looks is important to me. I used it once so far and went over the same area I just vacuumed with my old one and was pretty surprised with how much more dirt it picked up. Might just retire my old one for good. My wife who is not as mechanical as I am found it quite easy to use and maintain so the designers hit the nail on the head with this one. Like others have said, the lights on the main power brush are a game changer and really help to see what youre doing. If this holds up over time Ill know my research paid off. For now...Im totally impressed.

> 24 hourA great addition to the household for those tasks not requiring a bulky, cumbersome, heavy, plug-in full-size vacuum cleaner. Chose this brand after much research, which confirmed good performance and great value. Purchased this specific model due to our desire for a motorized attachment specifically designed for bare floors and found it to be very good at its intended purpose. Overall, well designed, and effective dust and debris pick-up as well as reasonably leak-free construction. Decent battery longevity, but will likely buy a spare battery to allow hot swap. The provided wall-mounted stand has a built-in automatic charger for the unit as well as a second charger for the spare battery...a thoughtful bonus.

> 24 hourEver buy something and then realize you should have gotten it a long time ago? Well this vacuum Is one of those things. First off let me say that I’m old fashioned when it comes to cleaning and always thought that a broom and dustpan is all you need psshhttt was I wrong. When I unboxed this thing and let it charge overnight, I wasted no time in giving it a gauntlet of test. The LED lights in the front of the sweeper really lit up all the dust and crap I would never have been able to see with the naked eye, it gave me a real sense of my home being clean afterwards. The attachments all come in useful especially the duster attachment, I used that to clean my ceiling fan and walls and was surprised by how much dust was being captured. I got carried away and just started moving furniture and cleaning under and around to see how well the battery performs, it did not get the 50 minutes thats advertised, I got 37 mins of continuous usage w/o using max mode. Thank god I opted for the 2 battery version though I did not feel the need to use max mode cause all dust, dirt and hair was sucked up in one pass. Which brings me to other features I really like, the suction power and noise level. I get home late at night and thats when I do most of my cleaning thus the broom and dustpan as to not make a whole lotta noise. The noise level on this thing is not bad at all, not something that would interrupt my Next door neighbors and I have a real pain in the ass one that complains over every lil noise but has not even noticed the noise from this vacuum, though max mode is significantly higher but not necessary due to its amazing suction power in normal mode. Its a light vacuum, I read in the comments about some people complaining about its weight- like seriously how weak do you need to be in order to complain about this thing being heavy? At first its lightness worried me because I associate lightness with cheap quality but I was wrong. Everything seems to be durable despite its lightness. The clear see thru design is cool looking and its wall mount is neat and functional and is able to hold all the accessories sans the filter cleaner which is ok. I like how they include 2 filters, i found it pretty easy to clean the filter and the attachment to do so is nicely designed. Pros: light - 2 batteries - cool looking - great suction power - battery life - low noise level in regular mode - attachments - LED lights on sweeper - warranty Cons: As a man I found the handle to hold the vacuum during usage to be on the small side, I can snuggly fit three fingers on the handle whilst having my index finger extended along the side, not a big deal but would have been nice to grip it better. - the toggle switch that allows you to continuously run the vacuum w/o the need to have the trigger pressed down is a bit on the sensitive side and I was constantly turning off the vacuum by accident with my thumb, again cause the grip is on the smaller side. A tad annoying especially when you are in the zone cleaning. - does not stand upright, I tried and once its started to lean over, I caught it just in time. I do not want to test the ruggedness of the plastic Its made from, though I said before it seems sturdy, I doubt it can take a direct hit on a hard floor w/o cracking its casing. Overall very good vacuum and would recommend to everyone.

> 24 hourI got this as my first cordless stick vacuum and have been very impressed! I’ve had it for 2 months and have had no issues! I use it on the lowest setting (there are 3 settings) and it does the job super well for me! I can still see the vacuum lines in the carpet even on the lowest setting! I’ve vacuumed my couch and mattress and am amazed at the amount of stuff that comes out of it! I never realized how much my dogs shed (even though they are hypoallergenic) or how much dirt they bring in from a quick potty break outside. I feel like this vacuum helps get things tidy in a hurry! I love all of the attachments! I can now vacuum my baseboards without bending down and wiping them with a rag. It’s great! I really couldn’t get over the powerfulness of this vacuum. When I first received it, it felt cheap and too lightweight to really be super effective but I was wrong! The only thing I don’t love is that if you’re using it for a long time (20 mins or more) it does get a little uncomfortable, for me anyway. My hand starts to cramp up but it could be because my hands are small though! However I do LOVE that it has a lever where you can hold the trigger in place and don’t have to hold the trigger the entire time you’re vacuuming. Overall this is a great vacuum for my needs so far and I highly recommend! If you can, wait until it goes on sale! I got mine for $190 where as it’s $250 right now! Look for a deal! Hope this helps!

> 24 hourTenico vac review. Long story short. This is a great vac. Short story long. Let me count the ways. First, the quality of build is excellent and I mean excellent! With a very solid weight and ballanced design the feel and function of this cordless vac from Tineco fulfills everthing you could want in a top of the line Dyson killer. One could even talk about machine beauty with the fine design symmetry that meets the eye at first glance. A work of art perhaps in the realm of electro-machanical conception. See my pictures as these images convey this emotional impluse. But liking what you see does not a perfect purchase make. Power via suction and battery strength is a main attribute of a good cordress vac. And with the push of the max button one could pull the carpet off a wall to wall perimeter nailer with this machine. Add to that the main LED lit power head and you will see a perfect ballanced example of form following function and visa versa. Tineco also bundles 2 high powered lithium ion batteries along with several accessories all housed in a convenient wall caddy. Also note the vac automatically charges while hanging on the wall. No need to plug and un-plug an AC adapter wire. Moreover, the caddy has the ability to auto-charge both batteries at the same time. Like I said the design of this cordless vac package is simply superlative from start to finish. As for actually using the vac. I love it! Whats not to love, if love can be applied to a vacuum cleaner. In my opinion this machine could take the place of a corded vac in most situations. Simply press a release trigger to empty the debris canister. No fuss no muss. This unit picks up everything with no problems including the infamous cat litter. Also of note is the inclusion on a constant-on trigger. One can just sqeeze the auto-on power trigger and let go to stop or engage the unit power. Or one could trigger lock-on switch for convenient, constant power. There is real Hepa filtration as well. Tineco even includes a special Hepa filter cleaning attachedment to easily prolong the use of the Hepa filter. There are so many cool features to this cordless vac system. Im sure I missed one or two. But you get the idea. For under $300.00 with Prime Shipping you can not go wrong in buying this Tenico cordless vac system, where you are buying a whole ballanced cordless system, not just a great cordless vacuum cleaner.

> 24 hourI got this to replace a Dustbuster for the kitchen. I didnt want to spend Shark money but wanted the features. I was a little concerned at first, mixed reviews and all. So far, I have been really happy with this vacuum. Easy to use. I wish there was a flatter attachment, like a Dustbuster sucker for it, the sideways one works but I think it would be better if it was flat. **UPDATE** So the vacuum totally came with the attachment I needed. I just hadnt used it yet, just found it today. ** Its been great for the stairs. Really happy about that attachment. I even use it for light vacuuming between heavy vacuum cleaning in the living room. I dont have a good place to put it yet, for attaching it to the wall so that is annoying when it comes to recharge it. And hitting the button 2x to get to the real good suctioning is annoying because lets be honest, who is using those 2 other settings?! It does take a second to kick on when you hit the trigger, this is not that bad, but confusing the first few times. And my kids can use it, not as easily as the Dustbuster but they will learn.

> 24 hourI have used this in my home a few times now, and I am on the fence as to how much I like it. I bought it to replace an old Dyson stick vac that broke. I like that this one has two batteries so I can get more done without having to wait for a recharge. I also love the hold button to keep the vacuum working while not having to hold the trigger button the whole time. I do find that it seems a little awkward to get it to turn on, and without using the hold button, it is difficult for me to keep the vacuum running consistently. The vacuum was easy to set up and fit right where my old Dyson was set up in my laundry room. I only have to store the power brush on the floor, the rest fits in the wall mount. It is definitely quieter than my old Dyson, but part of me wonders if that is because it isnt as powerful. Using it without the Max setting seems useless. I have three dogs and two cats, so I am constantly vacuuming up pet hair, as well as stuff from kids. This vac seems to stop at the slightest clog. My Dyson would keep sucking and I could pull off the paper or whatever was blocking the wand. This one just stops. I am also finding it difficult to actually empty the whole cup. With so much pet hair being sucked up, some of it gets stuck in the upper part of the cup and wont fall out when I open the bottom to dump it. I dump it often to prevent overfilling it. I havent figured out if there is a way to open the top to pull out the hair. It isnt easy trying to get it out from the bottom. My fingers dont fit, so I have to try to find something to stick up in the cup to get all the hair out. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I am quite disappointed and wish I would have just spent a little more on a new Dyson.
