Greater than one weekThis is one of the best purchases Ive made in the past year. It is going to replace my Shark vacuum for almost everything I need. I wanted to avoid dragging a cord everywhere. I wanted a lightweight machine, easy charging and storage. I have a dog. It picks up her hair effortlessly from the floor and furniture. The swivel head on the large head make getting into awkward spaces. The low profile head make it easy to get under most furniture easy and moving chairs and sofa unnecessary except when you need a complete cleaning. I wish the dust bin were a bit larger, but it is easy to remove and clean. It wont do a whole house on a single charge, bit it will easily handle two rooms. Considering that Ill be using it for years paying a little more is well worth it.

Greater than one weekLove this vac. I can feel when the suction changes-when increasing. Love that you see the level of dirt. I have long blonde hair and a dog-theres no wrapping the beater bar. Any other vac the beater bar has my hair all wrapped up, not this.

> 3 dayJust as heavy and non-ergonomic as my last Dyson v6. Much MUCH quieter. Excellent suction and cleaning quality. Slightly less maneuverability/flexibility but overall great. Haven’t tried the app yet, probably could have gotten the A-series instead of the S-series because I really don’t plan to.

> 3 dayMost times, instructions I find for assembly are insufficient. With his vacuum I think they are overwhelming. I was not expecting have to guess which of the numerous models fall under the same letters. I could not figure where some parts should go. A friend found that not all parts are used in the unit I got. I am disabled-- but not dumb. Once assembled I found the vacuum to be well made and performed very well. If it were easier to assemble I would have given it a higher rating. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayHi - I dont typically leave product reviews but Ive been so impressed with this vacuum! I have a 1200 square foot apartment with vintage and delicate hardwood floors. Id been looking for a vacuum for a while that I can use on the hardwood without harming it. The hardwood floor attachment on this vacuum is perfect. Also, I cant say enough about how handy it is to have a lightweight cordless vacuum. No cord or plug-ins to worry about. You just pick this up and go - almost as light and easy as a broom. And, unlike a broom, this vacuum gets ALL the dust. Previously I was sweeping my whole apartment weekly and mopping it once a month - and I still constantly had dust and dirt on the floors. With this vacuum I can clean all the floors and rugs in about 30 minutes once or twice a week, and I plan on mopping only about once every 6 months (except the kitchen and bathroom - which I still mop weekly). If you live in cold climates and need to clean the snow salt off your entry way rugs every day - this vacuum also does the trick. Again, its just as quick and light as a broom. You can grab it and clean your entryway rugs in just a couple of minutes. The battery charge really does last 40 minutes. The different attachments all come on and off easily, and the vacuum easily converts into a hand-held vacuum thats great for couches, benches, chairs, etc. The only downside for this particular model is that the handheld function isnt particularly great for vacuuming up dust on solid furniture (such as dressers or shelves), but thats best done with a damp rag anyways. I was nervous about making such a large purchase and worried that it wouldnt actually work very well, but this turned out to be a good purchase.

> 3 dayThis vacuum is lightweight and convenient, especially for someone with a multiple-story home. I have a Dyson animal ball vac which does an amazing job; unfortunately it’s very heavy to carry up and down the stairs and as someone with tendinitis it can be quite uncomfortable lugging around a full size vac. After doing multiple searches and research into cordless stick vacs, I chose this one. It has good suction, great filtration, and is easy to use. The one caveat I would add, and the reason for four out of five stars, is the fact that I find it difficult to push on textured carpets. Even using the multi-purpose head does not help. I have two area rugs in my home that are the popular “antique look.” They both have a raised design rather than a low profile and the vacuum head “skips” or has difficulty moving forward , but not when I pull it back towards me. I called the number listed in the manual for customer support, hoping that they would be able to offer some advice. Instead I found that the person could barely speak English and I’m pretty sure did not understand my question or the problem . That being said, I like the vacuum and I am going to keep it, but I will be keeping my Dyson for the once a week deep cleaning.

> 3 dayI love this cordless vacuum. It has been so handy for quick messes and clean ups from the kids to the dog. I have a short haired dog and plenty of dust and this vacuum holds up to both! It’s great for the couch and the extra attachments are great for different surfaces. I love the holder/docking station however it was a little challenging to hang. The location we chose didn’t have access to a stud for more secure hanging, and the small plastic wall anchors were not enough to support it. My husband ended up having to use a personal stash to better secure it. Despite these struggles I love that it stops charging once fully charged to avoid overcharging and it’s suction and battery life are great for quick clean ups and even in the bedrooms with low pile carpets!

> 3 dayI have owned Dyson products for several years. The costs of Dyson products would indicate an exceptional level of quality, right? Not so, I find. Finally, after not being able to repair my current Dyson V11 any longer I have decided to look elsewhere. So, I thought I need to look for a better quality product. After reading a whole mess of reviews, I decided that Id get the Tineco Pure. Nowadays, the industry has certainly improved. I wanted to find a vacuum with a high level of quality and a reasonable cost. Im actually looking forward to vacuuming my floors. They are mostly hard surface with some area rugs. The Pure S11 handles the fur and particles my four cats and I leave laying around each day. The S11 handles things very well at a level equal to that of the Dyson. The product is better made in my opinion and repair parts are plentiful. The vacuum looks really nice and is so much lighter than the Dyson. And quiet? Amazingly so. The Dyson sounded like a small jet engine all the time, let alone on maximum suction. The Tineco doesnt even bother the cats. Im amazed. Issues are that the battery slowly wears down. It apparently does not hold a consistent charge during use. The suction gradually gets weaker the longer it runs. Another issue that is confusing to me is that it will attach itself to area rugs like a leach and to move the vacuum over the rug is quite difficult. Due to the suction. On my bathroom floor, it will really bog down over the linoleum. Its like it wants to attach itself to the floor. Over regular hard floors or carpet, it works fine. Cant explain this. Suggestions to Tineco: Make the trigger be for max suction when you need it. As an on/off switch, it is not very handy. The always on lever is much more useful. Either improve or discontinue the app. Not very helpful and very glitchy (I use an iPhone). If you are wondering, go for it. You, if you are a reasonable person, you will find it a pleasant experience.
