If I wrote this 1 year ago it would give 5 stars, but I still have stars in my eyes for it, it’s light weight, good for my weak wrists. It picks up pet hair and I have a lot of it. Quick and fast clean-up for that unexpected guest. Great for a bedroom, bathroom, smaller room, or about 20 minutes of vacuuming anywhere in the house. It will not vacuum a 2,000 sq foot house in one charge, so don’t buy it for that, plug in a cord for that. I don’t use it on carpet, but I do use it for kitty litter tracks, and while it will pick it up I have to go over slow or a few times. It comes apart for easy cleaning, the latches are a little hard to open, but I think you want that so it will keep good suction. Oh, one thing to be aware of, it does not stand up on its own, so trying to make a quick getaway will likely end it up on the floor or back in its base. Overall it’s a great product, and I’m glad I bought it.

I first saw one of these being used at a restaurant, and was impressed enough to go to Amazon and start looking. I decided on the Hero as it specifically mentioned pet hair, and awaited it eagerly. I did fumble it a bit at first, but it really does an incredible job. The dustbin was filling up so fast I thought it must be actually physically removing carpet, so I went through one load carefully. No carpet fibers, but all sorts of hairs and dirt and dust. All my rugs brightened up amazingly, and it proved to be an amazing little tool. So light and easy to use. The one thing it has trouble with is gravel and grit, but dealing with that is quite easy. A lot of grit will catch in the power head, so I carefully take it to the bin, gently flip it up and let it fall a few times, and all the captured grit falls into the bin. For stuff it cant actually suck up it will dump a neat little pile where you lift the head up, and that is easy to get with a dust pan and brush. It does very well on the lowest suction setting - and the higher settings do even better when needed. All round this is an amazing tool, great fun to use, astoundingly efficient while making very little noise. It took me a while to get my head round that - virtually no noise and the dustbin was full. Just the opposite of all those unbelievably loud upright cleaners - all noise and no performance. I heartily recommend this tool for anyone who loves cleaning, anyone who hates cleaning, and anyone who does actually clean when it gets too much to tolerate. I am in this last group. It is light and quiet enough to just pick up and use for a 5 minute whisk around at any time. My first time at the living room, I figure that the dustbin needed emptying once for every 4 square feet of carpet. With time that has gone up , and now I can do most of the room before needing to empty it. I love it!!!

I have owned the A11 hero for two years now. Just before the warranty was up, I had to make a claim through email. They took care of me immediately and sent the correct part that repaired the problem. Excellent job! I used this on vacuum on hard floors and loose floor mats and it works great. I will take care of surface stuff on thick carpet but I do use a heavy vacuum for the the deep cleaning. You need to clean your filters. I didnt realize that there was a metal mesh filter in the canister that could be cleaned until recently. There are just a couple of things I think that need improvement. It would be extremely convenient if the vacuum cannister part could hang on a countertop when you have to stop and move something out of the way. The trigger to stay in the running position is to easy to flip off, and the handgrip is a little narrow for big hands. Otherwise it is a great vacuum. I recommend this to my friends.

So I started off with a bottom of the line Moosoo XL-618A stick vacuum for $119.99 and fell in love with stick vacuums (my apartment is mainly hard floor). My son actually broke it by stepping on the stick and snapping it in half. So I needed to get a new stick vacuum. My friend went and got a Moosoo 250W Upgrade Motor 6-in-1 vacuum for $159.99 and the vacuum came with attachments (hose). So I tried out my friends vacuum and was impressed with the suction and the fact it came with attachments. I wanted to do my homework and get the best possible vacuum but not spend the $500-700 on a Dyson. I researched stick vacuums and Tineco kept coming up as a highly recommended stick vacuum, so after researching and reading a ton of reviews I spent close to $300 on a stick vacuum. First let me say I dont think this Tineco is a bad vacuum, I just dont think you should have to pay $300 for something you could get at half that price. The vacuum itself is beautiful, never thought I would say that about a vacuum but it is. I love that the charger is a docking station and you dont have to plug in the vacuum everytime your done with it, you just place it on the docking station and it charges. The suction is good but the battery doesnt last long at all when you put it on the highest speed. I dont think you can find a stick vacuum with great suction power and a long lasting battery which is why I believe if you pay the high price for this vacuum you should get an extra battery or at the very least some attachments. The wheels squeak when you push it around, the highest speed is kinda noisy and it doesnt pick up bigger pieces of debris. If you have a chip on the floor you have to crush the chip to get the vacuum to pick it up. Overall I like the vacuum what I am trying to say is that I believe this vacuum is overpriced and it should come with an extra battery. Works just as good as the Moosoo 250W 6-in-1 for $159.99 and I would learn to plug in my vacuum and do without the docking station for $150 cheaper.

I was so tired of dragging around my old vacuum with an extra long cord that caught on every piece of furniture I got close to! I took a long time to decide on a cordless vacuum. It had to have powerful suction, a long-lasting battery and be light enough for me to carry easily. And it couldnt break the bank. And it had to deal with the debris left by 5 cats! I found the Tineco A11 Hero after hours of reading reviews. I am so pleased! I wish I had purchased it sooner. It met all of my requirements: 1. It has 3 levels of suction. So when Im just vacuuming up cat litter, cat fur, and pieces of cat scratch pads, I use level 1. Its fine for that. 2. When I want more suction for cat food, I use level 2 or if Im vacuuming cat fur, etc. off a rug. 3. I rarely use level 3. 4. Ive only run the battery out once. Keep in mind, I dont do my whole house in one day, but I use the vac as I need it for spot cleaning. I can do the family room, dining room, kitchen, cat room (yes, I have one) and not run down the battery. For the master bedroom and bath, never a problem. For the guest bedroom and bath, no problem. For the library/sitting room and office (my house sounds big - it isnt - about 1800 sq ft). no problem. 5. Its light and easy to handle. True, I have to push it over the debris to get it to pick it up (it wont pick up in reverse), but Ive gotten used to going forward when I use it. The swivel feature is the bomb! I can get under almost any furniture or around any chair leg. Although my cats still run from it, it doesnt make anywhere near as much noise as the other vacs I have. The only drawback is the waste container. I wish it were larger. I collect so much cat fur that it fills up quickly and then I have to empty it - again and again and again. For the price, it cant be beat. The quality is excellent (I had never heard of Tineco).

I would really like this but the battery life is horrible! I thought it would get better when I used it the first time but it has only gotten worse. I can’t literally only use it for 2-3 minutes on high before it needs to be recharged. Slightly longer on low speed but there isn’t enough suction on low to do much but dust. I could buy a new battery for $80 but the battery was poor from the beginning. If it wasn’t for the horrible battery I would really like it. It’s lightweight, has good attachments, a light and relatively easy to store. I am so very disappointed. Make a better battery and I might be able to recommend.

I LOVE this vacuum so much. We have carpet and hard wood and it’s does so amazing on both. We have a dog and it really gets every nook and cranny when it comes to pet hair. I feel like this vacuum makes me want to vacuum 4x a week and makes the job seem so less painful and easy. My ONE problem is that because I have a dog, the hair is super dense and the tank on it fills up quick, and when it does, the hair gets stuck in the tank and doesn’t just fall out when you open the hatch. So I have to take out the filter to pull it out, which gets all the pet hair/dirt all over my hands. That’s one way I wish it was like other vacuums where you could push the dirt out from outside the tank. But other than that, the battery life lasts so long, the 3 levels of suction are amazing for those problematic areas, and it really gets into any spot possible, especially with all the attachments.

Had it just over a year now. Meh. This is vacuum mainly a convenient way to sweep up dog hair daily and not have to bend down with a shovel (bad back). I do like how the cup is well balanced up top and doesn’t make my wrist sore. I don’t think it’s worth the price though. Comes with a ton of gadgets- but I never use them cuz for suction to really work you have to put it on high - of which you may get 10 minutes before it dies. I can get the staircase rugs done in that time frame, but it doesn’t do a great job, just okay. Definitely easier/lighter than dragging the canister vac, but if i really want the stairs clean, this won’t do it. Again, fine for every day floors on medium power - which gets 20-30 mins. Low setting is useless if you have any pets. Should have returned for a corded stick vac for $100 less on average. Stuck with it now. And just after the return window (of course) it seems the battery won’t stay charged as long. You can buy an extra battery, but it’s not worth even money for a so-so job.

I like the light weight of this vacuum... but beware, you must hang it from the wall in order to charge the device. I did not count on that detail. Also, there are a bunch of filters, some of which need very regular cleaning. I will have to keep the handbook near for at least the first month of use to remind myself of all the details.

its the best vacuum Ive ever had. Works great on rugs and carpets. The battery sometimes drains, so if you have a fully carpeted space, Id recommend getting 2 of those, but if you have hardwood floors or tiles, it can do the whole space on one charge. The attachments are super useful, and I do use them since they make a difference (unlike other vacuums Ive had) and the charger can be nailed to the wall, which makes it look so elegant and its easy to use and charge.
