> 3 dayWe purchased the Tineco Pure One Tango cordless wifi vacuum last Black Friday, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the device. The suction is great, and it’s so lightweight to handle. No electrical cords to deal with. Picks up all the bits, dog hair, debris, the floors are all super clean from carpet, tile, and stone. In February 2023 for some reason it stopped working. Instead of returning it to Amazon (there’s a message on the device to please call them first) so ok, I called the company for assistance. They were so very courteous and helpful, diagnosed the problem, sent us the replacement part at no charge within a week, and we are back to being very happy customers. Their customer service spoke to us on the phone, communicated with us through email, SMS, everything possible to make certain we were pleased. I would absolutely recommend this company and this device hands down. 10 plus star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

> 3 dayThis vacuum is lightweight and convenient, especially for someone with a multiple-story home. I have a Dyson animal ball vac which does an amazing job; unfortunately it’s very heavy to carry up and down the stairs and as someone with tendinitis it can be quite uncomfortable lugging around a full size vac. After doing multiple searches and research into cordless stick vacs, I chose this one. It has good suction, great filtration, and is easy to use. The one caveat I would add, and the reason for four out of five stars, is the fact that I find it difficult to push on textured carpets. Even using the multi-purpose head does not help. I have two area rugs in my home that are the popular “antique look.” They both have a raised design rather than a low profile and the vacuum head “skips” or has difficulty moving forward , but not when I pull it back towards me. I called the number listed in the manual for customer support, hoping that they would be able to offer some advice. Instead I found that the person could barely speak English and I’m pretty sure did not understand my question or the problem . That being said, I like the vacuum and I am going to keep it, but I will be keeping my Dyson for the once a week deep cleaning.

> 3 dayHi - I dont typically leave product reviews but Ive been so impressed with this vacuum! I have a 1200 square foot apartment with vintage and delicate hardwood floors. Id been looking for a vacuum for a while that I can use on the hardwood without harming it. The hardwood floor attachment on this vacuum is perfect. Also, I cant say enough about how handy it is to have a lightweight cordless vacuum. No cord or plug-ins to worry about. You just pick this up and go - almost as light and easy as a broom. And, unlike a broom, this vacuum gets ALL the dust. Previously I was sweeping my whole apartment weekly and mopping it once a month - and I still constantly had dust and dirt on the floors. With this vacuum I can clean all the floors and rugs in about 30 minutes once or twice a week, and I plan on mopping only about once every 6 months (except the kitchen and bathroom - which I still mop weekly). If you live in cold climates and need to clean the snow salt off your entry way rugs every day - this vacuum also does the trick. Again, its just as quick and light as a broom. You can grab it and clean your entryway rugs in just a couple of minutes. The battery charge really does last 40 minutes. The different attachments all come on and off easily, and the vacuum easily converts into a hand-held vacuum thats great for couches, benches, chairs, etc. The only downside for this particular model is that the handheld function isnt particularly great for vacuuming up dust on solid furniture (such as dressers or shelves), but thats best done with a damp rag anyways. I was nervous about making such a large purchase and worried that it wouldnt actually work very well, but this turned out to be a good purchase.

> 3 dayThe vacuum by itself is great. Works very well on hardwood floor. My only complain would be the battery it lasts less than 30min and takes a lot of time to recharge. Besides that the product overall works great.

> 3 dayI had a Shark ion FOR 5 years and wanted a new one for many reasons. Vac easy to assemble and to change for accessories. Suction is very good, made for hard floors. Since its so close to the floor its a little harder on carpet to push round but its ok. Will say my ION battery lasted longer but with the smart option running on low and powers up higher when it detects dirt ready helps. Charge stand is the best option with this model. tools are good and like the feel of the plastic they are made of. The bin cup is on the smaller side but real easy to clean verses my ION. The flap that pushes out debris is real nice . MY old vac was impossible to clean out. I had to use a tool to get the dirt out. This bin is round, filter comes out so you can wipe out the bin. For me the ease of cleaning the dirt bin was a real step up. I got about 25 minutes just vacuuming in auto mode. With crevice tool i used the full power button a few times, like under low furniture and I want to be sure it sucks up more stuff i cant see. Overall pretty good stick vac. Its all a gamble if you vac runs for years or is a dud out of the box. if i wanted to pay 600-800$$ for a Dyson I may but for what I paid on sale for the S15 It had all the bells and whistles I need. TOP likes STYLE PRICE FUNCTIONS (AUTO and battery %) CHARGING STAND TOOLS CONS like most stick vac the batteries could be longer lasting. be nice if the front wheels adjusted for carpet great for apartments and condos under 1500sf if you god 2500 and up you may need one to last 40-60 minutes or have 2 batterys.

> 3 dayWe bought this vacuum instead of the Dyson because this was highly-rated and available at a much lower cost. When we first got it, it was incredible. We could use it on both hardwood and carpets without an issue. It did a great job picking up dirt and particles. However, over time, the suction seems to have dropped off. Weve cleared and washed the filter to no avail. If you turn on max, then it works a bit better, but I would expect normal mode to provide sufficient suction. Im pleased with the build quality, but overall I am now unimpressed with the vacuum and would not recommend it.

> 3 dayI would like to start with the fact that I absolutely loved this vacuum when I first set it up and used it. The suction and overall ease of use is great. BUT. The battery life is terrible and it only lasted a few minutes.. the first time using it. Backstory: After originally taking it out of the box and setting it up, I let it charge for about an hour or two before using it. I then took it off the dock to use it for the first time and it died after a few min. I thought, ok, maybe I didn’t let it charge long enough. I put it back on the charger to charge for another 4 hours, took it off to try using it again and had the same issue. I was frustrated but wanted to give it another chance, so I detached the battery from the vacuum entirely and put it on the extra battery charging dock, made sure the charging lights showed it was charging, and let it charge up overnight and throughout the next morning (easily over 12 hours of charging). When i went to use it again today, I made sure the dustbin and everything was empty and all parts were clean and ready to go. This only made a small difference, as the battery only lasted for about 15-20 min before dying again. I didn’t even get to finish just my downstairs floors on a full charge. They are also hardwood so it’s not having to used extra sucking power like it would on carpet. I have talked to Amazon once, and the manufacturer customer service twice. Amazon wants me to return the whole thing entirely instead of issuing me a new battery like I requested - which is just a huge hassle and inconvenience-, and the manufacturer is making it as difficult as possible to just get a replacement battery sent. Overall - this has not been the best purchase experience. I love how this vacuum works and want to give it the benefit of the doubt that maybe it’s just a faulty battery, but the process of trying to get it resolved/get a battery replacement almost makes it not worth it. The battery is supposed to last at least 40 min and it doesn’t even last half of that. I can say that I used it on auto-max which does drain the battery faster, but a 15-20 min battery life is not acceptable no matter the case, auto max or not. I could get away with not using auto max on hardwood, but you have to use it on carpet (which is what I have upstairs) and you can’t even finish all of your floors in that small amount of time. I’m hoping for good news and to see a difference with a new battery once I can finally get one.

> 3 daySlightly heavier than my previous very basic cordless vacuum, but much more performant. Pleasing to use. A nice choice of attachments — I use a good number of them regularly. Good dock. After a few months the battery developed a defect. I registered the vacuum on Tinecos web site (the hardest thing is finding the serial number — its not the number on the battery, but rather a sticker inside the vacuum, that you can only see once you remove the dust container!). Anyhow, after registering, I sent a short video (under 20 seconds) showing the problem (the battery blinking red and not charging), and Tineco shipped me a new battery (arrived in 2-3 days), no questions asked.

Greater than one weekIve had my Shark Rocket corded stick for about 4 years. As much as Ive loved it, I really wanted to upgrade to something cordless with better attachments. The design, packaging and quality all exceeded my expectations. For context, I have a very small house that usually takes 20 minutes to fully vacuum. Its all vinyl wood with three area rugs, two very low pile (washable) and one a longer shag length rug. I also have two dogs, short haired, that do shed, but their hair doesnt really stick to anything so its always been easy to vacuum. Cons: - poor suction, unable to pick up small crumbs just under the stove or fridge. - Battery did not seem to last as long as it should and took longer to charge than specified. - Carpet picky. Of my three area rugs, only one vacuumed up well and the vacuum seemed to make no progress on the others. - Difficult to disconnect the parts. Pros: - Good maneuverability. - Great array of attachments included - lightweight and sleek design - docking to charge was simple and the option for a spare battery was nice. Ultimately, I opted to return and try something else. Comparing this vacuum to the one Ive owned for 4+ years I felt like there had to be something better out there.
