> 3 dayI ordered this almost 1 year ago and it’s worked great. Only issue was the rubber stopper at the brush head was broken. I contacted Tineco directly and they sent me a replacement brush head within a week. I sent a photo and no questions asked. Highly recommended!

29-03-2025We’ve resorted to using an old bag vacuum instead of the Tineco one since the Tineco is so prone to clogging with hair and dust (2 long hair dogs, 3 cats). Since our house is mostly carpet, all of these hairs, dust, and crumbs get deep into the low-pile carpet and the Tineco struggles to get them out — mainly because it immediately gets clogged with pet and wife hair. The cleaning process is not as easy as you would hope either. There are lots of sharp edges inside the dust chamber that can be pretty uncomfortable when trying to get clogs out of the nozzle of the gun. I’ve also gotten a few clogs inside the extension tube and the carpet vacuum head itself. All of these require me to stop what I’m doing, take the vacuum apart including the head of the vacuum, remove all the dust and debris manually, and put it all back together again. I’m used to cleaning vacuums every once and awhile, but I’ve never had one that got clogged this much. The “auto-vacuum power” seems to also get confused. Sometimes it will detect the smallest thing and ramp up to full speed, sometimes I’ll vacuum up what seems like a whole bag of bread crumbs and it’ll stay at the lowest suction the entire time. Overall, I’d say this vacuum is probably *decent* if you have hard wood or low-pile carpet with pets that don’t shed… After this review I’m docking another star from the product. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this to any of my friends and encourage them to buy something stronger instead. ——Original 4 Star Review—— When it first arrived, this vacuum would suck up anything on the first pass. After a few months of use, (cleaning up after four pets) I’ve found that, even when fully cleaned, the vacuum is struggling to pick up things in the carpet or suck up things all the way into the canister. Overall, the charging dock and attachments are amazing. It’s super easy to hang up and charge. All the attachments are easy to replace and get the hard to reach spots with ease (stairs, trim, corners).

Greater than one weekThis is a really nice stick vacuum. I got an extra battery but the battery life is really quite good as long as you dont use the max power mode too much. I really like the feature that shows how dirty an area is so you know where to put in the effort. We have a German Shepherd and Siberian Forest Cat and they are all-pro shedders. Tineco Pure does a great job keeping up with the hair. Using an attachment to clean one of the two provided filters is an ingenious way of thumping filters against the nearest trash can to dislodge dirt. Worth the money as long as it lasts a couple of years.

> 3 dayWe purchased the Tineco Pure One Tango cordless wifi vacuum last Black Friday, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the device. The suction is great, and it’s so lightweight to handle. No electrical cords to deal with. Picks up all the bits, dog hair, debris, the floors are all super clean from carpet, tile, and stone. In February 2023 for some reason it stopped working. Instead of returning it to Amazon (there’s a message on the device to please call them first) so ok, I called the company for assistance. They were so very courteous and helpful, diagnosed the problem, sent us the replacement part at no charge within a week, and we are back to being very happy customers. Their customer service spoke to us on the phone, communicated with us through email, SMS, everything possible to make certain we were pleased. I would absolutely recommend this company and this device hands down. 10 plus star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

> 3 dayI love the portability of this vacuum system. We live in a little house with stairs. Hauling our regular old vacuum--which is a very good one -- around in relatively cramped spaces was really frustrating. This system works beautifully for us. The changeable attachments make it easy to clean even in tight or very low or very narrow spaces. It works long enough on a single charge that I can do nearly an entire floor. The one thing I wish were possible would be to switch to a less powerful suction level. We have old oriental rugs and the suction is so strong I worry about damage. I have to use the upholstery head for the rugs -- an inconvenience but not a terrible one. You have to clean the dust collector after every job -- not that big a deal -- and you have to clean the brushes and the little filter cylinder -- also not that big a deal. Compared to hauling even a compact vacuum around our little house, this is a dream. I love it!

03-04-2025I’ve owned them all—Shark, Dyson, and lesser quality brands. I was leery because of all the fake reviews on Amazon these days and all the weird brands. I took the time to write this review to help others—this is the best cordless vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned. I have 3 dogs, including 2 retrievers. Heavy shedders to say the least. I’ve used this vacuum now for almost a year under heavy conditions and it works better than my floor vacuum. I use it in my truck, carpet, and hardwood floors. It works outstanding with them all. The battery lasts longer than my Dyson, and the suction is still going strong after almost a year now. When you open the box it tells you about downloading their app, no need to do that if you don’t want—I’ve never done it, and this is the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned.

> 3 dayAfter a few uses, it stopped working. The suction was low and it would spit things out when you turned it off. I was shocked. I posted a bad review and was immediately contacted by the company with some details about how to troubleshoot. Ill admit, I had a chip on my shoulder that I had cleaned it really well and that it was just broken. But then I realized there were two filters and I hadnt pulled out the inner filter. This was clogged. I had overlooked it. Then I realized there was this added attachment that you can put the filter into (you get two filters when you buy this and one of them is in this attachment) and you do teh max suction and turn the attachment and it cleans out that filter. I also washed and dried it. Ta-Da! Now it works again. So Im changing this from a 1 rating to a 3 rating. The reason Im not going higher is because I still am a little less than impressed with its suction. I was using this in my car since its such a nice easy cordless handheld as well, but it just wasnt really strong enough. I also cant believe how quickly it got clogged and needed to be cleaned, so that will be a weekly if not daily occurrence to avoid losing that suction. I may up to this to a 4 star if I feel it continues to function properly, but for now I want to give it some time and see how well it works. So for anyone reading the reviews about loss of suction, keep in mind that those people maybe didnt take the steps to clean both the inner and top filter. Its a small space and can get clogged easily.

> 3 dayGot this vacuum a week ago. It’s cute and great great at picking up dust (not just dirt, but also dust). Only drawback is the battery could be longer.

> 3 dayThis is my first stick vacuum. Before this I had a Hoover Platinum Upright -- I call that the King of Vacuums. However, with the whole Covid, its in storage and we are temporarily living elsewhere in a good-sized apartment whose floors are about evenly split between laminate and low-pile carpet. I looked for a vacuum that would meet our needs, but maybe not overlap with the Hoover so when the two are united, both might have a place in our home. Good choice. This vacuum is terrific. Pros: - Capably handles both carpet and laminate with no problems. - Very maneuverable (much more so than my upright), which is handy as the edge cleaning isnt fantastic -- I can quickly shift to using the front of the vacuum where its better. - Very easy to shift between hand-held and stick. I found myself doing that last time I vacuumed -- quickly switching at the end to get some places in-between the furniture and the wall. - Power management -- this ramps up the speed when you are in areas where it finds more dirt. This sounded like a gimmick when I read about it, but in practice its seemless and very effective, and I appreciate it given it helps with the balance between battery duration, vacuum cleaner weight, and suction power. Clever and well implemented. - I can see the dirt. Ok- I never thought I would like this, but its actually very handy. Did that piece of cardboard I was uncertain about and vacuumed anyway make it up to the unit? Oh- there it is stuck around the brush, and oh there it just made it up to the hand-held portion. Will this handle that pistachio shell? Look, I can see it in the thing. This is really, really handy. Cons: - Light, but not light enough. I can very comfortably wield this at length, but Im a big guy. My wife, on the other hand, is more petite of maybe average height. I asked her if we might just use this at our new place and her response was that she likes it and will use it, but its too heavy to clean a house with. Somebody needs to figure out how to mount the battery nearer the floor to maybe shift the center of gravity- thats the winner. - The connectivity is gimmicky and not useful. I dont need a different app telling me its time to vacuum, or that I need to empty the thing, etc. I cant see this being useful for anyone. - The thing cant stand on its own. Youre vacuuming around -- oh, here, lets shift that chair. Oh- where do I prop this thing up awkwardly while I do that? - I wish there were a good option for not mounting. - Its kind of spendy, and Im now not convinced the Tango model was worth it. This thing is as expensive as my Hoover Platinum upright, and while I called that the King of Vacuums, its truly more like the Emperor. Anyway- bottom line is this: I like it and it meets our needs. The pros very much outweigh the cons in my situation, and the connectivity con is more like a feature nobody needs, where if I were to buy this again, Id simply choose a less-expensive model without it (if that exists). In our new home this will handle stairs, spot cleaning, and single-room cleaning. The rest goes to the Emperor.

Greater than one weekHi - I dont typically leave product reviews but Ive been so impressed with this vacuum! I have a 1200 square foot apartment with vintage and delicate hardwood floors. Id been looking for a vacuum for a while that I can use on the hardwood without harming it. The hardwood floor attachment on this vacuum is perfect. Also, I cant say enough about how handy it is to have a lightweight cordless vacuum. No cord or plug-ins to worry about. You just pick this up and go - almost as light and easy as a broom. And, unlike a broom, this vacuum gets ALL the dust. Previously I was sweeping my whole apartment weekly and mopping it once a month - and I still constantly had dust and dirt on the floors. With this vacuum I can clean all the floors and rugs in about 30 minutes once or twice a week, and I plan on mopping only about once every 6 months (except the kitchen and bathroom - which I still mop weekly). If you live in cold climates and need to clean the snow salt off your entry way rugs every day - this vacuum also does the trick. Again, its just as quick and light as a broom. You can grab it and clean your entryway rugs in just a couple of minutes. The battery charge really does last 40 minutes. The different attachments all come on and off easily, and the vacuum easily converts into a hand-held vacuum thats great for couches, benches, chairs, etc. The only downside for this particular model is that the handheld function isnt particularly great for vacuuming up dust on solid furniture (such as dressers or shelves), but thats best done with a damp rag anyways. I was nervous about making such a large purchase and worried that it wouldnt actually work very well, but this turned out to be a good purchase.
