> 24 hourSo I started off with a bottom of the line Moosoo XL-618A stick vacuum for $119.99 and fell in love with stick vacuums (my apartment is mainly hard floor). My son actually broke it by stepping on the stick and snapping it in half. So I needed to get a new stick vacuum. My friend went and got a Moosoo 250W Upgrade Motor 6-in-1 vacuum for $159.99 and the vacuum came with attachments (hose). So I tried out my friends vacuum and was impressed with the suction and the fact it came with attachments. I wanted to do my homework and get the best possible vacuum but not spend the $500-700 on a Dyson. I researched stick vacuums and Tineco kept coming up as a highly recommended stick vacuum, so after researching and reading a ton of reviews I spent close to $300 on a stick vacuum. First let me say I dont think this Tineco is a bad vacuum, I just dont think you should have to pay $300 for something you could get at half that price. The vacuum itself is beautiful, never thought I would say that about a vacuum but it is. I love that the charger is a docking station and you dont have to plug in the vacuum everytime your done with it, you just place it on the docking station and it charges. The suction is good but the battery doesnt last long at all when you put it on the highest speed. I dont think you can find a stick vacuum with great suction power and a long lasting battery which is why I believe if you pay the high price for this vacuum you should get an extra battery or at the very least some attachments. The wheels squeak when you push it around, the highest speed is kinda noisy and it doesnt pick up bigger pieces of debris. If you have a chip on the floor you have to crush the chip to get the vacuum to pick it up. Overall I like the vacuum what I am trying to say is that I believe this vacuum is overpriced and it should come with an extra battery. Works just as good as the Moosoo 250W 6-in-1 for $159.99 and I would learn to plug in my vacuum and do without the docking station for $150 cheaper.

> 24 hourI first saw one of these being used at a restaurant, and was impressed enough to go to Amazon and start looking. I decided on the Hero as it specifically mentioned pet hair, and awaited it eagerly. I did fumble it a bit at first, but it really does an incredible job. The dustbin was filling up so fast I thought it must be actually physically removing carpet, so I went through one load carefully. No carpet fibers, but all sorts of hairs and dirt and dust. All my rugs brightened up amazingly, and it proved to be an amazing little tool. So light and easy to use. The one thing it has trouble with is gravel and grit, but dealing with that is quite easy. A lot of grit will catch in the power head, so I carefully take it to the bin, gently flip it up and let it fall a few times, and all the captured grit falls into the bin. For stuff it cant actually suck up it will dump a neat little pile where you lift the head up, and that is easy to get with a dust pan and brush. It does very well on the lowest suction setting - and the higher settings do even better when needed. All round this is an amazing tool, great fun to use, astoundingly efficient while making very little noise. It took me a while to get my head round that - virtually no noise and the dustbin was full. Just the opposite of all those unbelievably loud upright cleaners - all noise and no performance. I heartily recommend this tool for anyone who loves cleaning, anyone who hates cleaning, and anyone who does actually clean when it gets too much to tolerate. I am in this last group. It is light and quiet enough to just pick up and use for a 5 minute whisk around at any time. My first time at the living room, I figure that the dustbin needed emptying once for every 4 square feet of carpet. With time that has gone up , and now I can do most of the room before needing to empty it. I love it!!!

> 24 hourLove this vacuum. I did tons of research and looked at so many stick models before deciding to take a chance on this. First in all fairness I have only used the Dyson version of this a few times at my sisters house. So I am not comparing the two. What I love: the vacuum arrived in 2 days, was beautifully packaged, and was super easy to put together. The wall mount dock is very convenient and when you dock the vacuum it’s not going to fall off. The duel batteries are amazing and being able to charge them both at the same time is a nice touch. That being said, I have not had to switch batteries yet because every time I go to use the vacuum it’s fully charged and I can go through the whole house without killing the battery. The attachment are easy to change and work great. I have all Hardwood floors and I was nervous I would have to buy the other soft head floor attachment right away based on other reviews. Not true. The multitask head works amazing on hard floors. It picks up hair, crumbs, and seems to leave my floors cleaner than my canister vac. Also it works amazing on low setting. I only put it on high when doing base boards etc. This vac is lightweight and I love that you can lock the on switch while using this. If you pivot the head to the side while going under furniture it lays completely flat and I can get all the way under my very low profile sofa. I have had this about a week now and I am overly impressed with its performance. For reference I have a 1400 square foot house. Much larger homes you may need to empty the bin mid way. Worth it I think for the value you get. The last thing is the filter and led lights that are awesome when going under beds and furniture. Lights up everything so you can get every last dust bunny. This vac has an amazing filter system and I love having the ability to clean the filter after each use. No particles escape this device. Please note: no vacuum will perform well if you do not clean the filter. This device comes with 2. Since I have only had it a week I will update this post in a few months to advise how the batteries hold up etc. happy shopping!

> 24 hourI was super skeptical of these cordless vacuums at first and waited so long to buy. I WISH I HADNT! I LOVEEEE THIS THING!!! We have a traditional pet hair Shark vacuum that is pretty good, but its such a pain to daily vacuum plug in, move plug, reel up, put back in back of closet, etc. that I dont use it as much as I should. I was worried about suction power of pet hair and such with these smaller vacuums...this thing is awesome. It actually sucks up our aerial rug in the living room on the highest power...our regular vacuum doesnt even do that. 1) its so light it feels almost like a toy, but its very well made and very sturdy. the design allows ease of vacuuming under things, extending, etc. I even used it to clean our ceiling fans the other day and it worked so well!!! Its SO LIGHT!! 2) the design is GREAT. The attachments are very simple to remove and replace and even have a place to snap in on the base which is excellent considering these often get lost if kept elsewhere. I have a relatively small laundry room...the thing is so low profile that it easily mounted in and plugged In with my washing machine and doesnt interfere with anything space wise. 3) very easy to empty canister. Even though its small (we have a LOT of pet hair), its so simple to empty that its not a hassle emptying more times than a traditional vac. 4) so, so amazing to just grab and clean up daily accumulated crumbs and hair and hang back on the base....I never imagined this could be so easy and quick. 5) As I was using for the first time I vacuumed probably 1/2 of the house on the lowest power (before I realized there were 3 power levels) and was super impressed...picked up all the crumbs and SUPER cleaned the rug, which I realized was actually gross with hair and such that our regular vac wasnt picking up?? Then I witness power level 3.....geez. Talk about insane suction. We dont have any high pile carpet, but I would imagine level 3 would do great for that. 6) I REALLY wish I would have purchased sooner. I was telling my mom about it last night and thought, Ill just bring it to her so that she can try it out....its lighter than my handbag (lol) and fit in the front seat of my car and I just carried it in with the pup and let her try it. She has a powerhouse Dyson but was super impressed and is ordering one today because of ease of use!!

> 24 hourThis was bought primarily for daily dog hair on hardwood and area rug. We have a Siberian Husky with white, very fine hair that sheds constantly. The vacuum did a great job removing the hair from the hardwood and the low pile rug, as well as with other floor debris. We used it set on low and medium speed to save battery. High speed really sucked the brush head down on the rug and we did not see the need for this speed to get any better pickup ability. This vacuum also replaces using daily Swiffer pads The motor head is a little heavy but using the speed lock improves comfort. Noise on low and medium is quite acceptable. The dust bin fills up quite quickly with dog hair but this did not inhibit dirt pickup - probably due to the hair allowing air to flow past (extra filter). The main floor is about 1200 sq ft and we were able to complete both hardwood and rug on one charge and one dust bin. The plastic dust bin has electrostatic cling so dust adheres to it and I found using my compressor to blow out the bin quite effective - of course not everyone will have this option - the manual says use cold water then allow to dry after each use. We have central vac but see using this easy access vacuum will reduce the need for the central vac to be used as often. We like the detachable wand to be able to do stairs with just the head unit. Lots of attachments for most jobs, but not all the accessories delivered store on the wall mount. The small upholstery brush head and pre-filter cleaner will have to be stored somewhere else. The vacuum uses consumables - where the money is. Pre-filter is suggested to be replaced every 3 months and HEPA filter every year. Extra battery is quite expensive and I could not find any aftermarket clones. Overall four star rating is just because this is new with no long term use experience. Update 12/21: I have just finished installing the wall hanger. What is really a stupid design is that there is no way to hang both power brushes together. If you hang one from the rear mount then it prevents the power head from charging. If you hang one from the power head then the connector pushes out and the charge pins dont contact the charger. It would be perfect if you could hang the power head, tube, and power brush together and still have the battery charge. Ill leave the rating at 4 stars. Update 6/2022: I still like this vacuum. Still able to do 1200 square feet hardwood with two large area rugs on one charge. Middle speed for hardwood, low speed for rugs. You still need to move somewhat speedily to avoid running out of power. Washing the brush rollers and pre-filter is easy. Update 11/05/22: The clip on the motor head that hooks into the dust bin to secure it broke. We use this vacuum every day and it appears the design is weak. The clip should be solid but it is molded into three wings - which makes it a weak link. I found that pulling the head back as you unclip it reduces the bending force on the clip. I will fill that clip with crazy glue on the new unit to reinforce it. Good news is Tineco is replacing the main head unit under warranty. Good service from them with no hassle. Update 4/8/2023: Ive been using the vacuum every day for about a year for dog hair. Another weakness has shown up. A crack developed in the dustbin hook that clips into the main motor body and holds the dustbin to the motor housing. The crack allowed movement in the connection and the dustbin would fall off during vacuuming. These plastic parts are too brittle and do not stand up to repeated stress. Tineco again has stepped up and honored the 2 year warranty and is shipping a new dustbin. The 2 year warranty is necessary to catch these poor design features. Im hoping Tineco will beef of these weak areas.

> 24 hourI have had my vacuum now several months. I was at first intimidated by all the filters, the cleaning of the filters, but now that I know how to do the cleaning I am able to do it easily. I am impressed by the suction. I use my vacuum for area rugs only. It is very strong and really cleans the rugs well! The drawbacks: The battery does not last long enough to vacuum all my rugs at the same time, and the dust bin needs to be emptied very frequently during the vacuum as it fills up too fast. For the price, I think it is worth it. Also, kudos to Tineco customer service. I called them today for a problem of my own making and they were very attentive and really made an effort to help me.

> 24 hourAfter 2 years of use, it needs to be recharged more frequently than once per week. On bare surfaces it works like a dustbuster on steroids. But on rugs and carpets it is no match for a good corded, lightweight stick vacuum available from other manufacturers, like Shark. I bought one of those and now only use the Tineco for light, bare floor duty.

> 24 hourThis was purchased for extensive spring cleaning my friend Lucy was doing. She’s the one that actually test drove the vacuum cleaner right out of the box. Her text regarding its performance, says it all, so there was no need for me to test it before deciding it deserved a 5 star rating. This was Lucy’s text the day it was delivered (see pics): “This is what I pulled out of the mattress. Now I want to vacuum my own mattress! I need this kick-ass machine in my life!” Lucy loved it so much she threatened to steal mine (jokingly), so I had to buy her, her own “kick ass“ machine as one of the many thank you’s to come. That should tell you how impressed I am with the Tineco A11 Hero vacuum cleaner.

> 24 hourFirst, the Tineco a11 is a huge improvement over my corded canister vacuum. (Now retired) A week before it arrived, I vacuumed all my area rugs and hardwood floors. When the Tineco arrived, I charged it up and went right to work. The clear canister showed an abundant amount of dust, hair, and particles left behind. I tried all the accessories; all are easy to attach and work well. The filter cleaner is a well thought out item, and works easy. Some hints: empty the vacuum outside the house if possible into the garbage. You end up with a lot of debris and it’s a bit messy when it falls out. If your mounting the holder on a wall use toggle bolts into the sheetrock, unless you find the wall studs. The unit is a bit heavy with the main body/battery, tube and full-size power brush. The on/off motion could loosen wall anchors. My only criticism (4-star rating) is the battery. This unit comes with only one and they are a bit pricey. I don’t know how many charges to expect. For the price, after research, it’s the best deal.

> 24 hourPerformance was decent for the price and handheld factor for the 10 months I used the A11, but there were issues with the motor and it wouldnt be able to power to the third step without shutting itself down. Now the device will not even turn on. I have taken great care with it, only using it once one or two weeks on my hardwood floors in my studio (barely any debris or dirt). For it to not work in less that a year is an utter waste of money and I am so disappointed. I have tried all the troubleshooting guides and the device simply will not switch on even though the battery is full. I should have gone with the Dyson EDIT: I called the customer service line and explained the problem. They were able to send out a replacement main motor for free. Bumped up my review but still concerned the lifespan on this product is 1 year. Surprisingly good customer service
